The service is always amazing. I got treated today to a spa day from hubby and I opted for the Heaven Royal Hammam treatment, which was amazing. It consisted of a body scrub with some salts, some sauna time, rest in between, and a finish with a nice massage. What a beautiful way to spend my birthday being pampered. I'm not able to do spa days frequently, but I can tell you that when I do have the opportunity, I love this place. The owner is very nice, they've been around for years now. I've been with my best friend to get a couples massage and with my husband to get a couples massage and they never disappoint. Very relaxing. You even get a treat with Moroccan tea. My therapist today was Paola. If you ever have the opportunity to come, you won't be disappointed. Very good service.

I understand the need for a few questions but to waste your experience on this is ridiculous. Ask before you start the timer. Worse, she did zero facial extractions. It was in her words a "feel good" facial whatever that means. This despite the front desk promising that extractions are included. Only when pointing out this disconnect did my brother who followed my facial got a proper experience. The aesthetician confirmed she doesn't do extractions but would make an exception. For 540 dollars for 90 minutes it's a complete waste. If you have money to burn at least make sure they do a good job. We also ordered salads at the spa and the chicken came ice cold and was rubbery. For 60 dollars a salad you would think they would make sure it's an incredible one. Instead it was a small portion and cold meat. They heated the chicken when we pointed it out but it didn't change the fact that the meat was so dry. The staff is nice here and clean facilities of course. I just thought the food and quality of facial would be impeccable at this luxury price point and sadly it was not.

Both did an excellent job. I would say that i would come again but was met with quite a surprise when I got to my car... a parking ticket because I backed in... nowhere in the parking lot are there signs posted saying no backing in. I was warned by Marina upon entering the lot that I needed to make sure to pay for parking before walking off because they give tons of tickets there. I did as Marina suggested. Once you get down below in the parking area, you lose all reception on your cell phone so you have to do it upon entry. So beware of these things if you decide to visit because the City of Hallandale Beach is watching you waiting for you to fall prey to their shenanigans, freaking crooks! My Deep Tissue massage was very good although because of my back pain, I asked the therapist not to go too deep to avoid pain and discomfort. The red light therapy was also relaxing and a nice add on. I am not sure of how effective therapy this is but was given headphones with relaxing music to add to the experience. With my spa services I was also able to use the Diplomat Hotel amenities including pool and beach. Although the pool area was very crowded even on a Monday afternoon and many children, not great if you want to relax, so I headed back to the spa early.
