Decent amount of seating and modern decor. Unfortunately those are the only positive aspects of this place. Staff are not friendly and partially polite, in general they all seem very uninterested. Pastries seemed very stale, almost as if baked yesterday or a previous day. Parking is also difficult in this area so good luck finding some close by.

Whenever I visit my brother a stop at Galipan is a MUST! Absolutely love their croissants. They're huge, flakey & absolutely tasty! I always order the Nutella croissant. It's huge and filled with so much Nutella. I still think about that croissant lol.

This is a tiny little place located in Kendall and you could miss it because I almost couldn't find it! This is a cute bakery with a variety of baked goods and coffee options. I ordered a spinach, puff pastry, and it had amazing flavor, the crust was flaky and buttery while the inside with savory and filled with spinach and cheese. The coffee was delicious as well. I would go back to try some of the desserts.

Super cute and cozy coffee shop with both indoor and outdoor seating. They offer so many delicious Venezuelan treats to choose from, and the breakfast menu runs until noon, which is a nice touch. I ordered the egg avocado toast. It was okay, but a bit bland and definitely could've used more flavor or a little kick. The iced latte, on the other hand, was delicious and really hit the spot. I also grabbed a few bakery items to take home and try later. I can see myself coming back for coffee and the calm, cozy vibes. It is a bit on the pricier side.

Initially came in for breakfast mid day but it was just a bit too late and they weren't serving breakfast. So went with some sandwiches . We had the classic galipan egg sandwhich and the Sunday special pernil sandwhich. So good. Also had coffees and a huge pistachio croissant. Both were great. Service was quick. Chill vibe all around and nice outdoor seating too. Will be back

The tequenos are the best I've had in Kendall. They make them fresh and they're crispy and soft. You have to wait about 7-10 minutes before they're ready so order ahead of your pressed for time. The vanilla latte with oat milk is also delicious. I came back for them 3 days in a row. They're consistent and it always tastes the same. Definitely recommend. It is on the pricier side. I paid $20 for two lattes. Ambiance is good for solo or group setting but not for co-working.

This spot is in the heart of Kendall. It's a great Venezuelan spot to have breakfast. The food is fantastic, everything I got was perfect. From the avocado toast to the pastries. Every time I come here, the service is great. They bring your food fairly quick for how packed it usually is in the morning. I love their tequeños, they are definitely made fresh. They come out so warm and crispy. Their cheese bread is delicious and such a good size. Don't even get me started with their pistachio croissant, it's so fluffy and they put a great amount of pistachio spread inside of the croissant. They also have iced lattes, I enjoyed the caramel iced latte. It was a perfect balance, not too sweet and not too bitter. I love coming here for breakfast on the weekend with friends, it's a chill vibe and there is also outside seating. There's a parking lot and it's free to park, very convenient.

This hidden gem in Kendall is tucked away in back of a shopping center. I would have never guessed such a great cafe and bakery existed at this location. I had a cortado and it was just how I liked it. Dark roast and perfect amount of milk. Their Venezuelan pastries are amazing. I had their ham and cheese Cachito and it was the best I've ever had. The bread was soft and filled generously with cubed ham and cheese. I will definitely be back to try some of their sweet pastries.

One of my favorite breakfast spots for coffee, pastries, or a really good croissant breakfast sandwich. The place is small but aesthetically pleasing, with an open concept outdoor seating area that makes it feel inviting. Service was quick and efficient. It does tend to get busy on weekend mornings, but it's worth it. I came with two of my girlfriends to catch up over breakfast and felt comfortable the entire time. I was so satisfied that I even took an assortment of pastries home for my family and every single one was delicious. Highly recommend the Galipan Croissant Sandwich

Galipán Bakehouse is a really cute spot--tucked away and a bit hidden, but once you find it, it has a nice, cozy vibe. They offer a wide selection of baked goods and coffee options, and everything seems fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the quality feels premium across the board. We're big fans of bread pudding, so we were a little disappointed that it came out dry--wouldn't recommend that particular item. The service was okay, but the place was pretty busy, and it looked like a lot of regulars were there, which is always a good sign. Overall, I'd say it's a good spot to try if you enjoy artisan baked goods and specialty coffee. It may not be an everyday place due to pricing, but it's worth visiting at least once for the variety and quality.

Cute spot tucked away inside a longstanding strip mall in Kendall. Large selection of pastries and other bfast items. We enjoyed the guava/cheese and apple pastries, fresh and good size. Coffee was also good! Both onside and outside seating with nice aesthetic and friendly service.

    Secibel F.

This little charming secluded spot masks the fact that you're right on 88th street. Service was quick and easy and breakfast was delicious. We got breakfast, coffee, and a sweet treat because we couldn't just pick one. The turkey & cream cheese croissant and the cachito hit the spot. The Nutella bombas was decadent and honestly a little sinful. Definitely added to the weekend breakfast roster!

Today, while waiting for something to print at Office Depot, I was searching for a nearby brunch spot when it popped up in my search & I'm so glad I did! First of all, the place is absolutely adorable. It was a packed Sunday morning around 11 a.m. Only one tiny table was left inside, though there were a couple outside too. Honestly, on a beautiful Miami morning, I wouldn't have minded sitting outdoors at all. What really stood out, though, was the service. Gabriela, our hostess and waitress, was wonderful. Warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind with a huge smile. She walked us through the menu, answered questions about dishes I didn't recognize (it's a Venezuelan spot, after all), and made us feel completely taken care of. Even more impressive was that she seemed to be the only waitress on duty yet never came across as flustered or hurried or anything other than pure sunshine! I ordered my longtime favorite, the arepa perica, just like I used to when I worked nearby, along with a fresh-squeezed orange juice and a chicken empanada to try. My father ordered the desayuno criollo. Everything was absolutely delicious. The presentation was beautiful, the plating thoughtful, and the flavors delivered across the board. The space was lively and full of families, making it a great Sunday brunch spot. Everything was spotless, and I don't usually call that out because it should be a given, but the restroom was impressively clean. Like extra clean. I also just learned they have multiple locations now, which is amazing. Well deserved. I can't wait to go back, and I wish them continued success.

I placed an order online through their website and drove to pick it up only to find out that their own website listed the wrong address for this location that Apple Maps has the wrong hours for. What a mess! By the time I got to the wrong address and called to figure out what was going on, my food had been sitting for 30 min and I was still 15 min away from the right address + 25 min to where I was staying. I had ordered arepas, empanadas and ceviche. When I finally arrived to pick up I asked for the food to be remade specially the ceviche since I didn't feel comfortable eating something raw after it seating on the counter for over an hour due to their mistake. There was push back but they finally agree to re make the ceviche only. However the rest of the food was cold by the time we ate it. Very disappointing. Food was ok, not amazing or memorable

This place is demasiado brutal, vale!…read more Pepito's Plaza Brickell is pure Venezuelan soul wrapped in an arepa. The La Pelúa is the real MVP, packed hasta el tope with juicy carne mechada and melted yellow gouda that hits en el alma. It's not just tasty, it's arrechísima. You bite into that and boom, you're back on the streets of Caracas, eating sabroso and forgetting you're even in Brickell. And the papitas fritas? Una vaina seria. Super crispy, golden, and totally addictive. You'll say you're just gonna try a few... mentira. You'll crush the whole thing before you're halfway through your arepa. Can't miss the toppings like alioli, garlic, guasacaca, spicy, or the Venezuelan punch, tartar sauce. Now let's talk billete: the price is a ganga. For what you get, massive portions, flavor for days, and that homemade feel, it's honestly a steal. In this part of Miami? That's a miracle with guasacaca on top. Plus, the crew? Unos cracks. Full-on Venezuelan warmth, quick service, good vibes, and they treat you like you've been coming there since chamito. Yasimar (pelo largo negro chick, Elizabeth, Lizbeth, Juan, and Efrain, gracias por contagiar real pana energy all around. The first thing that caught my attention was the beautiful outdoor setup. The lavender accents, the adorable decorative bicycle, and the refreshing mist made such a difference on a hot Miami summer day. It's the only restaurant on the block offering that kind of cooling system, and it's such a thoughtful touch. The outdoor seating is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for 2 groups of 4 without feeling crowded. As soon as I walked inside, I was greeted by a warm, cozy atmosphere. Everything was spotless the dining area, the simple yet elegant table settings, and the beautiful pastry display. You can tell they take pride in every detail!!
