Some really cool stuff here. Clean seating area inside. He has an Old Oldsmobile Starfire outside For Sale and a 1983 Riviera in Original Condition that will be available in July for Sale. Super cool place to see in this Northwest location of Cicero. Directly across the street East of Super Wash car wash and Saint George Orthodox Church. Busy area with many places to eat nearby ; Pete's & Lucky Dog offer fast food , Both Good. Plenty of gas stations and shopping nearby as well. read more

This place always looks like a lot of fun as they have a rotating selection of classic cars in prefect condition in the window. Their display makes getting stuck at the Austin light and dealing with the morons who don't know how to drive bearable. (Honestly, if you don't learn to drive by late teens, you aren't going to do it well, so just give it up and walk. You know who I'm talking about.) Anyway, thanks to the shoddiness of Stickley's streets- urgg- I ended up with a huge bolt in my tire. I came in without a appointment, these guys jumped on it and had it fixed within 15 min. If I could I would give Team Auto 0 stars. Run, don't walk away from this place. I told the owner he should change the name of this place to Crooks Auto. Seeing all the classic cars in the showroom I though they would know how to work on a 64 Plymouth Valiant. I took my car in for brake work and when I got my car back after 1 day I noticed one of the lug nuts on the passenger side front wheel had broken off. When I looked further I saw that Team Auto had broken off the bolt in the wheel hub and tried to tack weld it back on. When i took my car back to Team Auto the owner said his mechanic did not know that year Mopar car has left-handed threads and broke off the bolt. When I asked him why they didn't replace it the bolt, he said they couldn't find one for that year car. So instead of telling me they had botched the job they tried to tack weld the bolt back on to the wheel hub. DO NOT TRUST this auto repair place. They offered me no money back and NEVER did fix the wheel correctly. I WILL NEVER go back here I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW that this place is run by incompetent mechanics read more

We are so fortunate to have a trustworthy, friendly, and quick car repair service in our area. I first took my van here last October to get checked out before going on a road trip. I have a 2006 Town and County. Tony the owner looked it over from top to bottom and let me know that I was good to go on my trip but within a few thousand miles I might need this and that done. He refused to take any money from me. Today I took it in at 12 pm because my back light is out and the engine was shaking. When I got there they offered me a ride home. That was completely unexpected and I welcomed the offer with no hesitation since I had my daughter with me. I got a call back within a few hours and got a quote before they did the work. I have never been more satisfied with Tony and his team. They always give you a fair price and try to save you money if you can use refurbished parts. I've been going there for many years and never had a problem with the work they performed. My friend recommend this place, to get my barely drivable car fixed. When I called, Tony, said to bring it in, the next morning. He was very friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Dropped it off at 8 a.m. Got a call a couple hrs later, with the diagnosis. My car was ready, the next morning. Let's face it, mechanics are expensive, but I don't think I could have gotten a better price, for what needed to be done, anywhere around my area. Got irritated and went to Team Auto once as a shot-across-the-bow to my dealer. Was so impressed with the service, prices, quality of work, proactive/[preventive approach, I've been going to them for the past six years. Send my wife's and kid's car there, too. Easy drop off -- two blocks from the Blue Line -- and the car gets washed for free every time I take it in. Usually phone in, drop it off, and pick it up same day. Tony has given me a lot of freebies, too, once I became a regular customer. This past year, for FREE, after hours, he inspected a car I was thinking of buying and helped me knock $3,000 off the price. How can you beat that? Tony and his team (including his son) run a great shop -- no muss, no fuss, no expensive bells and whistles -- just great work and great service at great prices. Very friendly staff. However not satisfied with work done on car. replaced the ignition lock cylinder and switch. this was due to the anti theft system acting up and causing my car to not start. after researching i found this is a common problem with the kind of car i have. the cost to repair the vehicle was quoted at $500-$600. told them that if they found it was going to be more to contact me before fixing it and said they would. when i went to pick up my car they charged me $700. when asked why it was so much more they said they forgot to add the sales tax. well the sales tax amount was only $36.87 this does not account for an extra $100. then they informed me that the parts cost more than they thought they were going to but failed to call me to tell me this. they did take the extra $100 off my service total which made me feel better. but after further research on the anti theft system of my car it does not appear to me they know what they are doing because they either did not reprogram the system properly after replacing the parts or they did not reprogam the cylinder to the TDM. all of this has to connect properly including the wiring for it to reconnect and work properly. taking my car back there tomorrow. scared to see what will happen. read more
