I have purchased the Sentinel oil change program from them for both my cars. When I was brought my first car in for an oil change the service tech told me that unfortunately I did not purchase the program and would have to pay the full charge. He looked it up again and said that I had not. 2 years later I'm sitting in the finance office for my second lease with Jeffrey and the finance guy says that I did purchase the Sentinel program and it was my fault for not pursuing the issue further. I was guaranteed this would not be an issue on next lease. I generally do not buy add ons from the dealer but the oil change made sense to me if I wanted the dealer to service the car. Well low and behold I go for the first oil change and they try and charge me, I have to explain that I have the Sentinel program and you need to check with the sales manager because I'm not paying for this. Every time I bring the car in Jeffrey tries to charge me for the oil change, why sell the program if you make it difficult to use it? I cannot recommend a dealer who will sell you a program and try not to honor it, and to make it worse blame you for the failure. I would love to continue my relationship with Gloria but after my dealings with the finance department and service I'm forced to look elsewhere. Edit: Again Gloria exceeded expectations handling this situation. I received a phone call from the GM Mike shortly after my visit to service and after my email to her explaining my dissatisfaction with the dealership. Mike took ownership of the failure and offered a solution to possibly continue our relationship. This is how management handles dissatisfaction, let's see if things change. Changed to 3 stars to be transparent.

Albert was responsive, replaced a failed battery shortly after purchase, and the dealership worked with me to address several concerns. Because of that experience, I intentionally held off on leaving a review while the repair process was underway, hoping I would ultimately be able to leave a positive one. Unfortunately, my experience changed over the following weeks. Within four days of purchasing the vehicle, I reported an intermittent rough idle and other drivability concerns in writing. The vehicle was returned for inspection and repairs through Paul's Auto Service. Later inspection records documented excessive oil leakage and oil intrusion into an electrical connector. After those repairs, the vehicle developed additional engine issues, including ignition-related misfire codes. Throughout the process, I continued communicating with the dealership professionally and documented each step. I asked for written explanations regarding the inspection findings and whether the later engine issues had been evaluated in light of the documented oil intrusion. Instead, I was ultimately advised that the remaining issues were considered routine maintenance, and on June 26, 2026, I was told, "I cannot help." What disappointed me most was not that the vehicle required repairs. Used vehicles can develop problems. My disappointment was that concerns I documented within days of purchase were ultimately characterized as routine maintenance, and I was left responsible for additional repair costs without receiving the written technical explanation I had requested. I believe in giving businesses an opportunity to make things right, and I did exactly that over several weeks before deciding to leave this review. I hope A&B Motors will reconsider how it handles situations where customers promptly report significant vehicle concerns immediately after purchase.

( Traded in a running driving stopping S10 truck worth more then I got.) Everything is wrong with this thing , I MEAN EVERYTHING IMPORTANT. On my way home the Brake light went on, (brakes still working) I called them immediately in the car BEFORE I even got home and told them, They asked me If I had tried the Emergency brake I said no, but I will and It didn't work. Then they said come back next week they would look at it, Sherry assured me they would take care of it. So I call the next week, they couldn't look at it yet, and I discovered the brake system had foreign substance in it. While waiting I found out the knock sensors were bad and the speedo was off, it's running faster then actual speed also the Emergency brake system didn't work. I called two repair places they both told me the whole system would have to be replaced, of course they hadn't looked at it. Soon found out much more was wrong with the Jeep. I brought it in to signature and they told me to wait another week. So I bought some parts for it and brought it in to them the next week. I Bought the Jeep on the 7th. called them that night then went in about the 10th then brought the Jeep in on the 16th, was told to wait, then brought it back on the 21st and they took it until I got it back on the 29th of Nov. It took them 8 days to get to it, they flushed the system and replaced both rear calipers, (the bleeders had broken off when they drained the system) They also replaced the knock sensors I had bought, that the code reader said needed to be fixed. I had ran the reader trying to find the problem with the brake light, no Engine light had come on. Later found out the Engine light doesn't work at all. Again the speedo was way off reading faster then actual speed. (37 read, actual was 25 used a gps app to find that out) At this point I had asked them twice to take it back and refund my money or trade it for another Jeep, they refused and sent me to another shop to find out about the speedometer. The other shop (also used a speed app) said the cluster was bad and had been replaced before. And needed to be replaced again. So I Immediately brought it right back to Signature and asked AGAIN for a refund or exchange they flat out refused, even after I told them the brake light was back on already. He didn't care and told me he wasn't going to fix the Emergency brake or anything else because he had to replace the rear calipers and didn't charge me for them. So after all that I bring the Jeep home and wanted to move the better tires from the back to the front, when I did this I looked to see if I could find were the E-brake was broke at or maybe what I could do to fix it. Found the entire system was missing. Nothing to Fix there is NOTHING THERE, all gone but the cables. NO backing plates, no nothing, cant even buy the internal parts to fix it without the backing plates, they come riveted to the rear end and the rear end has to come apart to install new ones.. I called them again told them about the Emergency brake system is missing and that the check Engine light is non functional. They are no longer returning my calls. I had put less then 125 miles on the Jeep. Next I had to put it in a trans shop, wasn't shifting into first without hitting the gas then it drops in. They had it a day. Now 350 bucks later they tell me what I already knew was wrong and put it in writing. They did fix the trans issue, was low on fluid and needed a new filter, then they told me the filler tube was broken and tied on to look like it worked. WOW. (Still needs to be fixed) So I made a complaint to the Secretary of State, they basically told me to get a lawyer. I'm a Disabled Vet in poor health and had saved my money to buy a nice Jeep, and got taken, BAD, and have the proof, but SOS informs me this is a buyer beware state and suggested I file a Civil suit. BUYER BEWARE OF SIGNATURE AUTO is my advice. When you by A car (especially from a Dealer) you expect it to drive and stop safely, at least for a while. The Owner should be ASHAMED of the way his business is run. My wife and I Would and Will discourage anyone from going there to buy a car.

When I got my car back, it was shaking much worse than before. At anything over 50 mph, the car was practically undrivable. What makes this even more frustrating is that the technician's own paperwork acknowledged there was still an issue. The printout noted they could still feel a shake, and my service advisor, Tyler, told me the same. The paperwork even stated that if the shaking continued, the suspension and steering might need to be checked. Instead of discussing these findings or working toward a resolution, I was sent home with a car that drove significantly worse than when I brought it in. I took my car to Discount Tire for a second opinion. They told me all four tires were out of balance and said they were surprised I was even able to drive the car to their shop. After they properly rebalanced the tires, my car drove exactly like it did before Moran serviced it. After spending $129.99 on a road force balance that made my vehicle worse, I contacted Moran Chevrolet and spoke with Laura Marklin, the Service Manager. I provided documentation from Discount Tire along with videos showing how badly the steering wheel was shaking. Rather than discussing a reasonable resolution, Laura insisted their computer showed everything was balanced correctly and that nothing was wrong with their work, essentially suggesting Discount Tire was wrong. However, once Discount rebalanced the tires, my car immediately drove normally again. The only solution Moran offered was to refund the balancing charge and put towards brakes. if I returned to have my brakes serviced there. That was completely unacceptable. If they couldn't properly balance my tires, why would I trust them to perform brake work? To make matters worse, there were pen marks all over my windshield visor tint that I had to clean off myself. Then, when an employee brought my car around, he attempted to drive it through the automatic car wash until another employee stopped him, explaining that Camaros and Corvettes should not go through it. From start to finish, this was an awful experience. The workmanship was poor, the customer service was even worse, and at no point did I feel like anyone genuinely cared about making the situation right. My car was originally purchased from this dealership in 2010, and I expected them to stand behind their work. Instead, I had to pay another shop to correct their mistake and was offered no meaningful resolution. Their website says, "If anything about your visit wasn't perfect, please reach out to me so I can make it right." Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I will not be returning for service or purchasing another vehicle from Moran Chevrolet. I'd rather support a local independent shop that takes pride in its work, treats customers with respect, and stands behind the services it provides.
