The Owner Lily was even more unprofessional, yelling at me, refusing a reasonable refund, and handling the situation terribly. Between poor quality, bad attitudes, and lack of accountability, I ended up filing a dispute and won. Would not recommend!

I choose for dip nails, which cost $45. Unfortunately, by January 6th, the dip polish had already started falling off on two nails. Over the following days, more nails began to flake off until all of them were completely bare. For the remainder of my trip, my nails looked unkempt, with the leftover dip leaving my cuticles messy and unclean. I've had dip nails done at other salons before, and they've always lasted 2-3 weeks. This experience was extremely disappointing, and due to the poor quality of the service, I will not be returning to this salon.

I received a manicure and pedicure. They had many colors to choose from. I chose a lavender color. It ended up being very thick. I had that experience at another nail salon and just let it go. Then I regretted it later at home. It started peeling quickly. I did not want that to happen again. I mentioned it to the nail tech and she did not want to use a different polish. I had to insist. It started off with this one woman who was very nice and did my pedicure, once I sat down and she was working on my manicure. Once she trimmed my nails I was told that she had another appointment so I had to move to the person next to her that clearly did a crappy job. If she had an appointment why was my appointment given to her is beyond me. I felt like I was treated more like a walk in. But still paid over $100. I will not be going back to fix the chips because they just make you feel like you are a little Cuckoo when you go in n to have them fix their poor quality. The original technician, Hanna, wasn't there at first, but when she arrived she remembered my polish and took over. She fixed the broken nail and it looked great. Before leaving, I mentioned the clear top coat on my ring finger had started peeling. She warned that reapplying clear coat might cause the nail to peel more. I said that was fine -- I just wanted it to look neat. At that point, her demeanor changed. She grabbed my hand abruptly and began applying product without properly prepping the nail. I felt uncomfortable and pulled my hand away. She then raised her voice and said, "You're no longer welcome here. I don't like how you're talking to me," and walked toward the back. I sat quietly, shocked. When she came back, she continued saying rude and unprofessional comments. Instead of escalating things, I calmly told her, "I forgive you." She replied, "You're not God." I responded, "You're right -- I'm only human. And look at how you're treating me." What's unfortunate is that I had just taken a photo of their business card to recommend them to a friend. I had no idea I was blocked by the manager just because I'm not consistent. People don't know what financial situation you are facing. If I can make myself happy and do my nails every 5 weeks maybe that's what I can afford for the moment. I was disappointed. Again I was sick in the hospital.
