I don't even know what to say lol. The girl at the window didn't even say anything, just held her hand out didn't give me a total. I watched my bag of food fall on the ground, she picked it up and threw something in the bag and handed it to me, again not saying anything. I told her I didn't get my drink, she walks away without a word leaving the window open. Then a guy comes and tries to hand me the wrong drink, I had told him what I was supposed to get he apologized went to get the right one. Which is not a big issue I know these things get mixed up easily. He comes back says what I ordered was watered down and offered another choice and I got a different drink which I really appreciate him telling me instead of giving it to me. But I get home and taste it and he gave me the watered down one. So I'm pissed, I was completely nice and understanding I've worked fast food before. Just a joke , went in ( they F**k you at the drive through) was told they couldn't take my order at the register , was told to use the broken screen , one guy was told his online order that he had on his phone was not able to be done. I can see why this place only got 2 stars. Should be zero stars. I eat at Taco Bell often when we're traveling but this location is the worst. I mean worst. First they had no ice in their machines. I totally understand things break down but they would not refund my money. They should have put a note on the kiosk stating there was no ice. Or on the door or somewhere. I wasn't told until it got my food. When I asked for a refund or credit I was very rudely told they didn't do that. Very rudely told. I would have fired that person on the spot if it were my place. Considering food is prepared and shipped to each outlet to be heated & assembled per order per portion requirements. Our Taco Bell makes everything with less per item and god forbid you want hot sauce. No matter how many times I've requested Hot Sauce with my order, usually 6 tacos, I've come home with none to go with my anemic tacos. Not all Taco Bell's are are the same, but this one is the worst I've ever visited. Today will be my last time. There are several Mexicans restaurants that are so much better; Rosa's, Venny's Cafe Travelers Cove I frequent these three and they serve beer and alcohol. read more

OMG... the patio outside had trash, food, and wrappers strewn everywhere (We should have taken a clue and left then). Inside was no better... the dining area was okay, but when you stepped up to the counter to order, you could see into the kitchen. Just like outside, trash on the floor and scattered French fries. The people in the kitchen were just walking through the trash like it was a normal routine. We left at this point. Okay, it's a fast food place where expectations are not 5-star. There really is no reason this Taco Bell is still open. the hours on the web site say they are open at eight but I pulled in the drive up today at five after eight and was waved off at the window that they were open at 9. That is to late for people that are going to work. There are seldom any lights on so it's hard to tell if they are open or not. Worst service I've ever gotten from a Taco Bell! I usually love them! Always have had good fast and accurate service. We were passing through and very hungry so we stopped in to eat. Ordered using the self serve kiosk. Drive thru was busy but there wasn't many people inside. Ordered three items and a drink. Just a quick bite! After ten min of waiting I decided to just ask about our order. Was informed we were next on the line. Waited another 15 and still had not gotten our small order. At this point I should have got a refund but I wanted my Taco Bell! I went up again having been waiting 25 min for a crunchwrap, a grilled cheese burrito and a potato taco, I was just upset at this point. Also being told by one guy my order was next when it obviously wasn't. The worker was stressing out and I could see that and he apologized but also gave the excuse that his boss gets mad if the drive thru times are too long. So he had been working on the drive times. It was basically like he told me lobby people don't matter. About 3 min later I had our order. We took it to the car, they put tomatoes on the crunch wrap, which my daughter had requested no tomatoes. So she had to pick them off, after 30 min of waiting they still got the order wrong. I've done 4 plus years in fast food and my daughter recently started working it. The people at this Taco Bell are always nice. Maybe not friendly, but not rude or anything. I've been there maybe 6 or 7 times. I would say it's normally very good. I typically go around 3pm. But the two times I've gone around 11-11:30pm (they close at midnight), it's been AWFUL. Not only do they look closed after 11pm (they turn every light off to look closed including the drive thru open sign and the main big sign outside) it always takes forever to make my food of two things. They forgot my straw both times and the food is always so so dry. I get a burrito and it's mostly tortilla. My quesadilla was literally all tortilla and barely any sauce and cheese. This last time, I tried a cheesy Gordita crunch it was definitely was crunchy. Wouldn't say cheesy at all. Barely any cheese that the hard shell wasn't even stuck to the other tortilla and of course, the sauce that it's supposed to have was non-existent. I wanted to give them a second chance late night, but it seems they don't want people to come late night because the slow service and awful food and the place looked so closed. Ordered the new 'Grande Stacker' box/meal. It was advertised on video board for $5., but they charged me $6. saying it was not a local promotion. It was pictured as being filled with beef and cheese, like a quesadilla, folded over in 3 layers. However, the reality was that there was less meat in it than a taco, no cheese, just a bit of cheese sauce, and the whole thing was mostly just empty flat bread with no contents. I didn't eat it. Just looking at it disgusted and angered me. I tried to take it back for a refund later that night and was told they don't do refunds or replace unsatisfactory items, and if I wanted to complain I should go to Yelp. So that is what I am doing.
