I went in for a wax and immediately noticed she was doing a very quick and sloppy job. She didn't ask me to pull my eye lid down and kept applying very hot wax to my eye area. She did pulled the wax very roughly and to top that off she grabbed a cotton pad and started aggressively whipping my brows. I thought maybe it would just be irradiated for a little bit and then be okay and payed even though I wasn't very content with the job. This is how it ended up looking a few hours later and the second picture is from just right now. It hurt so bad . I went back in today to get a refund and they tried sitting me down to apply aloe Vera which I had already done and I denied the service since I didn't want them touching my eyebrows again. Then the lady that did them ran her fingers through the scab very aggressively and I did let her know it was hurting. I'm not sure why she thought it was okay to touch me without my consent anyway. They did let me know that it would go away after 3-5 days and I did let them know that this shouldn't have happened in the first place. I am very irritated since I did have an event tomorrow and they just kept telling me to apply oils and try to cover it with makeup and it would eventually go away and I just had to keep reminding them how this shouldn't have happen to beginning with and if they can't do waxing that they shouldn't offer the service. I did get my refund I am very irritated with this place and their nasty service. Please don't come here just save yourself the trouble and go else where with better care and service.

I've even recommended this place to several friends and family members because of how reliable they were.Unfortunately, my last few visits have made me reconsider continuing to come here.There appears to be a newer employee, and I've noticed behavior that I find very unprofessional and uncomfortable. On multiple occasions when I've come in with my husband, she has gone out of her way to walk directly in front of him in a way that felt intentional and inappropriate. She seems to purposely bend down and show off her behind and her breast. What made it more concerning is that I've ALSO witnessed similar behavior toward other male customers when I've been there alone, without my husband .This kind of conduct creates an uncomfortable environment, especially in a setting where customers expect to feel relaxed and RESPECTED. I come here for beauty services, not to feel uneasy or distracted by behavior that doesn't feel professional. Checked them out on Facebook too, since they have no number listed on Yelp or google, reached out on FB messenger to the Business and I was connected to a lady named Stacie. She informed me that you have to set up your appointment with her through an app called StyleSeat ... It's basically a Yelp for hair, nails, waxing, eyelashes, and pretty much everything beautifying. I'm not sure if all the technicians here at HOB use this app for scheduling appointments? But the app itself even has lots of reviews and pictures too, plus Stacie gave me her Instagram to check out even more of her work, and I was sold lol.... She really has some talent! So everything is by appointment through the app only. And it's really easy to use. So my appointment date rolls around. Stacie informed me VIA text she was a little behind and if I could come 30.mins later, sure no problem. Arrived and sent her the text that I was there (since she informed me they keep the doors locked for safety reasons) and she lets me in... The place is a little house that's been transformed into a salon, and each room has its own little station, it's super cute,, fun, clean and comfortable. I loved it. And Stacie was very easy to talk to, super sweet and friendly, And she understood what I wanted, even kept asking me little details to make sure she did what I wanted too!... and I'd say she delivered! she brought my hair back to life! lol. I was so happy with her work. She has the hands of a machine when it comes to blow drying your hair, lol. I've never seen such movement with a hairbrush and blow dryer before. Haha!
