Instead of addressing the situation professionally, OC Pool and Spa sent a rude text message claiming they had mailed the bill and insisting we had received it, while demanding immediate payment. When I requested an emailed invoice for clarity, they refused and said they only mail invoices. Just two days later, I received another text threatening legal action over one month's past-due balance. This type of treatment toward customers is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, refusal to provide proper billing options, and the hostile approach to communication reflect very poor customer service and business practices.
