Would give a higher rating, their pizza is great but the waiting time is upsetting. I ordered a pizza thirty minutes in advance, get there, get told 10 minutes, 30 minutes later, get told 5 minutes and overall they need to work on their customer service to. At the end lost my appetite. read more

My fiance and I order for delivery about once a month, and they can never seem to get it right. No matter how many times he repeats the order, they get it wrong. If it's not forgetting the lumpia sauce, they're mixing up the toppings we asked for. I'm vegetarian, and we ask for a half and half pizza, so it is seriously annoying when we get a pizza that has pepperoni or sausage all over it and none of the toppings I asked for. I know we're taking a risk every time we order from here, and I have to be prepared to end up cooking food for myself at home about 50% of the time. If it wasn't for my fiance enjoying their food, I would have stopped ordering from them a long time ago. read more

I've been coming here for years. Have always enjoyed the Pizza, Lumpia and their Large Chicken Salad. Called in my order today 3 Pizzas, Dozen Lumpia, and a Large Salad. Was told 35 minutes. Got there a little early was told 10 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting and 4 customers that came in ordered pizzas, received them and left (all Hispanic) my XL Pizza finally came out of the oven all while my 2 mediums sat on top of the oven. When they went to look for the Lumpia they hadn't been cooked. They asked for more time or offered me to take them FROZEN. There's sometimes flies and it's really annoying. Also, sometimes the flies get on my food and I feel disgusted and I lose my appetite. On the bright side the actual food is good. I would just like that they are able to remove the flies. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience. Ordered a pizza at 2:50 for delivery and had to go in to pick up after waiting for over an hour and a half. Tried called to get ETA but no answer for 10 minutes until I was down the street. Was told 50 mins and nearly 2 hours later we are eating. Staff did not acknowledge my presence and manager did not attempt to explain why I couldn't get an answer. This store has some issues with staff and disrespect along with some time management training. We will no longer be purchasing from this location again. Management and staff need a major training on customer service. Pizza is not as good either. read more

I like the pizza, and the prices are a little less than the other places in town. However, I ordered a pizza during the Covid pandemic and when I went to pick it up, there were 3 people working behind the counter and none of them was wearing facial covering. I will not be going back...at least for a while. read more

The service is terrible!! I had ordered 3 pizzas, basically 2 regular pepperoni pizzas and one white sauce cheese pizza for my kids and nephew's. They told us 25 minutes and I had called them around 3:05pm. It took way to long and was already 3:56pm, we called again and this time the lady said "wait 10 minutes more." Do not order here anymore. Ive had gabilan pizza plenty of times. It just sucks. Like i said before. Lumpias are good. They also have good burgers for cheap. Another thing i dont like is their service. It sucks also. The owner that owns this place is very disrespectful. I would come to this place all the time because of their jeter sticks and Fried Lumpia but with their customer service it ain't worth waiting for. They either make you wait longer than you're supposed too or burn your food and say it's still good. They've done it so many times it ain't the first time they messed up on our order. My girlfriend went in there with the 2 pizzas we ordered looking burned and the workers had to call the manager and he started to say it was still eatable nothing was wrong with it when you can literally see that it's burned. This place is is more than a pizzeria. They have snacks and soft drink options that decorate the front of the ordering counter. The pizza is probably the best in town. They even got Filipino fried lumpia's and thats a plus in my book. Kids love the place. read more

Pizza and calzones are delicious. Prices are reasonable for the size and taste. Delivery does take up to an hour fifteen sometimes.
