I removed the key from the lock box, removing access. All gates were locked tight, 60 days had passed, and they had not been paid yet; they were unable to get to the pool. REALLY. If you are using them, you may want to have a camera near the pool equipment to make sure they really are coming when they bill you. Unfortunate for sure, I hope my experience is isolated.
