I don't write many reviews except when it's really bad or really good. In this case it was definitely the latter. G5 did PPF on my front end and also tinted all windows and windshield. Jack was amazing to deal with. Kept me updated throughout the whole process. He ended up keeping it an extra day just to make sure it was done right. Everything was done to perfection. I've had a lot of windows tinted in the past and every time I've had it done there was always a small bubble or something wrong that required them to fix it. Not this time. We purchased another Tesla Y recently and I brought it here again for PPF (went to their Alhambra location for the 3M tint). I did a quick walk around when they were finished and Ricky (owner/manager?) even walked up to me to ask how I liked it. He pointed out every detail about what they did (seems like Tesla quality makes every PPF job unique...). Ricky looked busy when I was doing the quick walk around so I was pleasantly surprised when he took the time to go over everything with me. I'm pretty picky when it comes to taking care of my car (don't get me started on dealerships or tire shops) but this is one of the few places that I trust with any of my cars. I wanted a different type of tint for my new ride and came to G5 through a friend. I had 3M crystalline on all my cars and decided to try the new Formula One Stratos Ceramic....CR35s all around with CR70s for the windshield. I love the look and my ride looks CLEAN as hell!! The Crystal has a beige tone to the film as you get darker and the F1 film has that charcoal grey color. It is all about preference in color cuz both films are equally impressive in heat reduction. I personally love that OG charcoal color but never had a comparable contender to the Crystal in performance. Sorry to say but F1 Stratos is my new go to film for my cars! I had my 2017 civic hatchback recently tinted by them and the precision and professionalism was beyond my expectations just from the other reviews here! The way they perform the tint job here is to have a plotter cut out all of the pieces to the exact dimension needed. This was one of the main reasons I decided to come here because every other shop had to remove my rear spoiler, panel, and lights. (This also means there's zero chance of having your glass scratched!) This was my very first tint and I had a little bit of research coming in but Ricky was extremely helpful in helping me decide on a level of tint and brand. He had several examples and a heat lamp to show the physical difference between the different ceramic tints he had ranging from the Llumar CTX, Pinnacle One, and the Stratus. He also had several finished tint jobs in the rear lot that I could see which was super helpful. I ended up going right down the middle and went with the Pinnacle 30% as it seemed like a nice middle ground and it was only $50 more (425 vs 375 for the CTX) and light transmission (gotta see at night haha). Ricky had originally said that it would take around 2 hours but I was very surprised and ecstatic that he and his crew had finished it right at the 1 hour mark! The tint job that his crew did was fantastic. He mentioned that it would look a bit wonky while it's still wet but to me it looks clear as ice and it'll probably even look better once it cures. 10/10! read more

Just bought my Q5 car a couple of days ago and I wanted to tint the front windows. Couldn't have asked for a better person to explain everything than Cindy, a better person in making sure everything is to my liking with tons of knowledge and experience with Ricky, or a better tint than the one I got installed - the Formula one Stratos tint. I'm extremely particular with any service and products on my car and Ricky helped me feel reassured throughout the whole process. Installation was great. This place is top notch! I just got my second car tinted here. 2 years ago I brought my wife's car and it was great then too! This time I brought my Mazda 3 in. Everything went great. Then, I heard some rattling a few days later from the driver side passenger door. I took it back and here's where the WOW factor comes in. Ricky greeted me as I pulled up and immediately asked me how he can help me. I told him what I was hearing. He got in the car with me and we both listened to the rattle. He said ok we're on it! Probably no more than 30min later he had the car ready. We listened for the rattle and it was gone. Nothing was wrong with the installation but they still made some adjustments to ensure there would be no rattle. Ricky even gave me his cell and wanted me to text him to let him no that the problem was fixed. THIS BLEW MY MIND! Got my car tinted here and they did a great job! I got the Llumar formula one premium dye. $200 flat. 50 in the front, and 15 in the back. It came out beautifully, they said it might be bubbley until cured but i could not even tell or see bubbles it looked perfect the second they were done. I defiantly recommend their service! They also took a look at my passanger window when i had called and said it doesnt roll down after it cured, turned out to just be a fuse and they kindly replaced it. There is a waiting room with a tv (we couldnt get the channels to show but we did get youtube app to work!) and a fridge filled with drinks. Also the wifi password. THANKS GUYS! read more

Called G5 to get a quote on a Ceramic tint on a 2021 Supra. Had already gotten both my WRXs done here at much more than I wanted but paid for the extra cost of the better ceramic. The price I was quoted was because the "odd shape" of the windows, it's always something. So I get a quote for the Supra and it's even MORE than what I paid for my sedan and sun roof. I ask why so much more even though it's less windows and no sun roof.The excuse I get it because more material is wasted on smaller cars, again its always something even though they laser cut. I would keep shopping around, price is ridiculous compared to other shops and they show no gratitude or flexibility with repeat customers. read more

We came to G5 to get tinting done on our Tesla. From arriving to leaving, they were super courteous and answered all questions we had. I felt VERY VERY comfortable having them deal with our Tesla. We had understood and heard that Tesla tinting is quite intricate due to 1) the amount of sensors on the car and 2) the back long panel which needs to be done by 2 people.
