This place pisses me off. Came to buy a game. One person ahead of me in line to buy a controller. The lady checking this guy out takes 20 minutes to do so. I understand being friendly, but having to wait that damn long is ridiculous. Just sell him the remote it's that's simple. So anyways while this whole process is going on i step out of line to look at some other games because i didn't understand that doing that one task for this employee takes a hour... Unbelievable....i was the only other person in the store so like i said i went to look at some games. Then some other lady comes in the store and takes my place in line. Then the employee takes another 20 min to deal with her... Are you kidding me?? I'm so mad i just left this place needs to hire someone that knows how to do their job efficiently. Go buy your games from Target next door this place does no deserve your business and they need to understand that the way they operate is unacceptable. read more

Best game stop I have been too I have shopped here before and Tristan helped me a couple months ago and I returned today and he remembered my play style with certain games so it was really easy to communicate to him my wants and needs Tristan along with the other employee [who's name I forgot and now feel bad about forgetting it(sorry other employee)] helped me so much and made me feel very comfortable with my purchases. They pushed there promotions on me but didn't make me feel obligated to buy them I walked in wanting to fix my old Xbox and left with an Xbox 1 and a couples games for a lot cheaper then I expected Definitely going to return here for all my gaming needs read more

This was the gamestop I would come to whenever i needed to purchase my consoles and games. The employee was rude and unprofessional. If you don't like to work ,quit your job. I love going to Game Stops. I moved back to Wildomar about 6 months ago and used to go to this Game Stop in Lake Elsinore all the time and it was great. There is now a new manager and she is RUDE!!! Yes these people know a little about games, the basics, but they lie just to get you to reserve games!! I was asked 3 separate times at checkout about pre ordering games I finally felt compelled to do so. When I asked about Destiny for Xbox 1 she told me all these lies and said that the Beta was available once you pre order. I finally gave in and pre ordered it. When I got home and filled out everything online it wasn't even available for a couple of months! At this point I was really upset and the next day I went back to cancel my pre order. She then was trying to come up with excuses not to cancel my pre order saying the she had given me a poster so I need to return that to get my 5$ back from the pre order. This lady never gave me anything but my receipt and the game I purchased. I recently found out that there is a new store in Murrieta!! I will no longer be taking my business to Lake Elsinore, I advise the same until they change their store management. Unless you like to be lied to and felt obligated to pre order games. read more

I've been too so many GameStop's but this one has become my go to every time because of the customer service. Each and every time I go in there I leave with whatever I need. Whether they have to call other stores or order it they will always make sure you get the best deal possible. Especially the employee Kyle. I highly recommend dealing with him, he is why I've made this my go to store. The first time I walked into the store completely ready to buy a new PS4 I read reviews about the issue I was having and almost all of them said it was fixable so I brought it into the store and rather than just making money off of me Kyle took the time to examine my PS4 and explained exactly how to fix it. Saving me 250 dollars and a huge headache. Because of that fantastic customer service I've been back to this GameStop and spent well over the 250 I would've for the PS4. The always greet you with a smile and I've never had a bad experience with them. The staff is very knowledgeable and Trysten is the best because he is a very knowledgeable staff member and is always willing to help anyone out.
