I've been coming to this cleaners since 2007. That loyalty clearly meant nothing. Recently, I had an item done (not naming what it was), and they did it wrong. When I went back to have their mistake fixed, instead of owning it, I was met with attitude like it was somehow my fault or like I should've just taken the loss. After nearly two decades of giving them my business, that's the treatment I got. On top of that, their prices have gone up significantly. I understand everything costs more nowadays, but when other cleaners in Downey are offering better service and better prices, there's no excuse. That interaction was the last straw. After years of loyalty, this place made it very easy to take my money elsewhere. I've already found a new cleaners in Downey that values customers and gets the job done right. No hard feelings.

Both Maria and Jasmine make me feel very welcoming when ever I go drop off or pick up clothes. The best part that I love about coming here is that they have a SPECIAL on suits. I've been to places where I've had to pay 12 dollars per suit. Here you guys they only charge 8 dollars.
