I really like this place. We were a lulled in by the music while getting our tacos. We ended up eating at the tables inside of the gate, but still outside of the club, and the music was so good The whole time, we knew we had to go inside! The lights and smoke definitely made the atmosphere! This place is a vibe! All the hits, smooth transitions, and giant strong, cheap drinks! You do you have to pay to enter I think $10 or so and they do check your bags and pat men down. We got two $12 beer mugs of Long Islands and we only should've gotten one! Honestly, by the time we had to leave because our parking was expire, we were smacked but didn't want to go because the music just kept getting better and better. It was about 2ish am and the music was still going. I will say the parking is really bad around here and if you don't pay they will tow. I seen many tows that night. This area is rowdy and a little rough but that's exactly how I like things. There was plenty of police on the street , If that makes you feel safe it doesn't for me, but I didn't feel in danger at all. Been in SA for almost a year and have gone out to the clubs about 4 times. Every night we end up here because it's our favorite. The atmosphere is chill and the vibe is just right. We seem to meet the coolest people here. Drinks are excellent and moderately priced. We like to hit the taco truck and eat in their open air area. My girlfriend and I went in last night and it will be the last. The bartender at the big long bar when you first walk in is a total dick and just unwelcoming, which is weird considering I'm sure he works for tips. Every shot we asked for he said they didn't have. Then he made our drinks wrong and when I asked him to fix it he told me NO, LAUGHED and told the group behind us to come up, basically pushing us out of the way. read more

Since I can't dance for the ladies at Hardbodies anymore, I have to shake it here at Gallery Club for free now. This is an artsy dance club, with lots of cool, interesting works of arts from local artists. It's no longer a male strip club! Instead, they've got a bunch of interesting things works of art to check out, with a really cool collection of paintings, collages, and murals. No banana hammocks around here! The music is loud, the bass is thumpin', and the drinks are cold. There's multiple bars around here to get a drink at, so there's never a line. The place is relatively clean. It seems that most of the male strip club smell of Axe body spray has been aired out, and things are a lot classier here now! What a positive change! When I went, there was no cover, and they even had drink specials on a weekend night. They have a full bar and lots of cold beer. All the drinks were reasonably priced. They seem to play a lot of dance music, with a Latin flavor or Chicano beat. One of the best things about this bar is the taco truck that hangs out in front of the place. It's a solid N. St. Mary's Strip place to get your grub on late at night. Parking can be a challenge all up and down the N. St. Mary's Strip. I usually park down one of the side streets off of N. St. Mary's, but the neighbors are never wild about people doing that. read more

I've been here a few times, no problems. The floor is sticky and I'm pretty sure I accidentally left my wallet there. I've called over 20 times to voicemail, no answer in regards of it. So I don't recommend it anymore. I don't want to drive 30 minutes to find out if it's not or is there. Would be helpful if someone answered. read more

It's great. Staff and music are amazing. The wait can get long at times but the vip line is worth it. It's a great option. The dance floor is amazing and the mix of hip hop and upbeat latin music is balanced extremely well read more

This is one of the worst things that has happened to St. Mary's strip! This brings the wrong element to the strip. Now if your generic and have absolutely no taste and your very mainstream...then this is your place. Nothing unique what so ever! Also they had karaoke on the patio, what a crappy idea. Also the system for that set up was sooooo bad! It sounded horrible! One more thing, the owners must be cheap as all get out becuase I was going to order a shot and the bartender was going to attempt to put the shot in one of those tiny plastic cups, like the kind they use at HEB when they give you samples of wine. What a rip off! Don't waste your time here. You can go to pne of the unique bars St. Mary's has to offer that's unique and also offer beer and shot specials and don't attempt to give you samples you have to buy!! read more

One of the worst club experiences I have ever encountered! My boyfriend and I and other friends pulled up to this club and literally in big letters on the clubs building it says "NO COVER CHARGE" and saying it has two clubs like one inside and one outside and literally that's it. Well we approach the bouncers and hand them our military IDs. He asks if we are 21 because I guess he doesn't know how to read a military ID. We tell him no and then he tells us it's a $10 dollar cover charge for both of us to get in when literally it says no cover charge. The sign they have isn't specific and does not say anywhere that minors have to pay a cover charge. Also he said he was going to have to take our IDs and keep them until we left the club because he didn't want us buying alcohol in there. There was no way I was going to let some random man hold onto my ID let alone my MILITARY ID. If you've ever gone to any other club all they literally do is mark minors w sharpie so bartenders know they're minors. Anyway we didn't have cash but our friends did and paid for us! As soon as we walked in the floors were so nasty and sticky my shoe like slightly came off every time I took a step! Needless to say I will never come back to this shit hole it's awful and the employees are rude! The place is trash do not come here. read more

Crappy club. Old bartender with grey hair is horrible. They refuse to give designated drivers a glass of water if they don't buy a drink first. I believe it's against the law to refuse to serve water. Never stepping foot in there again. read more
