The coffee was smooth, clean, and flavorful without any bitterness. It was well-balanced and easy to drink, and I'd happily order it again. When I bit into them, I could actually taste and feel the fibrous banana strings, which made the drink less enjoyable. The banana syrup could be improved by using fully ripe bananas and taking the extra time to remove the fibrous strings before making the syrup. While it does require more preparation, it would make a noticeable difference. Ripe bananas are naturally sweeter, and removing the strings would eliminate much of the bitterness while creating a smoother, creamier syrup and cold foam. I also ordered the regular Matcha Latte, and personally, I found it more enjoyable than the Banana Matcha. That said, my all-time favorite drink here is still the Butter Honey Latte. It's incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. I highly recommend giving that one a try!

I've been eating at Atoyubu religiously since it opened, but when Let Eat Yogurt opened in the same strip mall a couple of years ago, I thought it was just another froyo spot or something - I was dead wrong. Kkeu-deok is Korean-style thick yogurt that is thicker (think almost cream cheese like in consistency), a little drier, and due to the straining process, has more protein! Why hasn't this caught on in the states yet, I do not know... but it should! If you want to customize your own bowl, it works similarly to getting an acai bowl. You'll choose a yogurt base and how many scoops you want of it, of which they have a few flavors. Went for blueberry this time and it had delicious chunks of blueberry mixed in. Then you choose your toppings like freshly cut fruit, some sweeter options like mochi, things like honey and agave to drizzle/mix in, along with honey granola. The folks working there were also super kind and patient and were willing to walk us through the process as new customers. The fruit is delicious and very fresh, though the strawberries were definitely on the tart side. The yogurt isn't too sweet, but it's also surprisingly not that tart. So if you're expecting Greek yogurt level of tart, you won't get that BUT they do sell a grape yuzu yogurt that might be up your alley! You see, they sell packaged yogurt in to go friendly containers with some interesting flavors, so we ended up getting yuzu grape and banana pudding. I'm a banana pudding FIEND and I say that this is one of the best variations of banana pudding I've had anywhere. AND it's healthy and has lots of protein! There's seating and a restroom, but most of the (limited) tables are 2-tops so if you're coming in a larger group... might be tough! Or is this for here or to go? He just said hello and kind of stood there looking at us. He did make suggestions once we started ordering and after he asked if it was our first visit. The process was slow, for us and those who ordered ahead of us. The seating area is so so. There nice booths on either side, but the center row of tables is a bit too wide so when sitting there I felt like I was in the way of people trying to walk by. There is no decor, besides scattered plants, which is fine, it's just funny that they didn't stick with the "Strange" theme from the cafe with their psychedelic 70s prints. The food was ok. My husband had the tres amigos breakfast tacos with chorizo. It came with no sides, just 3 chorizo and egg tacos. Beans would have been appreciated. They were not very flavorful. I had the chilaquiles with asada and the green salsa. The green salsa was very tasty. The asada was ok. My husband took some of my salsa covered chips to add to his tacos for more flavor. One annoying thing is the amount of single use disposable plastic they use. All the drinks come in plastic cups, even water, the salsas come in those small salsa containers with lids. I'm no tree hugger, but i think we do have a responsibility to be conscientious and not create more waste and trash than necessary. Just buy reusable and wash the dishes. It just seems lazy. You can tell the owner is trying to save money wherever they can, to the detriment of their customers and the environment.
