I was referred by a girl who is a regular. I loved how I just walked in the shop and was welcomed by friendly staff and was asked exactly what I wanted done today. The waiting period was less than a minute. This shop is the cleanliest I've ever been to in the past few months. I asked for an ombré full set and a regular color pedicure and I walked out with exactly what I wanted and more. T was open to starting my nails until his appointment arrived. This place offers a manicure for $15.00, but it's not $15.00. They do not put your hands in water to soften the cuticles or nails. They charge an extra $10.00 to cut your nails down. Then they only want you to use their gel nail polish, when I brought my own non gel nail polish. Everything there is get in get out, make as much as you can with the customer. I have had appointments and have waited up to an hour to finally get an operator to finally see me. I will never go back!!! read more

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the studio was extremely clean but that's the only positive thing I have to say. To start I called to make an appointment for a mani. I got there and waited 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Then the tech started doing a dip. I said something about how I made an appointment for a manicure and do they usually start the dip before trimming the cuticles. He said he could do it after he finished. This was when he was one layer in on only one hand. Not sure why my cuticles couldn't have been trimmed then. He did offer to do it after completing the whole dip process, but I said no since I didn't want the big gap. I left with polish all over the sides of my nails on the skin, horribly bumpy and extremely thick nails and paid 55 for no manicure and just a dip. Complete rip off. Wouldn't recommend. Update: I got my nails done Saturday, it is not Monday and the top coat is peeling off. So now I have dropped my review to 1 star. read more

Don't be fooled by the physical/ interior presentation of the inside. It's similar to serving a nice hot meal on the pale of a garbage bin. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is my second time having an issue with the quality of work these workers do. Yesterday I went to get a full set and as the person was finished up the acrylic...all they did was buff my nail with the sponge and put gel polish over it. I kept telling the worker to fix the issue, but it was like pulling teeth for them to do the job. I left and went to another nail shop I should have initially went to. I had an appointment for my toes to get done and on the phone they said they had a person for me and I got there and got seated and I was left there to wait for someone and ended up waiting 30 mins then skip to when she was working on my feet and she was rough as you could imagine and she ended up cutting too close to my skin and my toe started bleeding and she ended up putting rubbing alcohol on it and that hurt like you know what! I have been a customer of this salon for a little over one year. I'm a customer that has been coming to this salon frequently sometimes twice per week. I'm a regular customer. Throughout the duration of my time of having service provided at this establishment my appointments have either been cancelled 5-10 minutes prior to time or rescheduled all together. Yesterday 9/14/2021, I had an appointment at 5:30pm to have a gel pedicure done. No one acknowledged me upon entering the shop (per usual) AT 5:45pm I asked T how much longer it would be. He begin screaming you always cancel. CLEARLY this man had me confused with some other customer but nonetheless he was LOUD, RUDE, LATE and UNPROFESSIONAL! The purpose of making an appointment is to been seen at that time. JOLENE you need to train your staff on proper customer service skills. I got my nails done here Friday came back less then a week due to my nails popping off and they tried to charge me for a full! AGAIN I just came in 6 days ago for a full set. Very cheap people. Her excuse was that the hands in the picture were "model hands" because of the lighter complexion. I went here first for a pedicure and it was okay, not horrible so I decided to go back to try their "nex gen" nails. I told the girl like 3 times I wanted nexgen and she proceeded to do my nails. I have never had nexgen done before so I wasn't sure the exact process, but the whole time she did my nails it seemed to me they were no different then a full set of gels. Come to find out, she did do gel instead of the nexgen like I had requested. I was charged for nex gen as well which is more expensive btw. I went to this place a week ago for my french gel manicure and I have it done because my regular guy was booked. They charged me $35 and left $6 for the girl who did it. Today I went back after calling and inform them that 9 out of the 10 nails were some chipped and some raised at the base. I was told to show up to fix it. So I did. When done they said : "we are going to charge you only $15 normally we charge $30 for a gel change" WHATTTTT??????? It wasn't my fault and they were "doing me a favor"?? I went in to have a gel removal and a regular polish manicure by my normal girl, I learned she is no longer at this location. So I was forced to use someone else... oh man was this an experience. I had to tell the associate 3x that there was still old polish on my nails, then she broke my nail with the drill because she was trying to half-a** it and and had the nerve to tell me she didn't break my nail.. Then put foils on my nails and told me I had to wait 5-10 minutes which would have been fine but she immediately got on her cell phone and was completely leaning over my arms to text, the phone was nearly in my face. I get it if you have to take a call but does it have to be so close in the clients face? Completely unprofessional!!!! Then a gentleman was doing my manicure. He nearly slapped polish on my fingers and let me sit In front of a fan and he disappeared for a while. I assumed the hot towel and lotion massage would happen after my nails dried. He returned about 20 minutes later with beer.... he left me in his chair to go buy beer!!!!! He then took off to the back to put the beer in the refrigerator ( yes, I was watching him). I was still sitting there not knowing when he was coming back, nails completely dried at this point and he finally came back about 20-25 minutes later and said " what are you doing, you can leave" I asked what about the hot towel and lotion massage? He said "oh, I'll add oil to your nails". Um, no thanks... I'll just leave!!! He didn't do a great job, he rushed through to buy beer and left me there with streaks through my nails, cuticles untouched, not filed correctly, just horrible. I paid for a half-a** mani. My nails look horrible ( see picture attached) and he didn't even complete a full mani but you better believe they charged me for one. The location is beautiful the the associates are not professional or well trained. I will absolutely never return which is a shame because I live walking distance. I rather drive further for better service. With my normal girl, I would go ever 2 weeks for as long as I can remember but will never return after this experience.
