I came across a modem in a storage Shed and I wanted to return it to AT&T and I've been shopping around for a new carrier for my phone and internet services. I figured since I was going to be there to ask what to do with the modem I could talk to them about switching over to AT&T while I was there. I walked in with the modem in a small box, and before the door even shut, a lady in the back of the store started yelling at me, "WE DON'T TAKE THOSE HERE!" in a very, very rude loud voice. of course I was standing there stunned at the greeting. then she yelled at me again, "WE DON'T TAKE THOSE HERE! YOU HAVE TO SEND IT BACK YOURSELF!" I got a confused look on my face and I said I found it, it isn't mine but she screamed again, "WE DON'T TAKE THAT STUFF HERE" (as if I would know that since I wasn't a customer). I was so shocked at the time that I didn't understand what she was talking about. A polite male employee (that looked as shocked as me) was sitting close to where I was standing and he was kind enough to explain to me (in a normal voice) where to take it. He politely answered my questions and I left the store. As I hobbled (I'm handicapped) to the UPS store I was getting more and more angry at the unprofessional attitude and rudeness of the employee. I think she was the manager. When I got to the UPS store the line was 10 deep and only one person was working at the desk, so I turned around and threw the modem into the trash by the door and I left. I have NEVER in my life had a person yell at me like that before I even opened my mouth. Too bad for AT&T. They could have had a new customer that day, but not now. Not after that kind of behavior. I've posted this on every social media platform in my quest to warn everyone to avoid that store. Unless you like being treated badly and taken advantaged of. There are many negative reviews on that store. Be sure to read them before you even consider walking through their door.

So when you receive a book in bad condition, you only get reimbursed for the book. Secondly, the location of the store has become increasingly unpleasant to shop at... The scenery and atmosphere in the café are very calm and soothing. Excellent lighting too, making for a great reading area. And now the rest of the store. The selection of books and magazines is impressive at this store. I love going down the aisles, taking books off the shelves and sampling them a little before making a decision. There are chairs out in case you want to sit and read for a while. It's wonderful that Barnes & Noble is still around, because I just love book stores. In our digital age, they sadly are practically becoming extinct. On to service, I have yet to have a bad experience with employees at this location. For value I'd say the prices aren't bad. He was also unable to make black and white copies instead of color, telling me that the machine had no provision for black and white . . . ? Everyone has to start somewhere BUT should have basic math skills for reproduction work. He also had a very minimal knowledge of the equipment he was using. He made me wait for 45 minutes while he produced unacceptable copies at the wrong scale. He waited on other customers when he should have been finishing my job. I relied on Yelp images but they are mockups and it took me several back and forths in busy parking lot before manually walking entire strip to locate the side door entrance. - Marking items not for sale. While several displays are clearly just that, my young kids were interested in the plush Pokemon toys in the glass cabinet that were alongside other modern Nintendo plushies with tags. These items definitely looked like something for sale so my kids were disappointed not being to purchase them. Completely understandable if not for sale but hopefully there are clear markings for this in the future.
