The staff here has been extremely helpful to me, even when I wasn't an active customers. T-Mobile has some decent service deals if you are shopping around. This store is an actual T-Mobile owned branch, which is important. NEVER go to a franchise branch. They are not obligated to honor the same deals, including refunds and returns. I learned my lesson the hard way. The only downside to this particular T-Mobile store is there is almost always a wait, albeit a short one. T mobile service sucks ass. I haven't had internet in 5 months and when I call the customer service like they keep giving me the run around like they can fix it but every single time it's the same shit !!! They walk me through the same steps and nothing works !! On top of that you can barely understand the people they have answer these phones which is very annoying. I usually don't leave reviews but the customer service here is horrible. I had a situation were I came in for a new phone and they got my phone plan wrong. I came in a few weeks later to ask the female manager respectfully why if I paid for one service i got another her response was " I don't know why that happened to you, I'm not a psychic", With the worst attitude imaginable. The Manager said that. She was not very helpful and didn't make me feel welcome. Very uncomfortable environment, especially when I came in trying to understand why they made a mistake, no apology or understanding from her just attitude. I really dislike having to leave bad reviews but a certain employee at this store left me little choice... My problem began with a miscommunication​ with a sales associate at the store. The problem required me to return to the store to reprocess my purchase and account so that I would be eligible for a buy one, get one free promotion. After entering the store, I was quickly greeting and presented my problem to the associate. She was unable to help me since it was a special circumstance and brought out the Manager--Carolyn. Immediately when Carolyn approached me she was extremely rude and scoffed at my problem, despite it being a mistake on T-Mobiles part. She basically told me in the most condescending​ and unhelpful way possible that she refused to help me and that there was nothing they could do. Unsatisfied with the answer she gave, I approached the Assistant​ Manager​, Rob, who was not only happy to help me with my problem but personally sat in with a sales associate, Frank, to walk him through the process to correct my issue. The entire time Rob and Frank were helping me, Carolyn was glaring in our direction, rolling her eyes and whispering things to other associates. The associates that were helping me apologised​ profusely... Frank, Rob and Gabby are star players at this store but T-Mobile seriously needs to take out the garbage and get rid of Carolyn--she's rude, extremely unprofessional and has NO place in a customer service position PERIOD. read more

1. I live in Florida while my family lives in California. We needed 4 numbers transferred from Sprint to T-Mobile. The store in Florida was able to transfer my number and sell me the SIM cards to mail out to my family in California so they can do the same thing there no problem. This store told my family it was impossible to do and they were unable to help. I had to go to the store In FL again so they could help out my family in CA with the job this store didn't want to do. 2. My mother was told that if she fixed the small crack on her iPhone X she would be able to trade it in for an iPhone 11 Pro for free. She took her phone to get the crack fixed and the next day she went to the store for the trade in. Now they told her that she could not get the phone for free, but only $500 off the iPhone 11 Pro. The employee she spoke to about the deal was not there and the two managers she spoke to were not willing to do anything about the misinformation they were given. 3. They were able to unlock one phone one day by calling their T-Mobile help number. The next day when asked to unlock another phone they said they could not do it that would have to call on our own. This shows either a lack of training or simply laziness. 4. When I called the T-Mobile care line I was given the store managers name to see if there was a deal we can work out regarding the misinformation an employee gave my family. First time I called this store I asked to speak to him and was told he was on vacation until next week. I asked for a specific date and they hung up after asking me to hold for a moment. I immediately called back and was told to hold while they tried to find the date. Again, I was hung up on for a second time. I called back a third time and was greeted by a different employee, I let him know I was hung up on twice and he immediately responded rudely "she didn't hang up she was trying to put you on hold." Twice she "accidentally" hung up? Again I asked for a specific date and they were unable to provide me with anything besides sometime next week. By far the laziest, most unorganized, incompetent store I have dealt with from any company. I rarely leave negative reviews unless I truly feel the store as a whole has failed me. I am just thankful the store here in Florida was able to help out with some of the issues this store in California was unwilling to help with. read more

Damian rocks! I'm not one to do reviews. But They don't call them experts for nothing at least for this worker. He knew the product , gave me tips on setting up my new Apple Watch even told me how much I'd save if I did certain things. His service was by far what I call the epitome of customer service. Unfortunately, I too had an encounter with the store manager by the name of Carolyn. She was extremely rude nd very unprofessional. She doesn't belong in a customer service environment being as cruel as she is. Working with customers requires patience nd problem solving. What Carolyn does is speak over you nd cause frustration. Went to tmobile for a problem with my Note 4. My screen just went black and would not light up. Upon arriving at the store the customer service guy took my information and then said there was nothing he could do that I needed to call tmobile's 800 number to fix the issue. I called the 800 number and was told I needed to go to a store to fix the issue. I ended up using Google to fix my issue! I was pretty much over T -moble. My phones battery over heated causing my phone to expand and not work. I went to a few other T-Moble in my area to have this problem rectified. No body was willing to help or even listen to me. I went to pay my bill and have my chip put in anther phone . Before I even had a chance to do that Stacy Tello took a look at my phone and with no questions asked she knew this was a manufactures defect. Carolyn is the WORST manager! She was rude, unprofessional, obnoxious and condescending! She even hung up on the T-Mobile customer service rep I was forced to call since she wouldn't even listen to what I have to say. Do NOT give them your hard earned money!!!! Went to store #531 by the mall and had my issue resolved within minutes with Roberto and Amelia! They are the real MVPs and the reason I stayed with T-Mobile. Carolyn even asked me if "it was her turn to talk" and "if I was don't talking". When I let her know I was not done talking to her, she said "You got on your phone to make a call" when I had not choice but to call customer service since she wouldn't speak to me! Carolyn gave T-Mobile such a bad name! 10 weeks later and I am still fighting T-Mobile for my money, and surprise surprise, I find out their in-store Reps messed up YET AGAIN when submitting my refund information. It's too late for me to break my contract, but we will definitely be pursuing other carrier options when it comes time to renew. Your reps never disclosed we needed to submit additional information to get our early termination fees with Verizon paid off over the 5 TO 6 HOURS LONG PROCESS TO SWITCH, so we assumed that the Verizon account information we provided MULTIPLE times over the course of the process would be used to pay the ETFs. Due to their negligence, I was forced to pay an almost $800 Verizon bill, money I did not have which forced me in a position to borrow money. Your reps messed up submitting my refund information, and you neglected to call me to discuss any discrepancies. You surpassed the 8 week time frame in which I was supposed to receive my refund and you tried to get away with only paying me $350 instead of the $753 you owe me. And now I'm being told I MIGHT receive that $350 by the end of the month, and will be getting the remaining $403 over the course of yet ANOTHER 6 weeks, and that that is the best you can do. I may not be able to break my contract now without paying ridiculous ETFs, but I sure can make sure that no one I know ever does business with your company. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Ortega, T-Mobile sales rep, at this location. He was very informative, professional, and interpersonal. Jonathan O. assisted my wife and I with the purchase of a new phone. He didn't push any particular product onto us, didn't employ any aggressive sales tactics, he just simply spoke to us like adults. He did a great job in assisting us with the phone model that met our needs. Normally it wouldn't be such a big deal in receiving genuine help from an associate, but it seems to happen so infrequently that I had to point this out. Thanks Jonathan. This is the only t mobile store I will go to up here. Jocelyn is amazing, and always is patient with me. I'm probably the most technologically literate illiterate (yes I understand the contradiction I have posed there) person you will meet. I became a tech on my note 4 because I had so many problems but the staff at the store here was very helpful and even helped with my choosing my upgrade which I am thrilled with. Even when I was out of patience with my phone, they, especially Jocelyn and Caesar had patience with me, which in this fast paced everything has to be done society now, sure meant a lot to a customer like me. They are the only t mobile store I will deal with. So if your looking for a phone, or need some advice or want to change carriers, I highly recommend the staff here at this store!! Decided to make the drive to this location after receiving bad service at the apple valley location (like usual) and I am so glad I did. There is a bit of a wait (busy store) but Abner our sales rep was amazing! Most importantly he was honest he answered all my questions regarding my upgrade and explained all the charges. He was also very patient and helpful when it came to transferring stuff from my old iPhone to my new one. He isn't like other T-Mobile sales reps that add on extras and lie about them just to get more commission. Ok so I just bought a new note 5 2 months ago and it took a crap. I go to this location and Cesar helps me and he promises that my phone will be there next day. Ok so Im excited that I will have my phone restored next day. So this day comes around and I make a phone call to the location to make sure its there. The "manager" answers my call and "checks" if the phone has arrived and she puts me on hold to go check and she comes back on the phone and tells me its not there. So of course I call the customer service line and what do you know the rep on the customer service line tells me the phone is there and i get the confirmation that ups delivered it early this morning. So did the manager really check if my phone was there or does she hate her job that much that she didn't bother to even check?! Its so disappointing to go through all this trouble to do everything myself so I can get my phone replaced. What are they even getting paid for to just sit around and not help their clients. If I didn't just sign up I would totally cancel. Also I would never in a million years recommend these people for anything. I wish there was a ZERO star rating. Do not whatever you do purchase a phone from this store! They lie and add items to your bill without letting you know. My husband and I purchased phones here about 6 months ago. While there we had looked at the cases and screen protectors and had decided to get them through AMAZON because they were cheaper. However, when we purchased our phone the person helping us told us we got cases and screen protectors for free. So we each picked a case, and when phone had finished transferring items we left. Yesterday, I happened to look at our bill and saw we had been charged monthly for each of those 3 items as we had "Purchased them" When I called the tmobile corporate number to complain, they said I needed to call the store to get it fixed as they were the ones that set up the phone. I called them and talked to Vanessa, she told me I would have to return the products and then they would stop charging me. I said that was not acceptable as I would be returning a product that was suppose to be free, so I wouldn't be charged. She told me she would have to talk to the Manager. Vanessa called back and didn't leave a message. I called back to the store and talked to I believe the manager named Carolyn. She told me she would reimburse me money paid if I returned the products and that was it. I again stated, that was not going to work as they were suppose to be free. I hung up and called the corporate number again and asked for their customer retention department. I got a supervisor and explained everything that went on. I did what they had told me to do and got no where. The amazing supervisor credited me the entire price of all 3 products. We have bought our last two phones from this store, but will never ever set foot in there again. They like to lie to you and then when caught in their lie, they like to cheat you out of your own money. read more
