I've used Frank maybe 3 times previously. I even sent my friend to get a "detail" The first time I got a "detail" it was $50 with no Claybar. I left him a generous tip. I was happy with it. Things looked great. Interior, engine, and paint looked great. Some minor crevices could have been done better but panels could use a little more protectant because under the sun you can see where it was missing . He sent 2.5 hours That was in 2017. The second time I got the Claybar and it was $65 excluding the tip I would leave. No issues. Same kind of quality for a "detail". More protectant need in a lot of spots. Again, it was 2.5 hours. However the third time. I tried him it was his father and helper. I paid $65. I do not believe my car was clay bared. The finish still felt rough. On top of that the entire interior was subpar. It was only vacuumed. NO PROTECTANT AT ALL. And that was with 2 people. Well I needed a convenient car and tired this time. He increased his "detail" from $50 to $150. That's triple the price. I know inflation is horrible. But triple is a lot. On top of that. His regular washes are $30. Hmmm. If this detail is similar to the ones in the past read more

I scheduled a full interior and exterior detail for 12 noon. I saw the detail van in the parking lot but no answer till almost 1pm and finally got started at 1:15 ish. When I talked with frank about being able to get rid of spots with a clay bar he said it was included in the price. Mind you I have a big truck and knew it could cost more and take extra time. He said it would be $150. After getting my truck at 5:30pm I was less than thrilled. I would say 30% of the spots are still on the paint, the interior looks like it was vacuumed and just wiped down ( no shampoo treatment like he stated), all the windows still have streaks and water spots. Once I got home I had to take a towel and wipe off residual wax and cleaning product. Very disappointed in the service. I also have a streak on the right side of my truck as well now, not sure if it's a burn or scratch, but looked back at photos I took before service and was not there! The work of the hard working fellas at Gallardo Auto Detailing is beyond words! Simply amazing!!! I had them come over to get rid of some really terrible water spots on my Toyota Highlander that we're no longer coming off with normal car washes (these spots were baaaaaad! Like, sprinkler water everyday dried up by the summer sun bad!). In a little over an hour, they left my car not only spotless, but looking absolutely brand new. Even better than when it rolled off the dealer's lot! A crew of a total of 5 guys pressure washed it, cleaned up the inside, vacuumed, wiped it down, removed the spots, buffed out some scratches, waxed it, and put some paint sealer on. All for $75!!! Unbelievable value!!! With those type of prices, you better tip well! They worked damn hard and did an amazing job. For ongoing washes, they charge $20 (but they recommend you give them business for 2 cars). This is an amazing deal for bad ass service! It was pretty hot last week and I wasn't up to wash the car in the scorching heat... but I'm willing to pay for someone to do it for me! I found Frank Gallardo's ad on Craigslist and decided to give them a chance. AND I'm glad I did!! He answered my phone call immediately and within 30 minutes, he was at my doorstep. Frank explained all his services from interior treatment (shampoo & carpet mats; leather & vinyl treatment; clean windows; refinish wood) to exterior treatment (hand wash and hand/buff wax). After an explanation of his deionized water tank (soft water that doesn't leave hard water streaks) and washing process, he started working his magic. About an hour and a half later, I come back out to a showroom-ready Corvette (see picture). He was even kind enough to buff out scratches on my door for free!
