I would advise anyone not to take your car to this dealership. Wilson Motors was involved in repairs for an insurance claim and when we got our F150 back, the touch screen didn't work. When we took it back to Wilson at the advisement of the body shop, Wilson wanted a $200 diagnostic fee. We thought they would take responsibility or the insurance would cover it since it was damaged while in Wilson or the body shop's possession so we went ahead with the diagnostic. In the end, nobody took responsibility and Wilson wanted $1,600 to repair it. We said no and when we picked up the F150, the dashboard panels were not replaced and were sitting in the passenger's seat. The service team at this dealership was unprofessional and difficult to work with the 2 times we had to bring our truck in. We will NEVER do business with Wilson motors again. read more

I recently purchased a vehicle from Codi Branch at Wilson Motors. I specifically was looking at Toyota Camrys and they happen to have one on the lot. Like most other dealers, they had the car listed for much higher than it is worth. Being a Camry only guy, I know all about their value and while Wilson Motors started high, they had it on a "sale" that got the price a little more reasonable. I sent them a message via their website and was promptly replied to via email (my choice for contact). Codi got in touch with me and got me the information I requested. I went out with my mother to look at the car and it looked good. It is an older Camry with 150K+ miles, so I expected it to have some minor issues. I wanted my mechanic in Junction City to look at it (ALWAYS a good idea for used car purchases). Codi had offered to bring it to JC so this could be done. As luck would have it, my mom had an appointment in Corvallis a couple days later and they let her take the car and bring it to JC so it could get checked out. After looking it over, I was interested. I had another Camry I was going to take a look at, but I knew what this Camry was worth and I offered it over the phone, at a price below their sale price. Codi quickly got back with me and countered with an offer $200 higher than my price. I said I would split the difference at $100 more and they agreed. I went in after work and the paperwork was ready to go. Fairly easy transaction and didn't take long (I bought the car outright). Hopefully, the car worka out and I get my title and DMV items in quick order. If so, I'm comfortable leaving this 5-star review (I'll adjust if there ends up being an issue down the road). Wilson Motors was quick and helpful and reasonable with pricing. When I need another car, I will look to them first to see what they have and give them a chance to make another sale if they have what I am searching for. Codi did great and should be recognized for being upfront and helpful throughout the process. read more

I had an excellent experience today in the service department at Wilson Motors in Corvallis. I purchased my Jeep there in November and brought it in for a 3000 mile bumper-to-bumper check up and oil change (which a friend had told me is unofficially recommended for every new car at between 2500 and 3000 miles for the longevity of the engine). Although ironically they were short staffed, and it was a Monday morning and they were clearly quite busy, I received absolutely top-notch service. Jacob couldn't have been any more gracious and helpful, and even funny. I had a couple of additional questions and a couple of requests and he took care of everything with the utmost professionalism. A little over an hour later I got my Jeep back (they even washed it ) along with a check list of everything that had been addressed. And there was NO CHARGE for any of it as my warranty (and their graciousness) covered it. One of the most satisfying car experiences I've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Terrible! Absolutely Terrible! I brought my van in as a result of a "Recall". PRIOR to brining it in, my first contact with Wilson Motors and Terri, the "Service Advisor" was in August 2023, at which point I emailed Terri a copy of the Recall letter outlining my VIN, my name, address, etc. He told me in August 2023, and then again 2 weeks ago upon making my appointment for today (April 17, 2024), the "Recall will take 1 hour to complete" and told me "it was an electronic issue....". I took a day off work, without pay. I drove 1 hour, checked in, again, in person Terri assured me it would only "take 1 hour" so I left on foot to grab a bite to eat. When I called back 1 hour later for an "ETA" Terri told me "it hasn't gone in yet". In fact, it was never moved from where I parked it, or looked at!!! When I returned to Wilson Motors Terri was "unavailable"! Convenient! I asked to speak to the Service Manager. He informed me that "Terri" never reviewed the Recall document and gave me "wrong information". I wasted 3+ hours, a 1/2 of work WITHOUT pay! I cannot in my right mind recommend this dealership! And, if you do, demand to speak to the Service Manager or Service Foreman NOT the Service Advisor since they receptionists with a more "masculine title". No clue as to what is going on!!!! read more

I recently bought a Dodge Ram 3500 truck from Wilsons Motors. When I asked for the key code and the pin number for the fob, they said they can not give it to me at all. I live 450 mile round trip away. The next day I called Chrysler Corp. and they said that that is incorrect and they should have provide me with the key code and the pin number for the fob. They refused to help me with this. Poor customer treatment. read more

6/13/2018 If I could have given them no stars, I would have. On March 29, 2018, I purchased a used Mazda CX7 from Wilson Motors. While the salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable, the rest of the experience was unprofessional in my opinion. I was told that I would get my title, (as I paid cash), in a few weeks. The weeks pass, and nothing. Finally in rolls a letter telling me that they were having to get a replacement title, and it would be another 6 weeks. So, you sell cars to which you have no clear title, without advising the customer of this????? Even if they HAD told me there was a title issue, I would have purchased the car, but to say nothing??? So, today, June 13, 2018...almost 3 months later, I finally got my title...thanks alot. I've had other issues with Wilson Motors due to their terrible service in a purchase my daughter made in 2012 of a new Focus. Her car is now part of a class-action suit against Ford for the transmission failures in this car model. Wilson would never do anything other than offer to, "re-teach", the car's tranny with some little electronic gadget. They'd say it was fixed...and I'd drive out of the dealership lot with the car still jerking all over the place. The car is now undriveable due to the dangers associated with this tranny problem. Not to mention the $ 159.00 (approx), to replace a headlight, because they had to take the bumper off (per service manager), due to the bracing in the engine compartment. This was totally untrue...watched a YouTube video and learned how to change the headlight without having to remove anything, (especially a bumper), except the dead lightbulb. If you decide to purchase a used car from them, I'd sure ask the question before I plunk down my hard earned money...:"ummm, the title is CLEAR, isn't it??". I consider myself lucky...I got a great car. I have complained to the DMV about this...I hope Wilson gets more than a slap on the wrist. We're an old time Ford family...with the Focus issues, and now this abysmal treatment on the purchase of the Mazda, I will never buy anything from them again, and will advise friends not to either. They really blew it...they could have had life-long customers from our family...and we've got 6 kids who'd have been customers too...not now, and not EVER! read more

Bought my focus there which was fine. Service is very slow to get repairs done. My Focus has been in the shop for over a week there. Most of their tech have been out sick for days, no calls to update me on when it might be done. For a dealership shop it seems very unprofessional. Wont go back. My husband and I just bought a 2012 Subaru Forester through Wilson and are so happy with our new car and the customer service at Wilson. We weren't pressured to commit to making a purchase at all. We approached some other local dealerships but ended up going back to Wilson because we weren't happy with the sales approach elsewhere. We're really happy with our car, and working with Wilson was easy and stress free for both of us. We were able to negotiate a good price, but there were a few items we were hoping to get that we didn't - a manual for our used car, and a good wax. Oh well, overall - great experience. read more

I recently needed a part to fix my Focus. I had the part number and all the information that was needed for the part. I contacted this dealer's parts counter by phone and the person on the phone was very rude and ended it with "we are short handed" and he hung up before I could say anything else. I then decided to drive into town and talk with the parts desk personnel and the guy I talked with said that he remembered me calling and then I asked if he had the part. He responded with "if you don't know what you want, it would be a waist of time and money" I showed him which part I needed on the expanded view that he handed me and I also gave him the part number again and he responded again with "if you don't know what you need then you don't want to order it". While trying to talk with him, he was trying to work on the computer doing something else. He obviously isn't into selling parts or trying to help out the customer. I will never go back there for parts, cars or anything else that I think I might need from a Ford or Dodge dealer. I have also let several of my other shade tree mechanic friends know that they will be better served by taking their business out of town. read more
