(although I never tasted any rosemary as I had expected from the description.) Would definitely order again though. Had to try their famous Peakles also! They are pickled sugar snap peas. Very tangy...gotta love vinegar to love these, and fortunately I do. Kept me from having to decide between rosemary and olive oil potato chips and jalapeno ones. I heard from others that the caprese sandwich and the brisket were both winners as well. Extra credit for the 99 sanitation rating!

Sides available: Sweet Potato Mash, Coleslaw and Mac 'n Cheese The portions were very generous. I really enjoyed the sweet potato mash, it was quite tasty. The pulled pork was good, not the best that I have had. They offered two sauces: vinegar and tomato, I did 50/50. The mac 'n cheese was my least favorite, it did not have much flavor. And, the roll was very dry. I have been wanting to try this food truck out so I am looking forward to trying a menu item soon.

Instead of a crunchwrap I decided to order a burrito and got the chicken plantain burrito with no cheese and added guac. The burrito took about 10 minutes to come out and it was absolutely FANTASTIC! I tried it and I was so pissed I was ready to go back and argue and fight because it's criminal they charge this and give you the worst food ever. I'm Mexican I have 25 years experience in the kitchen and I'm talking authentic cuisine from Italian to Asian and American but I also have worked with Mexican cuisine and mainly tacos and carnes. The Al pastor tacos aren't marinated right I threw up after one bite and immediately threw it out I realized it was not fully cooked correctly and they used cow skin bits to pass them off as Al pastor tacos which is wrong. The steak tacos are very full of nerves and chewy as heck the chicken is just dry like all the other foods and I don't think they marinate their food or refrigerate it. I seriously em debating whether to report them to health and safety for food they are bad I hope no one goes there anymore and if you do just know if you feel sick or nausea that it's more then likely from them or even food poisoning. I don't even want to give a star. It's so sad taco trucks aren't the same anymore, the Michoacán taco truck down the street next to cliffs meat market if you go just know that their restaurant in Durham failed with flying colors their inspection and dorm refrigerator their food correctly although I admit it's good and taste better and the price ain't bad I do warn you that that truck will charge your card multiple times and steal money I had that issue

Yummmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!…read more This food is so good. I ordered on-line and picked it up at the Durham Farmers Market. The food was all frozen which was great for packing up and taking home to Buffalo. I made the enchiladas the same day and the rest came home with me. The squash and poblano enchiladas were amazing. There're smothered in a creamy cashew based white sauce and stuff with seasoned saucy butternut squash, chopped poblanos, and navy beans. They were excellent and my non-vegan sister who has very high flavor standards thought so as well. The love of my life, who can be picky at times, tasted them as well and thought they were good. When I got back home I tried the pastel de yuca stuffed with black beans and rice. I put it in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 300 degrees and it was perfect. The instructions were for oven or microwave, but I think I made the right choice. It was big and tasty though I did steal some of the slaw that goes with the papusas for a little crunch and brightness. I also got tamales and the aforementioned papusas, but I they're still in the freezer. HIGHLY recommend. You can get it hot at the farmers market but if you want 100 things like I did, order ahead and either get it delivered for $5 or choose a pick-up site.
