They also sell local zines, which I think is awesome. If you make a zine, you can contact them to see about selling them in the store. The front table has free bookmarks, handouts, community announcements, etc., and the person at the register let me put some of my zines on the table for people to take for free. All in all, a cute spot, and one I'd visit regularly if I lived in town.

Information specific to the book / this event: The Ireichō is a book listing every person of Japanese ancestry incarcerated in the World War II camps. The Ireichō is currently making its way across various stops in the US, allowing family members and those that knew the incarcerated to stamp their loved ones names as a way to honor them and what they endured and their strength. After the tour, the book will be gifted to the Japanese American National Museum (in LA). The stamping of the Ireichō occurred inside the main entrance of the museum, and the museum graciously allowed those stamping the book to tour the rest of the museum. Museum staff and the staff hosting the event were very welcoming. The museum itself has both long-term and short-term exhibits, listed on their website. It's fitting that they currently have a temporary exhibit at this time called, "Kokoro: The Story of Sacramento's Lost Japantown", from December 20, 2025 to March 29, 2026. If you're interested in some of CA's history, it makes for a nice stop. It is Downtown Sac, so it's all paid street parking or lots in the vicinity. There is a lot right across the street.

At first from the reviews, I didn't want to check it out, but it just still happen to be the last place open and actually it was the best experience I've had at one of the shops they were very enthusiastic not in a weird way but they lightened the mood and made it a pleasant atmosphere it was pretty hot when she said she can't wait to Get off and go masturbate I thought she was very beautiful i was extremly turned on by it lol. Don't come here!! My boyfriend was racial profiled to the maximum degree. Before entering the store there was a tall white gentleman who was walking opposite of us. As he saw us enter the store he immediately turned around and cane in after us. Upon us entering he hovered over us. My boyfriend then asked if there was a problem. The guys said " no, I work here" my bf then said " great, can you help me". He then refused to help us because " he was watching the front" but who was watching the front when you walked outside. Right. We then went to the back to look at items. We picked up an item which was SNATCHED from his hands. The guy in the front proceeded to pick the phone like he was calling the police. Aside from the tall bald guy that has the social graces matching that of Trump, they dont let you carry your phone. They say it is for privacy, but it is to actually prevent you from price checking. Third, folks... keep your damn receipts because Toasty is trifling af and god forbid you get a defective item and need to return it. And you only have seven days -- is this return/exchange policy displayed anywhere? Fourth, they lose points for painting bland nothingness over the mural that was previously there. That art added something to the neighborhood, an artist spent a lot of time on it, and to paint over it for no reason and without replacing that value with something is a shame. Well, today I decided to go back to see what they had on hand and was sadly disappointed. The pre-roll display case was completely empty! The two display cases that had flower, only had about six or seven $22 eighths for sale. Again I was assured to try back in about a week because they were going through some kind of transition? Whatever. I bought one of the $22 eighths because I was there and just wanted to get something. Anyway,I got home opened the package and was disappointed to find four of five decent sized nuggets, but they were hard as a rock. Just disgraceful. I'll be going elsewhere until this place gets its act together.
