I bought a car and he promised a 2 year warranty on the car. But after purchasing the car. IMRAN promised to email a copy of the agreement to me days went by with no email. I go back up there and IMRAN is looking at me like a deer in head lights. I didn't understand it at first but now realize, that people come back complaining pretty often. STOP! Read all the reviews!!! I did and this place still had my curiosity. I flew in from out of town to see a car they had in their inventory for months and months. I spoke to Ruben on the phone the day before to confirm the price. The next morning before I flew out, I printed the listing of the car from their website with the same price that Ruben and I talked about. When I arrived I was greeted by Ruben. I checked in. He offered me a beverage and the bathroom. Very friendly. We went for a test drive around the block. He let me look at the car very thoroughly. When we got back I was introduced to Imran and we sat down to talk numbers. He asked me what i was thinking. I threw out the number Ruben and I discussed and he immediately shut me down. He informed me that it was not that price anymore and it had went up. If zero was a choice I would have chosen it. I am convinced now this is not a legitimate car dealer. They have beautiful looking cars on the lot that will attract the eye but they come with problems. My experience was not a good one. Walked into the dealer intending to buy a Jeep that I saw online. The one that I liked came with some issues we noticed while test driving it but they insisted they would fix it so I left a deposit in good faith. After returning the next day with intentions on buying the vehicle, we drove up and they were working on it still. My brother in law insisted that we get a pre-purchase inspection and that is what I requested of them. Gaby, the finance manager denied the request even when our salesperson offered to accompany us to the mechanic that was a mile down the road. They acted as if they were accomodating and said to get the mechanic to come to their lot to check it. Well, the problem is that NO legitimate mechanic would do that. There are liability issues and they need to lift the car, etc. Red flag after red flag we took the jeep for a final test drive and still felt the car wasn't driving as it should which solidified our concerns and did not purchase it. After requesting my deposit, then they denying it, I sent a formal demand via certified mail. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and with the Texas AG. If for some reason this does not resolve it, I will take them to court. In less than 24 hours, they basically stole $1000 from me for a car that I did not purchase due to MAJOR concerns. This is a warning , DO NOT buy a car from G MOTORS. Most , if not all car dealers allow a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle. Finally got ahold of the manager, I assume, just to be told they'd give me 10k less than what they're selling another truck, (same make and model), for....37k. Talked to someone on Facebook about a truck I was interested in. Before driving over a hour to look at the truck the person on Facebook said they're willing to wiggle on the price. After getting there and checking out the truck it had some minor issues but nothing major but would definitely want some money taking off the truck or them to fix the issues. Get inside to talk to the "finance manager" and tell him the issues and what I'm willing to give them cash on the deal. He tells me we don't negotiate on price and said they could MAYBE fix some of the small issues. Even after showing him the Facebook messages where it clearly states they have wiggle room, he says the price you see is the price you get. Avoid G Motors if you have a reasonable credit score and want a "clean" vehicle. I suspect they are used to dealing with second chance buyers and low CS financing. We came in with financing. They (spoke to Gabby) would not move on price (X5 needed an $800 comfort access key from dealer, major paint correction, as well as few other things, about $2000 in total so far). They DO NOT allow off-lot prepurchase inspections. I suspect they reset the modules in the truck prior to my PPI contact getting there. I scanned the truck yesterday when a check engine light came on and pulled 92 codes. Yes, 92. Many of those codes should be cured with a new battery (I am very familiar with working on BMWs), but still. They use Experian Auto Check rather than Car Fax because it is cheaper. Shows a clean history for this truck. I pulled a Car Fax and this vehicle has been in a front-side accident. It was repaired to a reasonable standard but I still had to replace all kinds of 8mm trim screws and plastic rivet style fasteners to get it right. I could go on with irritations during the purchase but would again get long. Suffice it to say, if you want a professional car buying experience. Look to a different dealership. Our salesman, Joseph, was nice enough but damaged the front window tint when removing the sales papers that were taped to it with a razor blade. We told him not to worry about it, but was trying to be helpful and damaged it. Why did we buy from here? Honestly we would never have entertained it after the many red flags, but we had been looking for one of these X5's optioned like this for a year now with no luck. Figured we better get it while we could and risk it needing extra work. They do offer a third party warranty, but these are all garbage. I'd rather save the premiums than fight with them over what they don't want to cover (used to work at a German auto independent repair facility). Run away from this place. I bought a vehicle that was advertised on the website. It was advertised at $41,995 when I got there I proceeded with the purchase have way through that process Gabby the finance manager said they have to sell the car for $44,995. He said that the finance company require them to sell the car for that amount. It was late on Saturday and it was a gift so I did so purchase the vehicle. I also purchase a warranty for $3,995. As it turns out a few months later the car was total. In the case of that happens you get the pro rated amount refunded back to you. When the warranty company sent that money to G Motors $3,700 plus they told me that Gabby handle that. It has been over two moths and several calls to Gabby not once has he return my calls or my money. let me RANT. The salesmen are super nice, though I didn't really like that the owners are the ones that complete the sale with all the paper work, I wanted to continue working with the sales guy that had helped my husband and I. Anyway, we had found the only suv for our new family and it was perfect! After signing I had to rush out without having a second look at the little suv because I was late to work, so my husband took the suv home. When I got home to have a good look, my husband had told me that the brake light was blinking, but that I could take it in and they'd fix it for free. I had let them know i was going in ahead of time, and once I went I waited about an hour just for them to say i needed to come back because they didn't have the right part. Fine. So I returned the next day, and the mechanic "fixed" it. The mechanic did not speak English, and although he knew I was bilingual, he sent a sales person (bit rude by the way) that i had never spoke to, to tell me it was fixed, and that the light was still on but that would turn off on its own once I started driving. Sounded kind of dumb to me? Only ONE brake pad needed to be changed but they claimed they replaced all 4 for new ones. I tried thanking the mechanic (In spanish) but he ignored me. The light never went away. I called the dealership after 2 days, and the mechanic and guy who did the paper work was not around. The sales guy wanted to help but since he didnt do paper work he couldn't. I told my husband We probably were not going to get much help since the deal was done and well we all know how that goes. I didnt want to do a run around with them. We had to go out of hand and pay extra to get out suv fixed somewhere else. I wonder if all of their trucks have messed up brake pads? Hmmm. Anyways, other that annoying week, everything else seemed to go pretty smoothly. By the way, It is a family owned company. I love that, but all 3 times that I went, they had they're own children there. We drove up from Austin, completed paperwork on Tuesday, 3/9/21. We drove the 2018 Chevy HD 2500 diesel home that night to Austin and all seemed OK. The next morning, the check engine and Airbag system failure light came on. We contacted the seller (Gaby) on Thursday (3/11) and I informed him that IF the repair/fix was minor, we would take care of it. IF it was a major item, that was not revealed to us, we expected him to pay for the repair or that we would be returning it. His name is Gaby, from GMotorstx.com Sales in Houston. He assured me that this was an expensive truck and he would not leave us hanging and he would make it right. He stated that he would NEVER sell us a vehicle with problems. I took it to the Chevy dealership in Georgetown, TX on Friday, 3/12/21 and they said the airbag system could be a kinked wire in the steering column. I fully informed the dealership of our situation and that we needed paperwork on what repairs would be necessary and projected costs, so that I could provide that to Gaby from GMotors. Friday, 3/12/21, the dealership mechanics worked on the truck and replaced the air filter & turned off the check engine light. They told us to put on some miles to see if it would come back on. It did, on Saturday morning, 3/13/21. We told the mechanics it did come back on and we took it back in to them on Monday 3/15/21. They did repair the airbag failure system and the light has not come back on. They also replaced a nitrogen oxide sensor and they kept the truck to test drive it on Tuesday, 3/16/21. The check engine light came back on again and the mechanic said they don't know what else is causing it to come back on. They recorded it & sent it off to the GM engineers. The report that came back stated that it will need a new mass air flow sensor. They asked my permission to replace it, and I said yes. After they replaced it, I picked up the truck. The check engine light came back on again the same day. The engineers at GM said the next step would be to replace all 8 injectors - over $5000.00. I have not approved this yet, because Gaby now refuses to return my calls and emails. I sent him the information from the Chevy dealership on 3/17/21 at 8:42am via Email, along with the items we have already paid for in repairs & estimated cost for the injector repairs. Gaby stated that it was not in his controll to make a decision and that he would speak to his boss, who was "out of town". We never got a call... All costs and paperwork (sent to Gaby at GMotors) was available for him/his boss to view. The dealership said a check engine light was turned off prior to purchase. If GMotors is unwilling to pay the cost for the repairs, we would just like to return the truck for our money back, in full. If he IS willing to pay for the repairs, we will be happy to keep the truck and have a certified dealership complete the services to repair it, with GMotors guarantee that they will pay the dealer directly. I have made many, many phone calls to Gaby who states that, "He doesn't have the power to make this decision and his boss is out of town." He promises to speak to the "boss" and get back to us, but never does. ALL phone calls and contact have been on our end. We are hoping for help and guidance. If we could speak to the previous owner, we could prove that the check engine light was already on due to issues and that Gmotors turned it off in order to sell it. The truck is a Chevy 2500 HD High Country 4 WD Diesel - The sale paperwork stated that there were no issues with the truck and we later found out the salesman who sold us the truck quit the next day because he didn't like the way they did business. We have tried to go about this in an honest and sincere way and now we are posting on the website reviews in the hopes of this company righting the situation. I have had the worst time dealing with these people. I got the truck with problems they said they would fix. Then later I was told they weren't going to fix it. After arguing with them they finally did something about it. In the process they said there were other issues like the fan and fuel pump issue. They changed parts and it turns out the fan they put in was the wrong one and the fuel pump wasn't bad. It was a sensor that they rigged in hopes it would work I guess. I have the truck at a real shop now and my warranty that I purchased doesn't want to cover it because the dealer installed the wrong fan. In all, I will never buy from these people again and I will never recommend it. I have disliked every moment of dealing with them. read more

Car dealers already fight questionable reputations but this dealer and especially the owner(Allen) take this to another level. Purchased a nice looking truck recently where a certain feature of vehicle was to be repaired before purchase. I Made the mistake of not thoroughly checking alleged fix again before purchase and drove off assuming their word was good and it was fixed and ready. That same day, I called to make them aware of issue and they promised they would satisfy the problem. Didn't happen since I discovered they don't have competently trained individuals to work on it in the first place..... Hence the reason for existing problem!!! Needless to say , that newly purchased vehicle was in another repair shop for the next 3 weeks with NO HELP or CONCERN from owner (Allen).You will never get his last name or phone # for obvious reasons and he hates that some of his employees divulge that he is the owner.Unfortunately , I spent thousands extra to fix a problem he ignored before purchase, which had been agreed upon!!!! He sited that it was a used vehicle and "what did I expect"?You bought "AS IS" was another consistent response! Any other larger and more respected dealer would never treat a customer this way. Stay Away from Gmotors and his other dealership and don't be allured with the glossy inventory. They do not care about or address issues with their vehicles before you purchase and have no certified mechanics to deal with anyway.
