Every Saturday at 2 p.m., they host a storytime event for children, and sometimes they even have fun LEGO-building activities, which my kids really enjoy. Barnes & Noble is a place where my children and I can share our love for reading in a cozy and welcoming environment. All the service is always the most nice and welcoming.

No baskets or carts available so we walked around as best as we could to check out this year's holiday displays. It was challenging to walk around with so many people in the Christmas aisles so I left to check out the rest of the store. After about 30 minutes and our arms filled with treasures, we obviously needed a cart so I went searching for one at the front of the store. Jackpot! Two carts returned so my daughter and I were able to comfortably move our things into one cart. It's a large store with too many fun things to look at and want. I truly wish there was a store closer to us. My receipt said my checker was Danielle W. She was exceptionally happy and filled with smiles. She was also kind enough to wrap our breakables before putting them in a bag. I appreciated her cheerful demeanor in spite of the huge crowds she must have been seeing all day. The store was fairly well stocked and clean in spite of all the shoppers. Hobby Lobby is such a fun store for gifts, crafts, décor and seasonal gems.

I got a squishy that broke after a day and STICKY glue got all over. Hard to wash off hands. I've had earrings snap in a week with the bad glue and chains. They have a great selection. This one is located inside the Solano Mall. I ordered a Sanrio dog bed online and had to delivered to the store for pick up. (It was even cheaper than Amazon for the same product.) The employee working that day was really helpful! He helped open the package so I could confirm it was what I bought before taking it home. He was telling me how they always have sales. The online inventory is bigger than what's in store. When you buy something online you get a coupon for next time. I even joined their free rewards membership. When he asked if there was anything else he could help with I asked about some earrings we saw. Half was missing. He offered to sell it to us half price and when we were interested in half a pair he helped us find it online and buy it to have it shipped there. This is a great place to shop for presents for kids and adults alike!

This was also the most organized BoxLunch location I've been to, surprisingly! I even found some really cute Sanrio pajamas I had been eyeing since last year, they finally had my size! I had even called the day before and came in person to ask about availability, and was told they would be in stock. However, when the doors opened, I saw an employee grabbing the Pokémon cards for himself before any customers even had a chance to get in. The fact that the manager allowed this to happen in front of paying customers is incredibly unprofessional and unfair. It felt like my time and effort were completely disrespected. If customers don't even have a fair chance to buy items because employees get first dibs, what's the point of showing up early or calling ahead? I hope this store reconsiders how it handles product releases and prioritizes fairness for all customers.

I was afraid to push these carts to because I couldn't see if there was someone on the other end of the cart. Also I'm not sure how unpacking merchandise works. I think you should use shopping carts for the items in shipping boxes or have the team unpack boxes before 30 min before the store opens whenever a new shipment arrives. The dollar tree looks to have high value items at an affordable price but I'm concerned about the safety. In a previous visit, there were shipping boxes on the ground in 1 aisle. Also please bring hand held shopping baskets back.
