I've had ongoing issues at the car wash on Clear Creek Rd location 1322 W Stan Schlueter Loop Killeen, TX 76549, and today was the final straw. I've already raised concerns 3-4 times, and nothing has been done. The same employee who identified herself as "Jasmine" (not sure if that's her real name) was extremely disrespectful today AGAIN!--rolling her eyes, speaking to me in a condescending tone, and treating me like I didn't understand basic directions. Meanwhile, she was giving unclear and inconsistent signals. I followed every direction given, yet somehow I was still blamed. That's not acceptable customer service--especially for a paying customer. Because of repeated bad experiences at this location, I now go out of my way to use Today's Car Wash on 1322 W Stan Schlueter LoopKilleen, TX 76549... they have the best management and employees since I first got my membership which was 4 years ago. I pay monthly for this service and shouldn't have to drive farther just to be treated properly. Management at the Clear Creek location seriously needs to address staff behavior and customer service standards. Js! If anything everyone should cancel the memberships on clear creek and go to Stan Schlueter car wash.. if not still cancel and open up a new membership across from them called TOMMY'S EXPRESS CAR WASH. Customer service is terrible. Car wash malfunction and sprayed oil all over my vehicle and the supervisor didn't even have the ability to issue a refund. Then contacting Mammoth Holdings, the owning company, just brushed me off. My claim has been waiting to be approved for A few weeks apparently on the director of claims desk... Keep the money, I will be sure to look up car washes and other businesses that are owned by Mammoth Holdings to not use and to warn other potential customers. So many good and quick carwashes to use that are not Today's Car Wash (Mammouth Holdings). read more

OK, so after Kimberly got this place cleaned up she got transferred or promoted or something. The place is now worse than it was before Kimberly got there. On three separate occasions in less than 10 days I wasn't able to get my truck washed because they had the entrance closed. On a fourth occasion the car wash stopped working as I was going through and I had to go around and go through again. I should not have to go and pay 8 dollars at Tommy's Express when I have an active account at Today's Car Wash but that's what I had to do. So the last time, I went to the little gal (presumably the manager) who rides the little POS pink wannabe motorcycle to close my account again. Instead of just helping me she directed me to the website to close my account. I shouldn't be surprised, I guess, that the website doesn't work either. No matter, I finally called and talked to a person and now (hopefully) my account is closed. This is the second time I have felt compelled to close my account. There won't be a third because I won't be opening an account again with Today's Car Wash because opening and closing my account has become a pain in the backside. read more

I bought a Todayscarwash car wash deal on October 26, 2024, from a Facebook advertisement that said, "30 days free on your max wash membership." After entering my credit card information, I received a message saying, "Your purchase was completed successfully, thank you for your business." Later, I received an email telling me to bring this email to any Todayscarwash location so that a team member could attach it to an RFID tag. The details of the sale included the sale date and the sale ID, and it stated 90 days unlimited wash club.I've been going there once a week since October 27th to pick up the RFID, and the representative told me he couldn't verify the purchase and that he needed to speak with the manager. I sent a screenshot of my email to that person, but I didn't hear back for a week. I stopped by again, and the same young man told me he had the manager there today, so I could talk to him and he would take care of the problem. After a long wait, the manager arrived, checked something, and informed me that he needed to speak with the online sales team about this matter and get back to me in two days. If nothing happened in a week, I went back there.and he informed me that he sent that to the corporate office, but nothing had been returned as of yet. On December 23rd, I went back there and another manager, who was extremely rude, told me that you had purchased something online, that you needed assistance sending an email, and that I needed to provide a piece of paper with the email. I told him that I didn't understand why he had told me this at the beginning, and that every manager is different. I asked for the corporate phone number, but he refused to give it to me. After calling numerous locations, I eventually located a corporate number, but the person refused to give me his name, so I explained my predicament, and he said he would call me the following day and I would resolve the matter.However, I didn't hear back from him for weeks, so I called again on January 8th. Another person answered the phone, but he didn't want to hear anything, so he just gave me an RFID number and told me to go to any car wash today so they could give me a sticker. The first time that person gave me his name, which was BILL, I asked him if he could call me back at any direct number, and he gave me a number that was only for the 31st carwash location, and he wasn't even employed there. After I got the RFID number, I went to another location (West Adams), gave it to a representative, who checked, and told me I had spent $25. that was an gift card purcahse ,He told me that he couldn't do anything. I then called the corporate number, and the representative gave me all of my information. She was a woman, and when I asked for Bill, she gave me the RFID. She said that there were only two women working at the corporate office and that the promotion was over, so she couldn't give me my money back or give me a car wash. I hung up and left. When I called again, another woman answered, and I asked if I could speak to Bill, but he wasn't there today. Another guy interrupted, and he was extremely rude. and yell at me, saying, "I know who you are, and I gave you the email to contact, but you didn't, so I can't do anything. Don't call us back." At that point, I realized that the corporate number and representatives aren't actually in call center; instead, they forward calls to car wash locations. The last person I spoke with was a manager at the 31st location. They haven't given me a vehicle wash or a refund yet, and they're continually defrauding me with phony Facebook ads. read more

On Sunday 9/22/24, at 9:30, at the Fort Hood St. location a guy in a blue jaguar was blasting music and not one attendant came out to ask him to turn his music down. No one but him wanted to hear that loud music. He showed no respect for the other people using the facility. If I approached him, then I'm wrong. It would be appreciated if Todays Car wash enforce their no loud music policy. read more

I totally love the car wash. I go and it's never busy, it's clean and well kept. I just don't get the prices? Why is it so expensive? That's what I don't get? I live in an apartment and have no place to wash my car but dang!! Anyway other than the price would be my only complaint. read more

Excellent service, I've had no complaints, if there is a problem the managers and staff work to fix the problem. I've seen a lot of rude customers come through with stupid complaints and the managers are still extremely helpful. So some of these bad reviews are coming from NOT so very nice people read more

I had stopped by Today's car wash on Thursday September 16th to have a car wash before heading back home to Austin and I noticed some small thing's, so I'm here again on Saturday September 18th so I decided to call to see if we could make it right even if I had to pay for a better wash I was prepared to do so but of course I didn't have to I spoke with ALLEN and he was amazing hands down he told me to come on by and they would get my vehicle clean and when I say clean this is the best car wash I've ever had and he even came out and helped with the process of cleaning my vehicle and I'm so happy about my wash so thank you ALLEN and your team for making me a very happy customer I will definitely be back to this at the clear creek location when I'm in town read more

10/10 would recommend!! They are so great and I love the free vacuums and mat cleaning machine. I bought a wash after I had traveled to my parents, so I had a TON of highway bugs - and honestly did NOT expect all of them to come off. I went through the wash and was vacuuming my car, when Vanessa approached me and told me she noticed I still had bugs and I could go through the wash again!!! Then when I went through the guys inside the wash spent extra time scrubbing the front of my car. Will never get my car washed anywhere else again! If you come here, expect the window washers to be young guns with attitude issues. The fact I went here 8 times and 2 of them I dealt with some a*holes window washers at the start should tell you something, that they will hire anyone. Was also fun picking the pieces of cloth out of my windshield wipers after the wash too and having to clean the bugs off the front of my car because that wash isnt strong enough. read more

Okay so don't get me wrong, I love today's car wash. My car is always shining and the vacuums do a great job. I had to knock off a star though because every time I come in for a wash and I encounter Kristi she always has an attitude and is just rude. I've watched her berate the other workers and she's personally given me attitude on more than on occasion for just asking questions about the difference in washes, that never would have passed when i was management 10 years ago. She's the only one I've had issue with, the other workers are great. I love Carrine! Her attitude just makes you wanna smile even if you're having a bad day. Matt M is very sweet and always greets everyone with a smile which is also nice to see. He was also very very helpful with my questions about the monthly wash plan. All in all you hire excellent staff but maybe tell Kristi to lighten up some. read more

I was in the car wash tunnel on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 1:00 pm when my car was hit from behind. My car was in neutral and in the track. There was nothing I could do. The operator stopped the car wash and approached the car of the driver behind me to ask if she was okay. The car was then restarted and I was able to safely exit the car wash. A police officer was present due to a separate accident of a car exiting the car wash earlier. The police officer spoke to the management of Today's Car Wash on my behalf but they refused to care. An employee wrote down my information and said the "higher ups have to review video" and they will get back to me by the end of the business day on Friday. We reached out to the site manager today and she said, no, they are doing nothing. They will eventually review the video but it is the fault of the other driver. The bottom line is that you are putting your life and vehicle in the operator's hands when you enter the car wash tunnel. If anything adverse occurs, you are on your own! I cancelled my membership immediately and will tell everyone I know about this. They are all cancelling as well. I am done with allowing people like this to take advantage of their loyal customers. read more

The attendants are always friendly. I purchased the unlimited premium package which is well worth it especially in Texas. The package can be used at all locations which is a plus. It is so conveniently located on my route to work and 190. There are plenty free vacuum stations, usually all are functional and the areas around them are always clean. The unlimited package option is definitely the way to go! The scan barcode decal makes it super easy to pull up and proceed to the washing bay. There is always one or two people there to brush off the bugs from the front and back of your vehicle too. read more

I used this place for years, actually started using this carwash back when the only one was on Fort Hood street with no issues... now if you don't drive a brand new vehicle they will pick the vehicle from top to bottom finding reasons why you cannot go through the wash. I would understand loose stuff in the bed but on more than one occasion they have made myself and other people unmount equipment just to go thru.... owners wakeup, everyone around here drives trucks and jeeps. read more

Great touch less Carwash and cheap too! The high pressure rinse on their water guns is actually high pressure unlike most places. My car is ceramic coated so going here takes about 5 minutes to wash and 5 minutes to dry. read more

Loved this place so much, friendly staff and excellent full service. Then I found after my tire shine wash was ruining my car. The amount of tire shine they sprayed into my tires was ruining my brakes rotors. After wiping it all off, it looked as if they sprayed two entire containers of the stuff into my tires. New brake rotors and 4 hours of cleaning later... I can wash my car elsewhere read more

I have been a customer for many years and have always enjoyed the convenience and speedy service provided by this business. They do provided a much needed service missing in Harker Heights when they first opened. Recently I did have a bad experience with the business due to damage done to my vehicle. I have been a loyal monthly customer with this vehicle for over two years and use it many times a week and never had an issue before, but this time as I was going through the carwash my fuel door was opened during the wash and the system ripped it off. Now after talking with the site manager Greg he advised me that they been having issues with BMW'S and their fuel doors opening. I was honestly surprised as I use it often and have not experienced that. After their internal investigation the site manager told me it was not the car wash fault as my manual states the fuel door should be locked. I advised him that I know it does not state that and he was wrong and he should have advised BMW's owner of this issue with their carwash. He told me my car had a recall and I am honestly shocked how a manger can just make things up and say those things about my car. I told him i contacted BMW there is no recall on my vehicle and the manual does not state to lock the fuel door. I should have been advised by the personnel working there of this issue as locking the car is simple. I am surprised about this situation and Would love for someone else to contact me about this as i am sure we can verify the recall and the owner manuals about the door locking. This is a really nice car wash. My husband and I live in an apartment so we always come here to get our cars washed. There's always an attendant outside to help you choose the right wash and swipe your card. We always get the $8 "wheel deal" and it's just fine for us! The vacuums are free and convenient. They work really well and there are hoses on each side of your car for easy access. I really like this place because the attendants are always very nice. They advertise unlimited car wash for $14.99/month but haven't tried it yet so can't comment on that. read more

My car was damaged at this place and instead of taking responsibility, right away the "manager" on duty runs out talking about the opposite side that isn't damaged. It pulled off my trim to my side of my car. Then the manager scratched my car with his scissors which he claims he didn't do but thankfully I took picture right after it happened before the scissors touched it then after as well. They claim through a photo that my trim was sticking out, I looked at the picture of when it was bought and it's exactly the same (3 months old-new car). They are rude and not willing to take responsibility. He flat out told me that he believes his manager over me about the scissors not scratching my car. Do not waste your money at this location, it's best to just hand wash your car or go to another business willing to take responsibility not find anything they possibly can to deny responsibility or try and put blame on others. Thankfully I already contacted a lawyer, I'm not going to allow them to damage my car and not accept responsibility. read more

I went to the location at 3110 Clear Creek Road today, like have done since they built this new location. I have always been pretty satisfied, until today. I took my son's new vehicle for a basic wash with triple foam conditioner. When cleaning the windows, I noticed a substance on the roof. I touched it and found it to be grainy and sticky. This substance was on the glass of the sunroof and on the painted surface of the roof. I tried to remove it from the glass with my window cleaner, but it would not come off. I spoke to manager Anthony. He said there is nothing in their solutions that could have done this. He insist that I must have tree sap, bird poop, or something from a construction site. This substance stretched about 10-12 inches. He offered to send me through the basic wash again without the conditioner, even after I just told him that I've attempted to clean with window cleaner and it didn't come off. I left and asked a rep at the auto store to look at it. She said he could not say for certain what it was, but it hadn't been on long and appeared to be a waxy substance. I bought the wax remover (10.80) and asked to be reimbursed by Today's. The manager would not come early to me, but instead sent someone out to tell me no they would not help me and directed me to their website's contact form. I'm very displeased with their response. Businesses usually understand the cost of a dissatisfied customer, but we shall see. read more
