AVOID THIS PLACE I…read moreleft this video game store feeling disappointed with the way they handle pricing. The selection itself was decent, but it quickly became obvious that most of the games on display were higher-value titles. If you're hoping to browse affordable games or find a hidden bargain, you probably won't have much luck here. What really bothered me was the complete lack of price tags. None of the games I looked at had prices, so every time I wanted to know the cost, I had to ask an employee. Instead of having a set price, they would pull out their phone, search eBay, and base the price on whatever listings or recent sales they found at that moment. It made the entire shopping experience feel awkward and inconsistent. Without clearly marked prices, it's impossible to compare games or decide what fits your budget while browsing. It also gives the impression that prices can change depending on who is asking or what the current online market happens to be. A retail store should have transparent, clearly displayed prices rather than making customers wait while staff search online marketplaces. I understand that retro and collectible games fluctuate in value, but that's part of running a game store. Prices should be researched ahead of time and labeled on the shelves, not determined only after a customer expresses interest. Overall, the lack of pricing transparency and the reliance on eBay for on-the-spot pricing made the experience frustrating. I probably won't return unless they adopt a more consistent and customer-friendly pricing system.

Always a pleasure every time. The staff are friendly and passionate about what they do…read more Their selection and variety of product is impressive , and they genuinely want to help you find what you're looking for, even if they don't have it in stock. Given the current state of physical media, especially in gaming, stores like this are more important now than ever.

We've been coming to Fire and Ice since opening because we share a mutual friend with the owner…read more In the beginning, we were in awe. Definitely a great place for cards (which is the main reason we frequented it). At the time they didn't have One Piece yet, but they had a good selection of other TCG. It was also easy to sell, even though the trade value wasn't the best: around 40-60% trade value, and even less for cash. Space is great though, and we even went to the other locations to support. However, as of late, it hasn't been the same despite its growth. They have A LOT of inventory and product... but it is so expensive. Over TCGplayer prices. Some staff members are also very stand off ish, and avoidant. Recently we came to sell cards and they didn't want to look or take any of them, even Pokemon IR's and One Piece alt arts. Seems like they are now just chasing the "chases" and anything with great value, or they didn't want to bother comping all the cards. However, we appreciate the in-store card shows. We like to come support the smaller booths and vendors there! Free to enter and lots of familiar faces for vendors. We'll see how business is from here on out with the new location openings. Will update my review based on experiences.
