Parking is typically pretty easy to find in the large shopping center they're in. We signed her up for their once a week introduction to dance class. She loved her classmates and instructor and wanted to do their recital in June. The class provided a lot of valuable life lessons. She learned and had several things reiterated: confidence, human kindness, paying attention, respect, responsibility, timeliness, and trying your hardest. Their waiting room is exceptionally small, and they prefer you drop off and pick up your child after class. Unfortunately, that's not realistic for her due to some separation anxiety issues, but we'll continue working on it. Starbucks and Walgreens are both within walking distance for those who are able to drop off their child or children. They sell a variety of ballet and dance apparel and shoes. The recital costumes were reasonably priced and absolutely gorgeous. Tickets were also reasonably priced, and the show was well planned and executed. Our daughter's dance partner bailed on her before the second show, and her instructor Mona helped instill the confidence in her to perform a solo rendition that she did a fantastic job with. She's excited to begin class again in August after soccer is over and to perform again in December's recital.

I am very sorry for how your daughter felt that day the situation of a parent not communicating and not paying and still showing up to class was new for us and we have already discussed how we will deal with in the future if this happens again with another parent. As far as your refund request. In the contract you signed it states the due date as the 1st of the month as well as a required 14 day advance notice to dropping . Besides the group photo, my daughter was only in 3 photos (another girl was only in 1). I was told my daughter is not the main character in the recital. That's understandable. But for the same price, main character gets hundreds of photos while we get 3. Is that fair? Be careful of what you say and ask. Since my daughter just started her ballet class, I was considering whether should let her to join the recital. They emailed me that every student will participate (I know another student's parent didn't decide yet). I never had any complaints to the faculty in the studio or through the email. I just asked 2 questions about the recital to the faculty and shared my displeasure with another parent, who in turn complained to the ownership. The next day, my daughter was expelled from the school due to my "rude behavior questioning" and "spreading negative news". I have never had a horrible service like that. I would choose zero star for this studio.

They already have designated HIIT CS4 classes and Pilates classes but they make the yoga room hot hiit pilates instead of yoga sculpt.
