Absolutely terrible. I broke my phone screen, brought in it, they replaced it, 2 days later it went black and wont work anymore. Now, they refuse to replace it again even though it's under warranty. They admit it's broken, and I definetly didn't drop it, but apparently are so pathetic that they won't even follow the warranty. DO NOT get an iPhone screen replacement here. I I got the more expensive screen here for $200, and although it looks great when it's put on, the quality does not compare to the iPhone screen. The screen is very sensitive to touch, so if I put it in my back pocket I keep butt dialing people. It fell once in a very low impact fall (about 1 foot) with a phone case and screen protector, and the screen completely cracked. The reason I got an iPhone screen replacement in the first place was because I was in a biking accident where my iPhone fell and my divvy bike rode over my phone. When I picked up my iPhone, my screen protector cracked but all I got was a bunch of scratches and no cracks on the actual iPhone screen! For aesthetic purposes, I wanted to get a replacement. I brought my iPhone 6 to repair the shattered glass. The price was $125 plus tax and $25th for labor totaling $160. They offer 20% Off accessories when a repair is done but that 20% is on top of the 120% of the price that they've already marked up. 20% Off 120% is still 100% - No Savings here. Speak to the owner or one of the technicians not the fat girl at the front desk, she doesn't like it when you ask questions and will rolls her eyes then fake smile at you when she realized that you've caught her. I brought in an iPad for screen repair. Was told they test exhaustively prior to returning a device. I drove 20 min in Each direction to bring the device to them. They called to say it was ready and when I got home I found the device completely inoperable. I phoned the store and was met with a rude response from the employee. I brought the iPad back again and was called again when it was done. Although it was not done. Apparently they tried 4 different screens and could not fix my iPad. There were lots of excuses and a refund along with a promise to help me procure a new refurbished iPad. I made 4 round trips to these jokers. I took my iPad to Jet City on the north side of Chicago and it was up and running within an hour! I have come to this shop for 2 iPhone repairs: both times they gave me very decent quotes and schedules which they stuck to. They have some warranty service on their repaired items and were able to fix a broken screen in about 45 minutes and replace a battery in 30 minutes. They also cleaned out a charging port for me and charged me nothing for it without even trying to upsell me on replacing the charging port. I appreciate having this resource and would not hesitate to bring them another device.
