I have been an action figure collector my whole life and this store was like heaven to me. The prices are reasonable and not egregious like some other stores I've been to. There are plenty of lose figures for really good deals and many are complete with their respective accessories. The staff I met were offered to get stuff from way up on the high shelves for me to look at and were patient even when I decided to put things back. I found a vintage Mighty Max figure from 1971 and one staff member helped me figure out what it was via a google lense search. If you are a collector of vintage or modern action figures/toys there's something here for you.

The local store refuses to do anything, pointing us to corporate help. The corporate help phone number, which forwards you to somebody very nice in India, says to talk to the local store. So, my poor kid is out the money for the grading, and he's lost about $200 worth of his cards he spent years collecting. Absolutely disgusting business practices, with nobody taking responsibility and a little kid getting screwed over. We're done shopping here.
