Noe Pablo was the most thorough in messaging through the Yelp app, so my husband and I chose him. I had 2 medium-sized fruit trees I needed to transfer from my parent's home in Southeast San Diego to mine in North County. I took pictures and he gave us a very reasonable price. We also decided to also add another service to take out our palm tree. There were a couple of mishaps such as: The day he was scheduled to take out the palm tree, he was a no-show and my husband had to call him an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms. The day of the fruit tree transfer, he and his team arrived in a timely manner, was efficient and did a great job overall. We were very pleased and will definitely use him again if we have another project.

He then went on to refer me to two landscape companies near my home where we could purchase the infill and the broom to do the maintenance ourselves. The fire pit installed by this company exploded into my girlfriend's face. We had an independent professional company come out to inspect the unit and the gas line. Their findings were shocking: the gas connection was completely loose. This negligence allowed gas to build up inside the fire pit structure, which caused it to explode upon ignition. Because of the physical injuries sustained and the absolute gross negligence regarding a gas installation, we are now taking this company to litigation. If you value the safety of your home and your family, stay far away from this business. A "loose connection" on a gas line is not just a mistake--it is a deadly hazard. We are currently in the process of legal action to hold them accountable for the damage and trauma they have caused. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

When we first started planning, I wasn't sure how I wanted to proceed regarding what type of a patio I wanted and how I wanted the turf to be placed.  Jose worked with me and gave me some good ideas.  There was no rush or pressure and we took our time to make sure the plans were to my liking. When they started the job, the workers arrived on time everyday and they clearly knew what they were doing.  Since I am retired, I watched a lot.  They worked hard even though the days were quite warm, and yes, I gave them water and Gatorade. As they did the job, there were a few details I questioned about and I requested adjustments.  They handled these easily and quickly. When they were about finished, they handled the clean-up very well and even took care of a few things that were not planned. The whole job took about 10 days to complete.  During a final inspection, there were a couple more adjustments needed so they handled those as well. I am very satisfied with the patio floor as well as the astroturf. I will use Green Turf for my future needs.

His CAD drawings are meticulous, and he has an impressive ability to think several steps ahead, understand how one design decision affects everything else, and carefully plan the grading, elevations, drainage, walls, stairs, access, and landscaping as one cohesive design. Just as importantly, he has a great eye for beauty and has found ways to make a very technical project look natural and attractive. Greg has also been patient and thoughtful as our priorities and budget have evolved, continually refining the design while preserving the elements that matter most to us.
