Such high hopes for a unorganized company. I have been talking to Lizzy, for over 2 months now, It took her a month to remember who I was, and when the event was, and who referred me. She took the time to ask and verify what type of chairs, and I thought that was very professional! She even asked if I can hold the linen until she got back from vacation, of course I said yes! Wednesday before the event, no call, no show, no nothing! She straight up ghosted me!!! I was in panic mood! She ignored my calls and text! If you so called professionals can not do a job asked and planned for please give the courtesy to the customer time to get someone else to help! I read the reviews before ordering the tables and chairs from lizzy and gave her the benefit of the doubt.. She did to me exactly what she did to the other clients.. I ordered from her on the 20th of may and on the 25th I called her because I had no confirmation about the drop off time for the 26th. Her response was that she was so sorry because they lost all the orders, the tables and chairs were all rented out!!! I was in awe...what are the chances that this would happen again.. I've used Lizzie's Party Rentals several times now and have received excellent service and prices every time. This last time was for a very large Sweet Sixteen party for my granddaughter. The chairs arrived nice and clean and were picked up the same day as I requested since it was held on my church's campus and the dance floor was delivered and picked up the same day as well. I also used Lizzies for another granddaughter's quincienera and a large family reunion. Had a last minute bday party. Called Lizzy's party rental and she took care of my needs and was able to accommodate my last minute plans.

Very Disappointed ! Had ordered a bouncer/slide combo and 12 chairs for Christmas Eve the Saturday before Christmas Eve. She said I would be getting a phone call on the day before just to make sure I still wanted the bouncer. When I got no phone call I called her Monday night. Asked Lizzy if the bouncer and 12 chairs were still being delivered . She said yes they would be delivered Christmas Eve morning. The morning of no bouncer so,I called her about 2 pm and asked her was the bouncer /slide combo was and the 12 chairs. She said oh let me call my driver and call you back? Never got a phone call back from her so I called her again and she avoided my phone calls and left 10 kids very sad! They were looking forward to the bouncer Christmas Eve ! read more

STAY AWAY!!!! She is unorganized and doesn't return phone calls. The prices are cheap but it's not worth the stress she will put you in. You call her and she doesn't even know who you are and makes excuses. At the last minute she didn't have what i needed and had to go somewhere else. read more

I just used Lizzy's services this past weekend for my daughters 1st birthday. I originally contracted another party rental place but they cancelled on me the day of my daughters birthday. Luckily I called Liszt, at 10 am too see what I can scavenge from her. Thank god for her services she saved the day, she arrived at 12 with 6 tables, 70 chairs, a 20x20 canopy, and a jumper. The set up so quick and she was even kind enough to help me set up decorations for the table. They were on time and came with the transformers banners just like I asked. In addition when the guy setting up was here, I asked for a tarp to put on the floor near the bouncer entrance and he didn't have it, but he came back later that day to bring it. He went out of his way to make a customer happy. I feel that the poor reviews were from years ago and they've improved their service. This is my 3rd time in 2 years using them and i will definitely use them again. I've had an angry birds, spongebob and transformers bouncer . I just used Lizzys party rentals for my sons second birthday last night and am very happy. This is my second time using them in 3 months and each time they came a few hours before the party with seemingly newer, very clean bouncers. I was surprised to see the negative reviews because my interactions so far with Lizzy have been straightforward, professional and service has been delivered as stated. Lizzy's party rentals is a complete joke. My nephew's bday party almost came to a disappointment because of this company. My cousin had made a reservation a few days prior to the bday party and was guaranteed by Lizzy's personel that they would be at the event on Saturday morning at 8am per Elizabeth. Now the morning of the event, my cousin contacted Lizzy's to get a confirmation of party rental delivery and Lizzy's lost her confirmation on her party rental aggreement. Keep in mind "the morning of my nephew's party". So at this point Elizabeth told my cousin that she would check into it and call her back. After 20 minutes my cousin calls back and no answer and 2 more times after. So rather than dealing with a business that cannot deal with their mistakes, she went else where. The other local business she contacted was very attentive to her needs and within an hr we had our tables, chairs, and jumper. I would like to write a good "tip" about Lizzys party rentals but unfortunately I never ended up getting service from them. I ordered a jumper a week1/2 in advanced to my party and everything seemed to be set. I was having my party at a park so therefore the park required jumper insurance which Elizabeth made it clear to me that was fine. The park deadline was soon coming up within days the park was very understanding and kept stalling time to hear from Lizzys and I kept having to call to get ahold of her and she didn't seem to be worried about reaching the park deadline then she stop answering my calls if she couldn't get the license then that's fine she could have communicated with me so I could find another jumper place but she didn't and the deadline passed and I was unable to have a jumper at my sons party. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional to just blow me off, ignore my calls. This business is obviously not run by someone who has the time for it! DO NOT rent here! read more

When I called to find out what was going on Elizabeth said it should have been delivered hours ago. She said she would call the driver and call me right back.
