Hosted a birthday party there and could not be more disappointed. There was no one to greet the guests, I had to go back and forth to the front to get the play cards provided, no one explained how to use the cards to the kids and our attendee was new and did not know any answers. I don't blame her but management. The attendee was sweet and kind but should not be put in charge of a party unless experienced. I had 8 kids asking me questions and neither I or the attendee could give them an answer. At the end of the party I had 8 disappointed kids who ultimately rode the ride in the front because they got no help on the game floor. It needs much organization on the party end. When we first got there it took 30 mins to get to the front of the line then when we got to the front of the line they said oh we r closing this register can you go to the bowling checkout so we went to the bowling checkout to wait another 10 min there . Tuesday buffets are $2.99 per adult, with a $0.99 drink purchase required. Also, Sunday through Thursday after 8pm has $5 unlimited bowling with $3 shoe rental. In terms of food, imagine a Cici's Pizza with lower quality pizza and fewer pizza options. However, there were options such as hot dogs, baked potatoes, and sauteed Chinese noodles on the buffet menu. I didn't really get it and couldn't figure out the overall theme of the buffet, but it's not exactly a place where I had high expectations. Similar to Dave & Buster's, you need to load a card with credits, and redeem those credits to play the arcade games or play bumper cars/other rides available. Asked for a glass of water for my 6 year old daughter and was told they didn't have cups! We were there for a birthday party.

Food was delicious. Staff is sweet but the managers don't have their masks on over their noses and many of the customers are not wearing a mask or not wearing it correctly. Also taking their masks of on rides. I definitely don't feel safe and will never come back as long as we have covid uncontrolled. Monday afternoon @ 3pm, the place was pretty empty and as we checked in for our football friend's birthday party. The unfriendly lady said we could set anywhere (since it was booked late) and we were off to set up the birthday table. As we sat down, kiddos went off running off since the package that the mom got was the unlimited play for kiddos. So as us moms fixed up the table and walked to their extensive buffet, the first thing we realized is how old and crusty the food was. Yes i was on a lesser busy day but it seems like if you BOOK a party earlier in the day, no one and I mean no one not even the managers worry about how your party is doing but they surely love getting $20 per person for the birthday party! I kept asking if we could get certain fresher items (that we constantly ate) and even the manager would rudely order the cooks to make us fresh foods which in my book it is not professional, she could have been lesser aggressive. Over all their food was acceptable but I know it could be so much better if it was hot and fresh. The games were pretty neat and so where the rides, however since $20 was a flat fee for all guests, a lot of them were too short to hop on some rides and that was a little disappointing. On slower days, the place has buttons like the ones in Walgreens when you need service. My daughter wanted to ride their monkey ride that goes up and down and when the game room attendant was rude the entire ride and didn't EVER say a word to me or my daughter! (I am sorry if you just hate your life that much, maybe you should re-evaluate yourself). I ultimately didn't say a word to her either, not even a thank you. The only up to this visit is that we made this birthday $20 worth per kid by riding and playing games until they closed and that once you check-in through yelp I got a $10 card for games. I do want to come back, honestly. Just that this place needs a little more enthusiastic staff and it is hard to want to come back when there is many other competitors in the area where staff members at least pretend to like their jobs. This place reminds me of John's Incredible Pizza. IT'Z food quality was fairly better than John's. Food was pretty well stocked. I noticed the staff was constantly cleaning up (awesome!). I don't understand why there are such bad reviews, but it seems like they are trying to redeem themselves. I was pleasantly impressed! I'm not sure why it was getting such bad reviews. The staff was helpful attentive and polite. It was a tad expinceive but there was a whole lot that came with that price tag so I was cool with it. ( Rock wall, bumpercars,this ride called the monkey drop and much more.) We did the bowling and games, it came with endless buffet. I tasted several pieces pepperoni, cheese, spinach alfrado,pineapple & ham, they were all delicious. Also I had a large salad that was very nice. Lots of healthy topings to choose from. Very impressed with the salad bar. They also had a large selection of deserts. I didn't have any but the people I was with said the sopapillas were so delicious. I think this place is great can't wait to come back. My son loved it so that's all that really matters.:) read more

This place is aite. I would still choose Chuck E. Cheese over it. I had a small party for my daughter's 3rd birthday on a Sunday around 3:30pm. We had a group of 11 and spent about $130. Purchased 2 deluxe packages ($26.99/ea) for my nephews and 6 adult buffets with a drink ($10/ea). Toddlers 3 and under eat free. They offer a buffet that includes pizza, a salad bar, loaded baked potato, soups, pasta, and dessert. The food was okay. Tables are first come first serve or you can book a party room. We didn't have any trouble finding a table and noticed others didn't either. They had someone coming around picking up dirty plates but she didn't wipe down any of the tables afterward. The tables were disgusting. I had to wipe them myself before we sat down. Food crumbs and little trash was scattered throughout the seating area so it's not the cleanest facility. There are video games, 2 rides, a small rock climbing wall, bumper cars, games to win tickets, and a bowling alley. It was hard to find a video game that was vacant so my daughter and I kept walking around and around until we found something to play. I don't think the kids mind the place but it's not worth returning to have a party. read more

First and Last time!!!! This place is disgusting!!!! Sewage water coming up thru the drains in restroom floor. Eating areas tables sticky. Buffet is dirty and full of old pizza. Popcorn maker was not working, then told by management "oh its off" but why must I pay extra for popcorn located in the buffet area? All toilets in the ladies room have out of order signs, and the play areas are nasty and sticky. Nothing but teenagers work here. No staff old enough to pay attention to detail. My sons go to It'z with their friends nearly every weekend. They love this place, and so do most of their friend group. It's a family friendly atmosphere but, it's a palace for young adults. The negative reviews on this app are all from adults speaking from an adult point of view. I enjoy seeing my kiddos having a good time, and they don't concern themselves with a lot of the trivial complaints that adults seem to have. I've never encountered a dirty table, rude service or anything of the like. My kids are inspired by all of the teenagers working there, and think that it's one of the coolest establishments in the area. When they were really small we used to go to Chuck E. Cheese, then we moved on to Dave and Buster but - prices+ crowds at D&B are horrific. We graduated to Main Event, but we have made our switch to IT'Z and never looked back. It'z is the best arcade and family fun center that we've been to in a long time. read more

However, yesterday my daughter lost her earpod when climbing the rock wall. They have 5 girls working the registers in the front but only 1 actually is working the other 4 are just standing around talking meanwhile there is a line of people waiting to pay to get in. If you didn't have to pay for the awful food and beverages to get in it would be half way decent. The soda machine have some type of black slime coming out of the ice dispenser I can only imagine what's coming out of the drink dispensers. The floors are filthy. And the worst part is that it's not even due to a lack of staff. I went here once years ago with my aunts and had a lot of fun. This time, much less. My fiancé and I had no idea that you had to buy the buffet (I'll get to that in a minute) in order to get in to play. We had just eaten dinner at home and really didn't want their food, which we already had the feeling wouldn't be very good to begin with. Never mind that the girl at the counter was very rude about it. The games were alright. We got a card with a lot of points, so we spend a good hour and a half together just going through everything. I hadn't realized that this was more of a glorified Chuck E. Cheese than we wanted. I had been hoping for something for like D&B, so there were a lot more kids than I was expecting. And very few seemed to have any semblance of manners. Not really any fault of the establishment, but it added to our unpleasant evening. Lastly, the food was just gross. It had obviously been sitting for hours and I didn't really want any of it. But we wait for it and didn't want to waste the money. I just had a slice of cheese pizza and some of their little cinnamon squares. They were cold and the pizza was on the stale side. The same could be said for the food my fiancé got. It wasn't even worth the price that we had to pay to get into the building. In the buffet line itself, I did not see a single person working (and this was during what would normally be peak dinner hours). There was nobody checking on the food, or switching it out with something fresh. I honestly wonder how this place passes health code with their food. My fiancé and I came here, spend $70 to play games and have the grossest food I've ever had at an establishment, and we won't be coming back. I've brought my son here to play about 5 times in the last 8 months. During the week, it's quiet, clean and a pleasant place to be. The weekend is a wholly different universe. The staff does their best and we've always have had good experience when we bring things up but some things, I don't think management or staff have any control over. One time, a family of little girls older than my son kicked my then 3yo in the tummy because he refused to share. Kids will be kids but their guardian/aunt/mommy's reaction left a lot to be desired. (Again, not management's fault). Another time, it was quiet with just a few kids. My son and A few other 4 -5yos were playing in the indoor playground which was for 12 and under only. A group of teenage girls obviously older than 12 decided to crawl up the playground and hole up up there like it was their little fort. Of course, the little were still running around like normal. One of them made the mistake of telling my son "would you like to be pushed down?". My little parrot then repeated it very loudly for everyone in the immediate are to hear and the 3 teenage girls were promptly removed. Kudos to the ladies that were working in that section for taking care of it so promptly. In all, it's a good enough place to buy an annual pass ( which I have). It's very reasonable and my son enjoys his visits that I use it as a "bribe" for him to do his lessons faithfully. read more

We did not bowl but all the activities were more than enough for those kids for about four hours of play. The pizza was a bit salty but very good. The servers and the team working there had a great attitude, courteous and fast to respond to what we needed. They did their job with a smile and made eye contact when they spoke. Time for an UPdate and a DOWNgrade in rating. The reason for my moving them to one star is that it hasn't changed and actually seems worse. My daughter, unfortunately, was invited to a birthday party at ITZ recently. My first thought was "Great, at least I don't have to pay for it." The mother of the birthday girl is a friend so she invited me to stay for the party as did most of the parents. First, the hostess for the party didn't do her job. She is suppose to go with the party guest to the buffet and help them out. My daughter is 11 years old and I felt like I had no choice but to stay because of the crowd and the type of clientele that was here. There were a lot of older teens and adults here. When I finally relaxed and sat with the adults, I was uncomfortable worrying about my daughter which I typically never do. If you have smaller children, plan to stay with them 100% of the time. Back to the party. The hostess was horrible and had to be asked to do things over and over by the parents. With the amount of money being paid by the parents, is it too much to ask for her to pretend she is enjoying her job and being paid for it? As with all our visits to ITZ, a lot of the machines were broken, machine take credits and don't work, and just general mayhem. The buffet is just low quality and a weird combination of crap food. Overall this place feels like a big money grab. The inside has a dirty, low quality feel. The people working there don't seem to care about their jobs. I always leave here feeling ripped off and disgusted. I didn't even have to pay for anything this time and I still felt that way. This place is essentially a Chuck E Cheese on steroids. Pizza buffet, games, ticket prizes - along with some indoor rides. You can take the kids for the occasional summer day plan, or hold a birthday party. Price was a bit more than what you'd get at CEC. They require that you purchase a buffet for everyone in order to get in. After drinks it comes out to $11 per adult and $8 per kid. (At that price they better be hungry.) Food was ok. Typical pizza, pasta, salad spread with dining rooms showing cartoons. Service was good - we asked for a cheese pizza with no sauce and they popped one out in 6 minutes. I usually don't expect custom orders to be priority so that was a nice surprise. They also had hot dogs and slushee machines...mmm slushee. We played their "bowling" game which was actually miniature bowling. Think bochyball-size balls w/ no holes and a shorter lane. Kind of fun although it's priced the same as a ride (so around $5 per game per person). Also it's off in the corner (some might say neglected), and oh yeah no food or drinks allowed inside. Boo to that. All in all it was fine but not that memorable...nothing to write home about. The #1 things going for it are that it's cool inside and it's relatively clean, two things parents will want for their kids. Just can't imagine my kid begging me to bring him back. It looks just down right terrible inside the place, like it's a throw back to 1980's and not well kept. The food is just garbage. The service is terrible. And the actual games itself? Most of the time there broke down, or don't give you the actual tickets you won. In short, I wouldn't recommend this place for a kids birth day, the prices really aren't that great, and the way it's built, it's so easy to lose your kid, and these days you never know what kind of people are there, wether it's staff or strangers.
