I moved into a new house with a pool earlier this year. I have never had a house with a pool so I…read morehired Jun to maintain it. His prices and services are great. He was upfront on what would be expected of me and what he would do weekly/yearly. I had no idea what a pool needed. He explained that the pump needs to be run at least 6 hours a day to circulate the water. He would come weekly to test the water, clean the pool and check the small filter (and probably other things I forgot about). Yearly, he puts conditioner in (he explained what it does but I can't remember). A couple months ago, my pool started to turn slightly green. He put some other chemicals in to help it. But it didn't work. So he checked my big filter and told me it needed a cleaning . He and another guy came that weekend and cleaned it. After he was done, he texted and explained everything he did to the filter and pool and what I needed to do to make sure the water clears up. By the next day, the pool started to clear up. Within a couple days, it was back to normal. He's very responsive and helpful. He comes when I'm at work so I usually text him if I need anything or have questions. He speaks English but is also fluent in Korean. Totally hire this guy/company if you need a pool guy!

He had really good suggestions and his workers were highly skilled. He's at the site almost daily. As with any major construction, there were a few hiccups BUT it's how those are handled that makes a huge difference. Sam made everything right. Fast forward, in 2020-22 our pool tile on one side kept falling off and they came out to replace it twice. 3 stars for returning to fix the tile. No stars after 2023, for poor customer service, integrity, and reliability. In 2023 it started falling off again and he refused to come back. In addition, our patio started to have small leaks in 2022 which have gotten progressively worse and have caused two of the recessed lights to not work; and along the seams on the patio perimeter there is now rusting. I have attempted to call Sam the owner several times and have left messages, but he has not responded. Our warranty indicates a 12 year warranty on labor and lifetime for materials. This warranty means nothing if we can't get anyone to come out and resolve their poor workmanship. Thankfully I have been able to get the tile work repaired but no one wants to touch the patio and someone else's work. The patio work was subcontracted out but that does not alleviate Exodus from their contractual obligation to stand behind their work. I would not recommend going with this company.
