On a holiday weekend, when the store was completely inundated with service requests, they still promptly replaced my iPhone 5 speaker, with an original equipment replacement part, for a very reasonable fee. I would not recommend taking your phone here. They are just interested in making money. I recently got my iphone screen replaced here and with in a couple months it popped off- i didnt even drop it. I took it back in and all they would do was replace it again for $100 dollars. I kept explaining the situation and they finally said they would do it again for $80 a very small discount. But, their service did't even hold up the first time? I could do better going to ATT. I am extremely unhappy with my experince here. It was all up-sell and no customer service. They were very rude. Saved me $900!!! phew. dropped my phone and the screen didn't break but 'popped out' and the case bent. Brought it in at 3pm on a Sunday and at 3:30pm walked out relieved that I won't need a new 6+. so today I got my phone fixed and they were SUPER nice and considerate, great service and prices. the screen was also great quality. it's cheaper and faster than any other gadget-fixer location in Marin. then, minutes later, I cracked my fresh new screen because my life is a sitcom and I am a dweeb. nice. anyways, they could not have been anymore helpful- they gave me a new screen for only $10 (WOW!) with a protector for FREE and a STUDENT DISCOUNT. ultimately, I only paid $26 for a high quality case, screen protector, and new screen. the guys who work there are bomb and 10/10 recommend. get there. read more

I went to the Apple Store first to fix my phone. That was a mistake. Gadget pro is faster, more reliable, and has better customer service. They have affordable prices and are in a very convenient location. It was easy to give them 5 out of 5 stars! I will 100% go back to them if I need anything else fixed. I cracked my iphone 5s nothing was wrong with it besides it being cracked so i brought it to gadget pro and they fixed the screen.. Soon after I got it back I realized it was doing shit on its own typing things, deleting stuff, scrolling up a down, I couldn't unlock my phone. So I brought it back. This apparently happens often because they seemed to know exactly what it was which was called the phantom ghost or something because it had a mind of its own. They replaced the screen once again. Guess what?! It was worse the ghost took over my phone. I cant do ANYTHING on it. Literally the most frustrating thing in the world when I press one thing and it does the complete opposite! I'll be typing and the next thing i know it says "hakusfyhjkadryheu333333krh" NO JOKE. I brought it back again the same thing happened again and again this will be the 5th time I go back to the store to try and fix it. Gadget pro? more like gadget epic fucking fail. DO NOT GO THERE.
