Amazing customer service and turn-around time, truly. But the product is terrible. I had my phone done in December and it cracked due to cold (~30F) weather-- I left it in my glove box while climbing and came back to a cracked screen. I explained this to them and they redid it in January, true to their warranty. That screen cracked in March for the same reason-- 25-degree cold -- going outside in my (waterproof) jacket pocket in the snow. I called them with my complaint and they said they would give me a discount on a screen replacement, so I went back a third time. This screen never seemed to work quite right-- some of the buttons were sticky and there was some lag. I thought it was just the screen protector they put on, but no. When my screen inevitably cracked again (Im out in 20-30F weather frequently and NEVER had an issue with the real apple screen), I had someone else do it with a real Apple screen. Apparently, Gadget Pro had failed to connect the home button cable correctly. Go to the real apple store and get a real apple screen. read more

I brought my daughter's iPhone 4S with water damage to this place without much expectation. I mean, the phone was in the laundry machine for about half an hour, then it was left for about two weeks. Just thought, I had nothing to lose, and this place is close to where I live, so I brought it there. Just talking to to the guys there was a fun experience, just being there was fun. Then there was the phone call two hours later, I was ready for the bad news, but they fixed it. And for a great price. My daughter's iPad has a cracked screen, and I am already looking forward to bringing it to Gadget Pro. This is a great business that's doing what I'd hope the cell phone service providers would be doing, but aren't. I had a dead lcd screen and spider-web shatter pattern across the glass on my son's iphone 4s. Our service provider said the phone was toast. I had little hope when I brought the phone into Gadget Pro, but for them it wasn't anything at all. $89 and 1 hour later we were on our way with exactly what we were promised. Hands down best place to get your phone fixed. Called the guys on a Saturday at 4:30 and they were closing at 5. I needed to get my screen fixed badly and they told me to come in. They finished by 5:15 and I walked out with a new mic and new screen. They even added some extra parts for free and gave me a discount for the mic. Like pretty much everyone else I must say Tin and his team are the best. I had a problem with my ear phone jack, took it in, and within an hour it was fixed. Tin told me it had a 90 day warranty, well within a week, same problem, I took it in, and Tin fixed it right away. We have no idea what caused the second failure. But Tin honored his word, plus told me if it happens again to bring it right back again. As I waited I watched customer after customer come in with only great words of appreciation for Tin and his service. This will be my first Yelp Review and it took a lot of disrespect, and concerning behavior of Company Employee's & Manager's from this store to lead me to make sure this review was put on Yelp & Confirmed. My mother came to the store with my iPhone 6s to fix it's broken glass, within this month, once fixed for about 120$ and having in addition bought a 10$ screen protector made with "glass material". Not even a week later, I realized there was crack going horizontally on my screen. To be honest, I might of dropped my phone, but if there was a drop I would of remembered it if it was serious one, then again maybe I just don't remember. SIDE NOTE: I would like to inform before this screen protector purchase my family and I always have bought the "INVISIBLE SHIELD" glass screen protector from Verizon for only 40$, which also includes a Lifetime Warranty. Back to the very offending and disappointing incident. My mother and I head back to the store to inform them we are worried that my screen broke, one of the lady employee there with 2 other men, told us that it's only the screen and not to worry about it and that it wouldn't effect the screen protectors strength to protect the phones screen. We really were hoping since this crack came about within a week that she or the other 2 employees would be wise enough to replace it with another screen protector. Instead she insisted it was not a problem, without any professional and sincere look on her face to present the store with a reassuring customer service towards their client(s). Speed it up with another week or so, the phone fell on the ground of the bus, resulting in the top left corner completely shattering and the bottom left side of the screen protector and above the home bottom was completely shattered, and specs all over the middle of the screen has cracks. Once again my mother and i go into the store to speak with the manager to discuss the matter since we bought 130$ worth of a new screen and a protector which wasn't very satisfactory. As we were walking in, the manager while on the phone was walking out, also seeing that were walking in. We ended up talking with an employee there who had no reassuring and considerate words to say, and didn't provide the customer service he should of known how to provide when working in a company like that. We got a company card and the managers name, and left the store to only coming back later that day. IMPORTANT ENDING: Later that day, there was 2 men working there with 2 customers there. One employee working on something with his back turned and the other one seemed to be finishing up with another client, and still greeted us, and as my mom started explaining the situation and very disappointed and angered, instead of the employee holding his eye contact with my moms, and showing a sincere customer service, he went off to finish up with the client. Ending, didn't want to provide a complimentary screen replacement, but rather wanted to just give a free screen protector which made no sense at the time, because they should of provided one when we first went there with the minor crack that showed. Very disappointed with the customer service there at the store from all of the 3 employees we made contact with. Also, their glass screen protectors are not trust worthy nor do they seem to be warrantied. I did explain to the last employee there before we left, they should really check in with their 3rd party who provide the screen protectors, as they might really be of cheap material of making extra profit. People who have families to feed, bills to pay and that are in need of a trust worthy materials, companies, and people, they should have to worry about some greedy selfish, immature, not yet fully evolved person stealing there money by selling cheap service and material. I really hope all parties whether, seller, store employees/manager or the clients/customers, we all need to take this incidents as a learning curve and deal with them in the most sincere and mature way possible where all feel comfortable and safe enough to know how to handle each level of the marketing section accordingly. I really recommend instead of paying 130$ with no warranty if the screen protector and/or your screen protector breaks, especially when another Yelp Reviewer Michael A. claims to have had the same incident, plus not all customers know nor have the time to be able to sit and advise all people who turn to Yelp for advise. I suggest buying a new iPhone from your insurance for 149$, unless more expensive. Hope that helped! read more

Yes, all the hype is right. Before you let AT&T rope you in to an "upgrade" or ridiculous repair cost/wait after you've dropped your phone into the toilet, come see Tin. He puts the phone in an ultrasonic cleaner and if it doesn't do the trick you only pay him $20 for trying. Otherwise, the $100 to get it working was way better than the $600+ is was going to cost me to replace my smartphone. He guaranteed his work on my phone for 60 days. He's saved the glass on my wife's iPhone too for way less than what Apple wanted to charge for it. Glad he's in the hood.
