If I could give 0 stars I would. They misrepresented the vehicle i purchased stating nothing was wrong with it when in fact there are multiple issues. 28 fault codes to be exact. I am having to pay for a new transmission just so i can drive the vehicle safely. I brought the vehicle home on 5/16/26 and it has sat for over a month until i was able to find funds to take it to a transmission shop for a repair. The joy of a new car (even used) was stripped from me and the experience with them ruined all future purchasing experiences. I will never be able to trust someone selling me a vehicle. I will have anxiety and trauma that I carry the rest of my life and I have a lot of years to live. I was then told by the manager today that "I'm just trying to save $15" by refusing to pay for them to ship me my tags. I paid all fees due for them at the time of purchase and I will not pay this crooked dealership another dime. I am being forced to pay $8500 for a new transmission. I did all the research I could, asked why the vehicle was on the lot so long, had the salesman start the vehicle and show it to me before I even considering making the 6.5 hour trip. He told me (I have it in email) there is nothing wrong with this explorer. I informed the salesman about all of my struggles as my prior vehicle was totaled by someone running a stop sign and that I had been searching for this type of vehicle. He still acted with bad faith and sold me this vehicle. He is also a veteran so I naturally thought he would be a better person, but unfortunately he wasn't. As being a licensed insurance agent for the state of Texas I am held to a higher standard. If I were to conduct business the way they do my license would be taken from me, I could face jail time or have fines to pay. I have to take Ethics every license renewal and have to follow a good moral code. Which I pride myself on. They lack the very basic ethics training and have no moral code. I don't understand how someone could sleep at night screwing over many, many people. This dealership has multiple bad reviews, a F rating with the BBB and I'm praying God will soon let them reap what they have sown. Hard working Texans have trusted these people and have been screwed over. I am praying also that people will stay far away from this dealership so that others don't have to face all of these challenges. Even if I would have purchased a warranty with the dealership I don't feel they would have made the vehicle right. I feel they would have still ignored me like they do to other people. I had to stay on hold for over an hour just for the manager to take the call. Please stay away! One last thing, this experience has also affected my toddler who reminds me daily that I went on an airplane to buy a new car but it was bad car so it's parked in the garage. It's really a clean used car business, I went in to look at a Jeep that had a price of $12,900 on their website. I met with John, he seemed OK and was a very nice pleasant salesman to work with. John had the Jeep pulled out front ready for me to test drive. So I test drove the vehicle and everything was looking good until I met with the Finance guy Iram or something like that. I made a $10K out the door offer. He went to the owner and came back with a $16,200 offer?? So their $12,900 price vehicle is now $16,200? The finance guy tried to explain all the extra charges that were involved? I stated that was way to much, so I made another offer of $15k. Once again he went to the owner and came back with the same $16,200 out the door price. So I told him this is my last offer $16K. Thinking, surely they would come down $200 to make the sale. The finance guy stated that the owner is starting to get MAD? So NO, it's still $16,200? Can you believe that, they wouldn't come down $200 to make the sale? What a total waste of my time. Stay far away from this dealership. My wife and I had been looking forward to building out a van for traveling for a long time. We finally found one and purchased it, expecting it to be one of the happiest days of our lives. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. From the beginning, I wasn't comfortable with the deal and felt like we were being taken advantage of. I won't get into all the details, but the sales process left a very bad impression. After getting the van home, I discovered it didn't even include the tools needed to change a flat tire. Then I was locked out because the door locks were faulty, and the only key they provided was a temporary key with no remote buttons. I had to pay for a locksmith just to get back into my own vehicle. The biggest issue came shortly after. The dealership sold us a Ford van with a bad engine and failing turbos. They had apparently cleared the engine codes because it drove fine during the test drive. However, after only about 50 miles, warning lights started appearing on the dashboard, and the van eventually died. I contacted G Motors the next day and spoke with Martin. His response was simply to "go get it fixed." When Ford inspected the van, they estimated the repairs at more than $22,000. To make matters worse, the extended warranty company denied the claim because the engine problem had already been the subject of a previous claim by the prior owner. In my opinion, this dealership knowingly sold us a vehicle with serious mechanical problems and then refused to take responsibility. Our excitement over buying our travel van quickly turned into a costly and stressful experience. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with them to think twice. read more

I purchased and financed a Nissan at GMotors on April 24, 2026, but never took delivery because I didn't have insurance yet. Three days later, I contacted them to cancel the deal, explaining it was a rash decision and that I am autistic. Management initially agreed to cancel but only offered to return half of my down payment. When I asked why and requested to speak with a manager, Finance Director Gaby claimed it was merely a "courtesy" and obscured who was actually in charge. He insisted there wasn't one specific manager I could speak with and provided no names. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly called to reach management. The front desk told me a manager named "Glenn" would call me back -- he was supposedly in early mornings or late afternoons. Glenn never called. Multiple times the front desk claimed he was on vacation or unavailable. I now believe "Glenn" was fabricated to string me along. After all, she claimed to not know Glenn's last name, but who doesn't know their manager's last name? I also repeatedly asked to see the voluntary cancellation paperwork. Gaby kept delaying, saying he needed management approval, but never sent it. When my Power of Attorney and I finally went to the dealership in person, Gaby and the finance team still refused to provide any manager names. They surprised us with a credit card payment agreement claiming the down payment was non-refundable -- a document I and my PoA had not seen in my original paperwork packet. They wouldn't even let us read or photograph the cancellation form before signing. We walked out. Only after a manager named Allen Mood finally got involved did they agree to a full refund -- but only after we signed that cancellation form that falsely claimed I had time to consult an attorney. This entire process was filled with evasion, delays, and what felt like deliberate misinformation. I eventually got my full down payment back, but only after weeks of unnecessary stress and games. Buyers should be extremely cautious with GMotors. The lack of transparency and shady handling of a straightforward cancellation request is unacceptable. Since GMotors behaves like that in what should be simple, you can imagine how things are in other matters. By the way, the finance officer, Imran, claimed to me that only Ally Bank would finance a cargo van personal purchase. So, GMotors wouldn't call my bank for financing. The issue? It's not true. AI powered search informs me this is a deceptive tactic, pressuring someone into going with a particular lender for whatever reason. read more

I should have checked this reviews first before I purchased a car from G motors in Tomball. I never realized that this many people had experienced what I went through with G Motors dealership. I singed a car purchase contract on June1 2026 and picked up on June 16,2026 . When I picked up the car I noticed a warning light on the car's dashboard. I asked a man there to check it but he forced me to take it out saying that it is tire sensor problem, it's a minor problem and they don't have a tool for the sensor problem. I went to repair shop and discovered this car had many other problems. A man from a dealership knew this car had problems and sold the car to the customer. I went back to the dealership for this matter. They denied my request to meet with the General Manager about this issue. One of two sales men falsely represented himself as the General Manager but he was not. I had previously spoken with the actual General Manager, so I knew he was lying. Even extended warranty that a sales man suggested me to buy saying that it covers toe to toe or head to tow warranty policy but it covers very little, it's useless. Most of the repair costs came out of my own pocket. I am not very familiar with the law, so I do not know whether their actions were legally permissible. However, if so many people are suffering from similar problems because of the way they conduct business, and they continue to face no legal consequences while creating more victims, I believe that those of us who have been affected should consider taking collective action. They purchased a vehicle there after being assured by the sales staff that their service technicians would address the check engine light that came on during the test drive. We trusted their word and took the vehicle home for my brother. After only a day and a half of driving, the car stalled out completely. Now the dealership is refusing to take responsibility and telling us we are basically out of luck. They claim the current issue is "not related" to the check engine light that was already present before the sale. We are now facing thousands of dollars in repairs on a vehicle that clearly had existing problems before it was sold. Buyers beware -- do not rely on verbal promises from this dealership. I even had a drive off quote from Truecar of $11,9XX, which TrueCar said they should honor because the quote comes from them. I get there and hand them the quote and they say "No problem", run my credit, then tell me the total price is over 15k. $1999 Reconditioning fee, $900 Nitro fee, some other $200 fee. I was lied to by sales people, managers, told the car was inspected, it arrived, and needed almost $8,000 of work to be road worthy. The dealer refused to take it back, I was told to get it fixed and they would help me cover the costs, a week later they called me saying they didn't tell me that and want me to send it back after spending thousands on repairs. I made a deal with them over the phone and paid a deposit for a ford f150. I drive there the next day and arrive to a truck filled with smoke, dirty, steering wheel caked in brown smoke, headliner has brown smoke, tailgate not working, alignment problems, and shifter issues. The biggest is the smoke cause I'm not a smoker but I really liked the truck. They apparently fixed everything and still got it dirty and smelly. They charged me $900 for the "cleaning". 2 hrs out driving back home which is a 6 hr drive ended up being a nightmare as it took 10 hrs to get home because the front diff was leaking & it started with multiple misfire on 2 cylinders after scanning it with an OBD2 scanner. The manager there told me to "email service cause they don't talk on the phone". Meanwhile I'm stuck at a gas station 2 hrs away from them. I had to continuously stop and fill the front diff several times using 2 quarts to make it home. I've replaced the air filter and did a deep cleaning of a total of 5 hrs with steam cleaning and ozone generator and now the smoke smell is gone but they screwed me out of that $900 "cleaning" they did. The they want to charge me to mail me my registration paperwork even though I paid $225 for documentation fee which covers all documents regarding the sale. They are a bunch of low life rats out to steal your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND REGRET DEALING WITH THEM. read more
