I have a membership to galaxies, as does my wife. Prior to the new owners taking over, the quality of wash was excellent. I pay extra for the bug removal. When I left the wash, my vehicle was clean and bug free. Now, they hurry you through, and the extra bug treatment is less than stellar. I went through the wash three straight times and still have the same bug splats in the same places. I called the manager, who informed me that the new owners made changes, some for safety, but mostly to get more cars through faster. They stopped scrubbing the mirrors for liability issues. I think I've run my course with this company and will be looking elsewhere for car wash services. If you just want a basic wash, they are OK. If you want quality was, find somewhere else. read more

Me and my wife both had memberships with this car wash, my wife's membership expired and I discontinued mine because the manager refused to allow me to go through any more because of the lift I have mounted in the bed of my truck. I've gone back and forth with them to refund my money for incurring charge for two months. Spoke with two different people to include a manager and they haven't refunded my money. On top of that, I just found out they are s5ill charging both me and my wife. So now I have to take it up a notch. Can't believe they don't have a corporate office, or at least that what they say. We have so many car washes in this area but these guys seem to be the quickest. There move the line quick and it helps to have an express pass. Cleans my car and the vacuums are always working. They even provide drying towels if you forget yours. read more

Their monthly carwash plan is great and they always have lots of towels and rags at the vacuums to keep the car looking great. Membership at this location also allows you to get your car washed at the other Galaxy location as well. Quick suggestion. It would be pretty cool if they had someone that could push your mirrors back out after the car wash. read more

Honestly, every other todays car wash is good, this one on e Stan Schlueter is literally the only one that sucks, the team members are either always short handed or short minded, nothing is ever stocked, wait time is horrible and why have a fast pass if I still have to wait for you to open the gate.. poor standards at this one. read more

Went to the one on Central Texas Expressway. Have the monthly membership for $30. Why isn't there a dedicated line for express pass holders? I pull up and one car in each lane both trying to self pay at the time and no attendant in sight to help them.... Waited and waited while they clogged up both lanes. Finally someone shows up and helps left lane. They go thru and I sit behind the second car while the person tried to get the payment to work. By this time 8 cars have gone thru the other lane. I finally get in and you can really tell the employees don't and tot be there. Almost nothing done with the brush and he doesn't even reach the other side of my windshield. I get back to work and online to cancel my membership and I can't even do that because it says no e-commerce at this time. Too many other car washes in town to choose from. read more

The last time I went there, something caught my back bumper and started pulling it off, fortunately, the lady who was operating heard when the bumper detached and stopped the machine. I was asked to file an incident report online, which I did, and was told I would hear from them in 2 days. We would love to see the video YOU CLAIM you have showing pre-existing damage to our vehicle as we had no such damage. We would love to know when you attempted to contact us because we are still waiting--I myself called to speak to someone about this issue on the same day we cancelled our more than 1 year subscription services with you. It's a shame to have businesses with owners that have absolutely no moral compass. You ignored us for months.... and now try to sweep it under the table with nonsense!!!! I cleaned my car there the morning before, It hasn't even been 24 hours and it was already raining, so I politely came back this morning to see if I can get my money back or a credit or something. Sandy which was the manger was very rude and in a rush to explain something that couldn'tbe done. She then got a attitude after I told her something needs to be done and she kept saying they don't do rain checks and blah blah. Overlap the experience was horrible I drive literally 15 minutes to come here when it's a car wash barn down the street. Both locations are always very busy, which I tolerated because they do a great job. I went to the Stan Schleuter location and they told me it was "too busy" to do the bug treatment, however I was paying $40 a month for this service, meaning I had prepaid for it and they refused to do it. This unethical, probably illegal, but most of all annoying. I'm going back to their competitor because at least I receive the services I pay for. read more

Been here several times. I pay $19 everytime. Sometimes there is bird poopies left over so I just clean it off with a damp microfiber towel no biggy. I just wish the tires were cleaner and rims. Love the mini air blower don't know if that's what you call it but comes in very handy. Last time I accidentally sucked up the rubber piece from the drivers door and I got it back. I love this car wash, it's a new twist on and old school service. It may not cost $3 like some of the cheapskates on here want but $7 bucks for a decent car was isn't bad at all! I personally signed up for the monthly service for like $12 a month and it's unlimited. Before I became a member they always let me go through twice if my car wasn't to my liking. And they let you vacuum for free on a different day if you don't have time and don't ask for receipts or give you a hard time! It happens especially when a machine is doing the service lol. The greeters are always friendly and my kids love going through with all the cool color lights. We hope this business is successful and stays open a long time!!! read more

I will never come to this car was again. $3 car wash doesn't exist. The lady's who are working look like they could care less about working. We have been in line over 15 minuets since I paid not including 5 mins to pay. One keeps running around like she's trying to get this place working but the others clearly don't care. Man oh man...what happened to this place??? From 2 weeks ago to now, it's gone down hill, you can definitely tell when either the owner or manager is working, and when the people that are there just to collect the check or working. From little things from asking if you want your mirrors brought in and pre washing the vehicle, to an awesome wipe down at the end. None of those thing happened today. The only person that was nice was the greeter, she was really kind and professional, the other employees that were there seems to be more concerned about themselves or whatever conversation one of the guys was having with the female. I hope they get this fixed, guess the new help isn't working out like they thought they would, we brought our business here because of the consistency and the professionalism, but if management doesn't get these employees in check they're going to be just as bad as the barn wash which is no longer here, the other $5 whatever place, and you will lose our business as well. read more
