Then he had his coworker Guillermo R help me install my battery. I also bought a terminal/cleaner kit and Guillermo helped me clean my terminal first without having to do so and he took his time cleaning it which I was thankful for. If her job is customer service, she failed miserably. I've never had issues there, I've always dealt with Martin the manager there who is exceptional, outstanding at his job and goes above and beyond... I'm really happy I found this place after calling around 5 other auto salvage places trying to find…read morean air filter housing for my 2002 Toyota Camry. Of all the places, I called, this guy was the cheapest and only charged me $40 for the housing cover. Other places were charging more than double, and if I went through a Toyota dealer, I would've paid around $400 just for the parts. Anyway, when I went there, I noticed he also had a repair shop in the back, so I asked him how much he'd charge to install it. He gave me a very, very fair price. He also noticed my air filter sensor was damaged, and even repaired that for a nominal fee. After looking around his yard, he fortunately found one, so I opted to also get that fixed at the same time. Anyway, service was great and prices were more than fair for the parts. He's only had the shop for 5 years, although the shop has been around for a much longer time. If you read bad reviews before the 5 year mark, it probably wasn't this guy. I'm glad I found him and will definitely use him again if I need parts for my 2002 Toyota Camry.
