Our insurance company recommended West Suburban. The team at West suburban was thorough and extremely communicative through the whole process. They identified the debris damaged our front leoximity sensors. There was also some minor body damage to the front grill. They explained the damage and process to acquire the parts and complete the repair. The repair took longer than expected but West Suburban was proactive in keeping us in the loop. They also completed much of the work during the Thanksgiving holiday week. The overall process was seamless and we got our car back fully repaired as expected. The woman (Kathleen, who is absolutely awful) took the part off and snapped it in half and put it in my trunk like garbage, even though I specifically asked them to get the part back to me so I could reattach it. I asked for a refund for the $72 (1 hour of labor for 15 minutes of work) and she refused and lectured me on the phone for 10 minutes arguing with me. If they hadn't snapped it in half, I would've been able to spend $20 and reattach the bumper. However, now I have to spend $180 on the part and I'm already out $72 that they refuse to refund me. Go to Glenbard Auto Body in Lombard if you have time to drive a bit further!!! Don't waste your time or money here with these unprofessional people.

My wife contacted them this morning & was very pleasant, when explained the situation to the rep, first there was silence & then the response was "So?" Not "I'm sorry to hear about this" or "How can we help?" or anything anyone that works with a customer would say. They told us the best they could do was for us to drop the vehicle off & it would take 1/2 a day as it has to go to the Detail Shop. She asked if she could drop it off on Friday & was told we are too busy on Fridays - Really? I work in the Customer Service world where I work with our clients in the automotive industry on a daily basis. If I responded to someone the way my wife was, my Supervisor would reprimand me for sure. Needless to say, we are not using this shop again, as we have never been treated so rudely by anyone. If you don't mind horrific customer service & don't mine being treated like shit, go there. Otherwise, seek elsewhere.
