How ever the salad bar was fresh, The pizza had variety. potato bar great plus pasta,mashed potatoes, chicken nuggets & tater tots. Desserts rice crispy ,cookies, pudding.& mini cup cakes. My son just love this place, but only for the games! We've been coming here around 3 times a year, our last trip was this past Tuesday. Good thing buffet's are only $2.99 per person and I' don't think it's worth more. The fountain machines were all out of ice, Ice tea was water, buffet as usual, nothing to brag about, not much taste to their food. The bathrooms were discusting... Meh, indeed. My nephew was having a birthday today so I thought I was so clever to snag three Groupons yesterday for $24 a piece... their usual package is $24.99 I saw when I walked in. Whomp, whomp. While that .99 did get me one more "attraction" (that's a stretch of a term and I didn't use it), 30 extra minutes of play time (with 1/4 of the games running on points I'd have to buy, and of course what my kid wanted to play on) and 150 tickets (now I'm 1/3 of the way to getting a ball and many of the machines were out of tix, so when I won I really didn't), it wasn't quite a value. There is no pizza variety at all, and def on the level of Cici's (which is no compliment). Forcing everyone to buy it sucks too, we just wanted to watch the kids play, but had to pay $12 a piece for sucky food. Lucky grandparents, aunts and uncles! The only reason they get an extra star is because they aren't in the news as much as Chuck E Cheese for people assaulting each other, stabbing or otherwise creating mayhem. At ITZ you can bring children of any age and they will have something to do. You can also avoid bad weather with the indoor rides. If you plan a birthday party on the weekend, make sure your guest arrive early, otherwise, they will be in line for the majority of the party ( I know from experience). It is expensive for one day and you have to pay for a buffet whether you plan on eating or not, and that doesn't include the drinks. There is sports room for the men, cartoon for the kids, and movies for the moms. Cool place, but make sure you budget before you go. read more

We had my son's 10th birthday party there this weekend. The staff was spectacular. The kids had lots of fun. I would like it if they had more prizes for boys in the hundreds ticket range. This place is okay for kids, but not so great for adults. I would never come here when I can go to Dave & Busters instead. Food was bland. Too many games were broken and would either take your points or not give you your tickets. Customer service was meh. I was there for a kid's birthday party with at least 15 guests. We were in the dining area at 7:11pm still eating when a male employee tells us we have to be out by 7:30 bc they'll be closing the kitchen. We had cupcakes, gifts, goodie bags, etc that we had to move out. We did so, which was very inconvenient to have all that stuff out by the games. By 8:20, the dining area was still full with people eating. What kind of mess is that! We had issues with so many games. More than what I find acceptable. They do have bumper cars, bowling, rock climbing, and a fun little ride, so that's cool. What I really disliked was when I was in the little prize room looking around for something decent, 2 male employees were having a loud conversation about the different types of drugs they use and suggesting to each other what they should try. Not a huge fan. It smells bad, it's over crowded, and buffet looked disgusting. Pizza looked like it had been sitting there all day and the noodles and side dishes looked soggy. We came for a birthday party and the hosts were complaining about how there was a staff member in the room watching like a bouncer. I think they had the room for an hour or two but she was in there the entire time. Just standing there. Then counting us down on the minutes, "you have 30 minutes left." Rides are pretty lame. The most interesting one was the bumper carts. One of the rides was broken but it looked like it would be a good one. But guess I'll never know because I don't plan on going back. read more

Here's a list of everything that went wrong: 1) ticket receipt readers - Out of all the machines, only ONE worked. 2) Finding an employee to help you to assist with a broken ticket machine took 15 minutes. 3) Soda dispensers - several didn't work. 4) Hand sanitizers - did not work 5) Women's bathroom - very messy and needed attention 6) Food looked like it had been sitting there for hours and was unrecognizable 7) No silverware for at least 20 minutes 8) Redeemed tickets and received a Laffy Taffy that was so old that the wrapper stuck to it. 9) Air hockey table was sticky and then didn't work. 10) Last, but not least, the eating areas and the food areas were filthy. The floors were slippery and slimy. I really can't think of anything that was good about my experience. I'll never go back. It all goes back to management and this location had none. This place is below average. The food is gross, yuck! Ci ci's taste better than this and that ain't saying much. I don't really know how to describe this place.... You do have to pay for food to play which I don't think is beneficial, the food is awful. The games are not worth the price. Everything we played on either broken or didn't spit out tickets. The customer service is great though. When you ask people for help they wanna help and the insure that your problem is solved. I'm by no means giving up because the kids love it but we seem to be on a downhill slide the last couple of trips. The time before last, we stood at the counter on the INCOMING side and said "excuse me" 3 times before either of the girls facing the exit acknowledged us. The last time we came in, it was 7pm on a Thursday and there was HALF OF A PIZZA on the buffet, about 6 people standing in the back and, quite literally, about 15 of us standing in front of the buffet. My husband and I each bought Season Passes, and we have enjoyed coming back several times since. We really like to play the Jurassic Park game and the Batman driving game. We brought our niece (6) and nephew (7) with us on a Thursday night - because kids eat FREE (2 kids per one paid adult) on Thursdays! Crane machines are always loose (I pick prizes up and they slide out or it will just graze the toys) we literally saw an employee checking crane games... he wine one then messed with the crane a bit then shut the machine down, yes in front of us. Some staff seemed like they hated that people were in their presence, certain machines took points and wouldn't work, very filthy rugs an employee that let us on rides was snatching the cards and giving us attitude, and games didn't give you all of your points either. Total rip off. If you're going for the rock climbing wall, the banana drop, the bumper cars, the disco, or bowling or the like driving/no tickets games I really don't recommend going. The gift shop personnel was taking a personal FaceTime call which I normally don't care about but when I was asking if all my points were there (because a previous recent visit they weren't) she basically said I'm wrong and it's not her fault I didn't know. I had my sons 9th birthday party here yesterday. This was his 2nd party there. My review will be from two stand points. My child's then mine. Let's start with mine. Check in upon arrival was quick. Table had standard decor with plain balloons, table cloths and cups. Table was in an area with everyone else's parties, private room was extra $25. I probably should have sprung for that. people were all in our space and never said excuse me. Buffet...I had 8 adults and 9 kids. The kids ate the pizza no questions asked. But I had to pay for 8 adults who literally either got a plate and threw it all in the trash or didn't eat high carb food like myself who ate nothing. The pizza was tasteless hollow with big bubbles on it according to others. The two pizzas we got for the table just sat there. Not even the kids ate it. The adults were like um gross. They proceeded to just drink water that tasted weird. I had 2 who tried the bar and for $7 a drink it was watered down. They returned the drinks only to come back with the same tasting drink and just said never mind....trash. Needless to say this food was not for adults. Paying for adults who don't eat is not fair and totally worthless. $60 down the drain. So we all sat there for 4 hours and just talked. And our party hostess....no comment what so ever. My point is made by my silence. Kids view point. We purchased the deluxe package. $20 a kid at $180 total. They made good use of the Buffett our cards were supposed to be unlimited attractions but we kept ending up right back at the front desk because the cards wouldn't work on the attractions for some reason. One of the kids dropped their card on the ride and they wouldn't replace it without charging me. At the ticket redemption one of our party attendees came back crying because one employee told her she could have a prize then another said no. Needless to say that was a mess. When asking my birthday boy if he had fun. His answer was "it was alright". Not the answer I want to hear. He actually asked to go to Chucke Cheese. Next time I will listen! Ticket prizes are ridiculous and not worth it at all! Overall this was rather disappointing. Food is biased based on adult vs child. We live in Katy TX so that 30 mile drive doesn't seem to be worth it at this point. If you live in that area then cool. If not ummm think twice. My husband was even like why we have to pay for for adults to enter and they don't eat??? I said their rules. They might want to change that. I wish I had more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down. The kids wanted to come here for the obvious reasons and we knew what we were getting in ourselves into. Still, this place brought new meaning to the word disaster. Pizza here is awful. The rat is gourmet by comparison. It was also very busy so you've got your campers that hover over anything that has meat, cheese, or some slim combo of both and clear it out. Pizzas with veggies were nearly untouched and probably 7 weeks old. The staff did their best to keep carnivorous types at bay but they were outmatched, outnumbered, and presumably outgunned. The crowd here today was a bit rough. The games were a 50/50 proposition at best. The big fancy machines were slightly more operational but many were shut down, had error messages on the screen, or just did nothing when you swiped your card. Having to explain to a 5 year old that the Transformers game that had been commandeered by a pair of 30 somethings for at least 15 minutes was tricky. They have beer. This is a good thing but since I was on family duty I didn't partake. The staff, in general, were a detached bunch. I can't blame them. Working there has to require levels of patience not available to the under 22 set. In summation this place is a dump in need of more help. If you must go i'd think that a Wednesday during the school year at about 1:15 might be advantageous. If this isn't possible there's beer here. Cheers. read more

Both managers on duty, Ivan & I didn't get the number for the other gentleman, helped find my nephews phone and were quick to help the check in girls with an issue. Joanna and Lia were sooo HELPFUL and their kind nature and smiles were a great start to today's visit! When we went to bowl BreAnn and Luke were great! I've met Luke a couple times and he's always so happy and greets you with a smile! Breann even went as far as finding me while we were playing games to follow up on the bowling waitlist! My niece and nephews wanted to go somewhere to play games, and their parents said they've been really behaving themselves lately, so I gave in. It was between IT'Z & Chuck E. Cheese's. I chose IT'Z, and I'm really glad I did. The kids enjoyed bowling and pizza, and I was able to witness all their excitement. That's always one of the joys of life, lol. There was a very pleasant young lady named Kambria who put lots of effort into making our outing special. We were thankful for that. First time to take my junior honor society to the Willowbrook Itz. We usually go to the one in Pasadena. There are more rides, different games, and several party rooms. Although there were several bus loads of students from around Harris County, it didn't seem too crowded. The food was well maintained, including the sugar cookies and rice crispy treats. Even though the amount of meat and cheese was a bit skimpy, students ate to their fill. There were hot dogs, salads, and sodas, too. The restrooms were clean and the management were constantly walking around with walkie talkies to maintain order and working machinery. The manager was very organized and visible at all times. Each worker had a specific role and were obviously doing their jobs among all the numbers of people visiting. I was very impressed and will return with another group this week. read more

My kids love this place. Lots of games and even Bumper cars. There is a "Drive-In" dining area where kids movies play on a almost theater-sized screen. On Thursdays, games are half-price. More bang for your buck! We were just there last night and both kids scored over 2,000 points! The food is okay, just don't expect this to be the highlight of your visit. I suggest buying a lanyard for your cards, because it is very easy for kids to drop or to misplace while playing. I wish it were closer to Katy. We would go more often. Great place for family fun but ... I usually go once a week and am a member of their e-club. However since my last visit I have decided to not return until several equipments has been repaired. Kids handle the games all day without respect or care but that is what is expected of them. However, that also means that they have to be maintained on a regular basis. Every time I have asked someone to fix a certain game I've received a response within the lines of "the technician has been notified" which deems untrue. Also it'd help if some of the really old games got replaced with new ones to keep entertaining returning customers such as my family and lots of others. Quite honestly, this is not a place that I would take my kids because first of all just to get in you have to buy a $10 buffet so if you came after eating lunch or dinner, you're gonna have to pay anyway. What they need to do is put supervision around the buffet area or do some sort of ticketing system or else this place is not worth it. The first time that I went there, they did not pressure us in buying the buffet but the second time they did. and because we were hungry we bought the buffet and the glasses were stinking and don't even get me started on the bathrooms! Smelled like urine and bleach! Dirty tissues lying around and water around the sink that no one was taking care of. Plus on top of that, the place is honestly dirty you can see dirty dishes lying on tables and no one taking care of them for 20 minutes and I also saw food lying on the carpet. Also around the buffet area there is no one standing to supervise it and I saw kids putting their hands into the containers and no one saying anything about it. We just went bowling the first time and it was okay. The music they play is super old so be ready to be bored. Everything was good until we discovered until the "unlimited" bowling is actually limited to an hour per lane before they kick you off and to the back of a supposed waiting list. There were four open lanes when the staff kicked us off our lane. No one was waiting at the counter either. We were a party of 6 with two small children. We spent just under $110 to get in the door and bowling was why we were there. The only bathroom was completely out of order, so you had to walk to the movie theater next door to use the facilities. To impose food in order to play was something I have never experienced before. And we had just eaten lunch before we went there and so we just left the place. Broken rides are the norm and the ones that work are so expensive. Maybe that is a gimmick to make you spend more money. The buffet was so empty. And they kept making ham and pineapple pizzas. I asked the only server for the entire line why and he said "They were special request." I had to wait in line for plates, cups, and forks. One major suggestion: Get some real deserts!!! I came here with a college group and we had a fun time. The food has improved in my opinion since my first time coming a couple of years ago. It is not the best by any means but it was actually edible. Anyway, we all came to bowl and play arcade games. The bowling went well and we had no problems. I would be giving this place a 4STAR because my kids (9, 5, 3.5) said they had so much fun and could not wait to go back. there are a ton of games, and i like how they split up thee games on the floor by tickets/ non tickets. it was a lot easier for a first timer. the employees I spoke with were polite and immediately got me what i needed. the salad bar was stocked and clean and tidy. THE DOWN SIDE the bathrooms were very dirty. i pressed the service button as soon as we got there...and an hour later it looked the same. paper all over the floors, the first three stalls had smeared poop on them, i had to search for a stall that had tolietpaper. there was absolutely no sanitizer in any of the million sanitizer stations around the place. we got there about 4pm. they had barely any pizza out and there was already 4-5 people standing waiting for pizza. so i got the kids pasta(no flavor..very bland). i think if they cooked the pizza longer or on a higher temp, it wouldnt be so doughy/soggy. one of the soda machines did not work, I dont drink soda, so i got water. there was a film sitting on top of the water in my glass, and it tasted very weird..maybe they didnt rinse the cups well enough, idk. so i opted for sprite. it was off because it tasted like club soda. there was a lot of dirty tables with stacks of used plates on them. i didnt see anyone cleaning..or if they were they left in a hurry and left a trashcan full of old food close to one of the clean tables. i had to ask twice while there for cups for drinks...but when i did, they immediately brought them out. THE GAMES WENT DOWN FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF! ...so we went bowling. no problems there. then we went back to the games. AND THEY WERE STILL DOWN! so we waited abt 15 minutes, but having 3 antsy kiddos asking you over and over WHEN they can play..it makes you ask WHY this is happening after i just paid all this money for about MAYBE 20 min of actual game time. so I asked an employee if we could get our money back or something...then the manager came speed walking up to us and just mumbled ~ `they are slowly coming back up`. but did not stop walking or greet us properly or address our concerns. just walked right past us.
