G&J sold a car for me on consignment and it was a great experience. Dennis (President) was very up-front, transparent & helpful. I had used Edmunds to price the car and was planning to sell it myself. Dennis told me my price was too low based on comparables available to him. He offered me advice on best ways to sell it myself if I wanted to do so. He offered to sell it on consignment to net me about $1,600 more than I had been planning to sell it for. He told me what he would list it for, what he would drop the price to if it didn't sell at initial price. Assured me that I'd net the same even if he sold it for less. Mike Dean, Sales, stayed in touch with me throughout the process. It sold earlier this week. I dropped off the title and received my check for full promised amount. I doubt I will ever try to sell a car myself ever again. A note if caution about consignment sales. Mike & Dennis told me many times to never hand over the title until the deal is done. They said there are too many ways for fraud to occur if the title is surrendered before the sale. I gave them a photocopy of the title, so they could see I owned it, but wanted nothing to do with the original before they had the car sold. Can't recommend them highly enough! read more

As I go through life and experience all the wonderful joys buying a used car has never been one of these joys until I discovered Dennis at G&J. Staff was super friendly and helpful in our purchase! We were looking for a Transit Van for our out lander conversion and they had exactly what we needed. We're locals so we go by their lot all the time on the way for our hikes and MTB'ing which is how we saw it. They stayed late on Saturday to let us see it, eval our trade in and work out a deal. Monday we picked it up, super low pressure, easy going was light conversation and quick paperwork. They were honest about our trade which is what we love about our small town community. My experience with G and J Auto Sales was fantastic. I was an out of state buyer and they made my transaction easy. Mike provided additional pictures and video of the truck I bought available as well as the mechanics report and that really helped ease my mind.
