I went in to sell some cards (about 151 cards) and overall the experience was negative. They were…read morecondescending, rude, and aggressive with their questioning of my motives for selling my property. I don't collect and do not know much about the hobby. I wanted an expert opinion and if they had good offers I would sell. They told me it would take a few hours to price them out and they would call me. I had to call them two days later for them to tell me they had not done it yet. About 3 hours later they called me. I went back and they gave me a flat offer for all of the cards. I declined and said I would be willing to sell any of them individually and we can talk about those prices. That's when the interaction went from negative to borderline aggressive. They were blown away that I didn't take their first offer and when I inquired about individual prices for each card they became very uncomfortable and told me they graded all the cards using a machine and it had cost them 3 hours of labor to do it. They offered to sell me the information for the value of my cards (I declined). They also gave me a speech about how they despise buying and selling cards and they only do it to keep the lights on. They said they're just interested in playing games and hanging out (understandable for a board game store). I left out many other slimy details of their greasiness in favor of brevity. Overall, I do feel bad leaving a scathing review of a small businesses but not as bad as I felt walking out of TerraCrux after interacting with them.

I'm a little disappointed with myself that I was not aware of this shop in all this time I've resided in Tacoma. They have a neat interesting variety of toys and video games. This review is going to focus on my interaction with Alex and Alex from a seller's standpoint. I have a fair amount of collectibles and there were a couple action figures I was looking to (reluctantly) unload (a 1983 Inspector Gadget doll and a NECA Ada Wong to be exact). I had looked online and consulted various other stores in the area and the few offers I had received were far from fair. I'm happy to report that Alex and Andy knew the market and what my items were going for online. We even looked them up together. We had some obligatory endearing haggling and in the end they offered me a fair price for my beloved items. They were the only store that I had spoken with in the local area that were not only fair in their evaluation but even in the same league as the market value. They even appreciated the items as much as I did so I knew they would end up in a good home. Again, I only wished I knew about them sooner. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future when I inevitably decide to sell some cherished childhood treasures. Cheers, guys.

They have an adequate supply of art products but I wish they went deeper on watercolor merchandising, and especially on watercolor paper and journals. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Which is why they have two names: The Fairy Store and can be found @ efairies.com. So if you look online ahead of time, but want to lay your eyes on it first, this is the place to be!!! I found three perfect little friends to take home with me. They just fill my heart with such joy to look at them. Their customer service was amazing. I felt so peaceful and relaxed to be in their building. And they packed my boxes so nicely into my bag with a pretty bow across each one, it was like a little gift to myself when I got home. Absolutely loved it! If you are using GPS to find their store, just know they are in the same shopping center as the movie theater, but not at all in the line up next to it. It's more kiddie corner across the parking lot in a quaint little spot of its own. The store is slightly up the hill across from everything else, so it's easy to miss the first time looking for it. If you love fairies, I highly recommend coming in to check out this store. It's just so delightful and fun!!! And don't forget, twice as much selection offered online!

I ordered quite a few fairy garden items, and when I tried to check out, there was an issue with the computer system that was preventing me from completing my order due to a shipping glitch. I left everything in my cart for the night, and before I was even up the next morning I had an email from them explaining they were having shipping issues, and to please let them know if I needed assistance. I was able to call and reach a real, live person (even during Covid closures)! She was so helpful and patient. There were some other computer glitches preventing my order from going through properly, but after a couple phone calls and a few emails, everything got ordered and sent out to me right away. It also happened to be the last day of a promotion, and I know the poor gal was running her feet off trying to straighten out the shipping issue for multiple customers. She was so nice and so friendly, even while trying to handle multiple orders, glitches, and a complete lack of support staff due to covid. Everything I received was even better than I had expected (fairy garden stuff is really just so cute!), and I was so excited to add everything to my garden. Also, as someone who frequents several online fairy garden stores, I can say that eFairies has a very unique selection. Most of the items they carry aren't available anywhere else, and I will absolutely be purchasing more items from them in the near future!
