After emailing and leaving messages for five local print businesses, only two responded -- one of them was Seattle Printworks. Seattle Printworks was the only one who truly wanted to help...at a reasonable price point...and within the deadline I requested. After providing them w the specs for my order, everything was produced exactly as I wanted. They even offered to ship materials for me if that would help -- something the other vendor didn't offer. When another project popped up, Seattle Printworks was my first call...and...once again, they did a great job. I've spoken to Michaela, Sonny, and other teammates. All have been friendly, helpful, and professional as they guided me through details like types of paper stock and finishes. I had an Amazon return to drop off this morning. I was fully prepared, with a paper print-out of…read morethe drop-off QR code. I waited in line for more than 10 minutes while the UPS clerk tried to print off legal documents for two unrelated groups of people ahead of me. He printed the pages off wrong, then, mixing up the pages, gave the wrong documents to the wrong customer, waited for the customers to figure out the mistakes, reprinted and resorted everything, and finally, after several false starts, succeeded in giving each customer whatever it was they came in for. Next there was a whole rigmarole for a family which needed passport photos. Although they clearly described what they needed, the UPS clerk seemed to refuse to understand that, although there were three people in the family, only two of them needed passport photos. Then the clerk took a break to stock the supply shelves. And then, finally, he came to me. It took literally less than 30 seconds for the clerk to scan my QR code and accept my pre-prepared box for return. WHY, WHY, ten or more minutes earlier, couldn't the clerk have simply asked "Is that just a drop-off? I can handle that for you right now."?? He could have said this to me, for instance, while the first customers were trying to figure out what was wrong with the incorrect, scrambled legal documents he had handed them. I was pretty much stuck with UPS for my Amazon return. From my treatment this morning, it's obvious to me that UPS does not value my time. The UPS customer service I got was disrespectful at best.

I go in and tell the employee I'm there to buy a lab manual for XYZ class. They always have them pre-printed so they just ring you up. This was the first time I purchased something outside of a lab manual. I wanted to print some invitations on card stock. I'd never done anything like this before so there were hiccups with my order. The employee was very patient and kind to me. He walked me through the entire printing process. He asked what paper I wanted, the dimensions, how many copies, and how to send them what I wanted to print. It took me a moment to format my initiations correctly for them to print, but he was very patient. Before printing on card stock, he printed my invitations on regular copy paper so that I could see what they looked like and make sure I was satisfied with how they looked. After my order was complete, he told me I could cut the invitations. Had he not told me this, I would have walked home and cut all my intimations by hand, struggling to cut straight lines. I appreciated him so much for letting me know they had a paper cutter! While I cut my paper, he made small talk, which was a nice way to end my experience! p r i c e: 5/5 It was between $19-$23 for 13 colored copies on card stock. p a r k i n g: 2/5 There is street parking in front and nearby, but I've found it very difficult to actually find parking. r a t i n g b r e a k d o w n 1: never ever again... 2: not very good, but at least something went right 3: average. 4: yummy, but something was lacking 5: everything was perfect! Then his argument was that "you handed the stack of pages to me with the wrong side up so it's not my fault ". He did rebind the right side but it's pointless !

Raven cut off the spiral binding, removed 6 of the original pages and replaced them with the corrected ones. He then rebound the book, and it looks perfect. This review is not for this specific location. I had a…read moreWalmart.com return and they use Fed Ex for their pick up return. I set up an initial return date and time which resulted in a no show. Wait time was from 9AM-6PM. I called Fed Ex to arrange a second pick up 8AM-1PM and had the item in the manger's office, no show, 3rd attempt, no show. I have arranged a 4th attempt and have no expectations of success. The item is about 55lbs and not easy to transport on public transportation. I left specific instructions for the driver to access my building by using intercom to call my apartment. Since I had an item stolen 2 wks ago, I don't feel comfortable leaving it in the lobby. Fed Ex pickup drivers appear to be lazy and incompetent. We have plenty of positive encounters with the UPS drivers.
