I'm not the typical customer, I know but for a perfectionist trying to put together just the right authentic costume, this was just the store to call! I didn't realize how hard it would be to figure out where to find a chef's jacket...enter Yelp. Thanks to this listing I gave them a call (& I was in a rush & it was just before closing & I was that person shopkeepers dread who comes running in at the last moment!!! :/) and they had what I wanted ready at the counter when I arrived! And when I was irresponsible and thought I was a smaller size than I actually am, they worked with me on an exchange the next day...all with the most polite service. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, that's where the positives end. As someone who had literally zero scrubs and suddenly needed 5 days worth of them, I was eager to come here and see what they had to offer. Unfortunately, Men's sizes and options were VERY FEW and far between. Not only was the selection poor, there were literally only 1 size of each design. If you wanted another in that size, you have to wait for them to order it. Which I did - 6 days. Also, no returns whatsoever, even if you didn't want it anymore because you found something else. No returns I ended up using a popular online website to complete the wardrobe I needed. Whatever I didn't like, I returned it, and they had no problem refunding anything. I have been coming here to by scrubs for a little over a year. This is the first time the lady behind the desk(never seen her before) is making me go to a different store. I walked in and no one was in the store, and when I saw her I said "hi". Her comment back to me was "I'm on the phone". Whoa sorry I didn't see. Anyway she finished her call and I was waiting for a little help or guidance and she just sat there at the desk. Not a word. I guess I'm not important enough I thought, so I left. I came to my car to pull away and I see her come to the door to wipe it down. I get it with everything going on but WHY are you open if you DON'T want to help customers?? Anyway I put my car in park so I could write this. So frustrating....guess I will find another store. I will be bringing my business elsewhere tomorrow!!! Great little shop! Small store but has a GREAT selection. I can never find my size and this store had the color and size I needed in stock in a variety of brands. Barry the owner was very kind and helpful and he gave me a discount of 25% for being a student which I think is VERY generous compared to other stores. Highly recommend. read more

This place has been wonderful to me in the past- even special ordering scrubs for me. The last time I went there(3 Saturdays ago) the woman working was very rude. I tried on some scrubs- wasn't offered a room, wasn't offered any help whatsoever or even checked on but other customers were. When I checked out the young lady was again rude, didn't smile and acted like she hated her job. Or just hated me, although I was nothing but polite to her. Wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nice selection. I need women's tall scrub bottoms and they had the biggest selection, in store, I've seen thus far. Granted, it's not that big, but some places practically have none or they're spread all over the store and near impossible to find. At this location there was a nice section designated for talls, I really appreciated that. They'd also order them for you. This store is more pricey, however, they give medical personnel a 20% discount, so it ended up to be around the same as other stores. Also give you a punch card to earn $25 off. Best medical dental quality scrubs in the area. If you do not find what you need(size or pattern-they can order it for you to p/u. Same as Lombard store. Best Colors & current styles availiable. I recently starting working at a local hospital and needed to buy some scrubs. This was the first store I tried and never needed to shop around. I'd never purchased scrubs before and the shop owner was very helpful with the information he provided about each brand. They were also having a huge sale (35% off!) that week and I saved a bunch of money. The selection for men's scrubs is limited, but they are happy to order you any brand, any size, and any color available if they don't have what you're looking for in stock. I ended up ordering a few pairs and exchanging a few others and every part of the transactions was courteous and simple. They offer a customer rewards program, as well. For every $50 you spend you get a hole punched in a card. You receive a $25 off voucher when you get five holes punched. Not bad if you wear scrubs on a daily basis. Very disappointed in the service. Ordered an item and paid for it in August and was told it was back ordered until November. Called again in early November and was told it hasn't come in yet but when it does I will receive a call. After three weeks, I called again and they informed me that product is backordered again and they neglected to call and apologized. I have been to this store previously and had a good experience with a male associate. Last time I went, a female associate was the only one in the store and she was terrible. She got frustrated with me because I was not liking any of the scrubs she wanted me to try on. I don't know what size I am since I am newly employed and haven't bought scrubs very often. The lady continued to be annoyed with me and told me I was ridiculous If I didn't like the styles she was giving me and proceeded to tell me I was picky. She acted like I was stupid because I wasn't willing to try on different sizes if they didn't fit right. Honestly, I didn't want to try them on because I wanted to get the heck out of there. Twice I've needed to place orders because my size in the right color was not in stock. Each time in about a week I received a call that it arrived.
