TLDR; Transparent, honest and worked on my behalf with insurance Co. Listened to my needs and did what I asked for (instead a standard process). No surprises, costs were all covered, and car came back in great shape. Full story: Our car was hit by another vehicle at an intersection, and the manager of iRepair, Mike, just happened to be nearby, and called us a tow truck. He offered his shop and services, and explained how the insurance company would handle the claim, and suggested ways to go fast. I'm not the type to just take the word of a guy I meet on the street, so I was hesitant to just go with iRepair, just because he said so. Mike listened to my concerns, said he would tow and store car for free, and he wait until we were ready to pick another provider (recommended by state farm) if we wanted. Amazing faith in himself to offer better care like that. Pretty much everything played out with insurance and quotes as he said they would - and he supported me when I said let's wait and see what insurance would say... In the end I was happy because he kept all the costs under control and our insurance covered their piece, even if I didn't take him up on his suggestions to do things ahead of approvals. If I'm ever in same situation, I'd just hand the keys to Mike and say "thanks in advance". read more

These guys are scammers. My car was in an accident and was towed in this scamming shop. Finally got back my car after almost a month and thought everything was fine until I heard some rattling sound in my steering column after a few weeks. Returned it to them and was told sway bar link was bad so they replaced it, paid them $500 although repair should have been on warranty. I took the "bad" sway bar link and noticed it was cut purposely to look like it was "bad". Turned out I have a shattered EPS damper. Stay away from this shop! read more

I had almost a near perfect experience with iRepair. My car door was dented, and after shopping around for a quote, I decided to go with iRepair. iRepair gave me the cheapest quote, and was one of the few places to offer to do the repair without completely replacing the door. Note: their quote was generally 1/2 as much as other quotes I received. Well, I couldn't be happier, the repair looks great (see pictures), and they even did an inside/outside car wash for me prior to pick-up. Would definitely recommend this shop to a friend. I got into a car accident last week me and my wife some guy sideswiped us. It was 100% his fault and I met Chris one of the owners of this auto body shop. He was right there at the right place at the right time as though God put him there. he was very friendly, very helpful very hospitable. He helped get our car towed, and us a ride to his shop and hooked us up with a loaner car free of charge. He charged the guy who hit us. Our car is still in the shop. Our car is going get inspected and then we suspect our car will be a total loss. He also introduced us to a paralegal so that way we can get the guy who hit us to pay for our car the damages and our injuries he was so knowledgeable and the guys at the shop were eager to help us. They all had a smiles on their faces and were friendly and kind and polite. Before they gave us the loaner car they sanitized it. They filled up the tire with air more pressure. They filled up the tank of gas and they made sure the car was in great shape before they let us use it. I highly recommend them. we also had questions about the accident about the car about what we should do and he gave us great advice and great wonderful team. I definitely suggest you guys come and see these guys are amazing. They will treat you well and the way that you should be treated. What I thought wasn't a bad hit, truly ended up becoming a big headache especially not knowing my car came with a bunch of delicate sensors and it being expensive to work on. Coming to iRepair and working with their team made this process extremely easy and pain free. Usually working with insurance due to a hit and run can take ages to manage but I was fortunate enough to barely lift a finger and only had to wait for my car. As I looked at my car, I was amazed at how new my car looked. There is no doubt in my mind that anyone would ever even suspect my car was involved in an accident. My repairs were flawless and they even go the extra mile to clean the exterior and interior of the car. They fought with the adjuster and did whatever it could take to get the deductible removed. Ive been around a long time in the valley and have known many body shops. There all gone now and I needed work done on my new van, I went on yelp and Immediately got a quick response from Chris. We communicated a few times then I went to see him to get a quote. We settled at a very fair price and when I dropped it off 2 days ago I expressed the urgency to get it back asap because it is my work van. Chris said Monday, which would be 4 working days. I also added a couple extra fixes ii wanted done and told Will I would be willing to pay a little extra for that. To my surprise I got a call early today ( 2 days later) that I can pick up my van today! I previously had been wrapping my car with vinyl until going with an aftermarket front bumper. The bumper was only primered and made wrapping a nightmare. I decided I'd go the paint route and based on past reviews, decided to hit up iRepair (I was getting quotes from a few local shops). Michael the owner contacted me personally and was hesitant to give me a install quote for color matching an aftermarket bumper. This was for good reason and I was relieved to hear it. I got a choice of three different variations of the paint to match against my car's Dark Grey Gloss Avery wrap. Turned out the first option was spot on and I gave them the all clear. They were extremely communicative with me throughout the very short 3 day turn around time. They even went above and beyond to make sure I could get the bumper back to the house which was within a few miles. I was going to be installing it myself and my current car had no way of getting it there. They very could of easily said it was my problem and I wouldn't have been upset. Choosing a body shop off of Yelp is somewhat risky if you don't know what to look for or ask. From my experience I would send a friend or family here and not have to worry about them taking advantage or doing shotty work. My vehicle was sent here for repairs after an accident. Wanted to get it out of there and send it to a repair shop of my choosing. Had to fill out paperwork to release my vehicle. Gave us the run around. Our calls were not answered. Took them a week to finally get my vehicle out. They said it was blocked in by other vehicles that could not start. I believe they just wanted to rack up the storage fees because I didn't want their service. All I had in my vehicle was a sunshade and they stole that. You get a very serious crunch on your right rear side of your car with a generous helping of F U from the cops who had to come out in the rain to do their job. So OnStar had me towed to iRepair auto body. That's where I met Will. He took the time to look over my car, listen to my situation and help me figure out what my best course of action was. We talked about housing the car there until I could get insurance started on the process. Once they got around to tearing up the broken pieces to see what the real damage was, we found we needed a ton of new parts. That opened the door to a new wing and tail lights as the existing ones had some damage to the unit inside the connections. What a difference it made. The whole rebuild start to finish took 4 weeks and Will kept me up on it every step of the way.
