Delicious Korean BBQ pork belly taco. Just absolutely smashing, crisp, full of flavor and not fatty. Served with some creamy sauce on a double street taco sized tortilla. Yumm! I also had the curry beef taco, very good as well but just a tad less flavorful as the pork belly. My friend is vegan and he was able to make her some fried avocado tacos. Curry Beef Taco's and Pork Belly Taco's Prep was timely. Global inspired... not impressed IMHO... Not impressed at all. Asked for two asada street taco's. "We dont make the typical Mexican taco, we are globally inspired". Isn't Mexico part of the globe?... Said ok ill try your beef and pork inspired taco. Done in timely manner @$5.50 each. The wife and I just spotted this food truck on our way to the grocery store and knew we had to stop and give it a try, just from all the previous reviews. We placed a order for 3 tacos, pork belly, avocado tempera, and a shrimp taco. Smelled great on the 5 minute drive to home, I knew I couldn't wait to tear into these precious gems. Tacos are delicious! Best here are shrimp, chicken curry (it's spicy) and then steak and tofu. Still hoping to try the pork belly taco (they were out). Salsa and special sauce are spicy too, so make sure to ask on the side if you can only handle a little heat like me! Omg the tacos/everything we've had here has been amazing! They started coming to Eugene on Sunday and Mondays and we are so happy about that (though not sure how long that will last). After going Sunday and experiencing the crispy deliciousness of the pork belly taco, we had to go the very next day. I don't want to pile on (to the other great reviews) but this place has the best tacos. And I'm not applying this to a modified "Florence Oregon scale"...these are quite possibly the best tacos I've ever had. He doesn't offer a huge selection. There's usually 5 or so tacos to chose from and frequently an elk slider with a crispy cheese wedge on top. The Spanish shrimp tacos are incredible and come with at least two different types of cherry tomato's. The elk sliders are also fantastic and that fried cheese idea is over the top. Although the menu is limited the creativity is outstanding. This guy is a redneck connoisseur! He's currently operating in the Mini Pet Mart parking lot. He seems to close up at around 3 on Saturdays. The going price seems to be 4 bucks/each. This would be a bargain at twice the price. read more
