I had an order that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days and it took 16 days. Had some gifts that were late because of it. I currently am still waiting on a second order I made that is at 17 days and also very late. When the first order finally came in, one of the games that I paid for to be brand new was already opened with no plastic wrap and I ordered an expensive holiday edition magic card box set as a gift and it came in crushed, already opened, ripped at the opening area and re taped shut horribly and I paid for a brand new one. The box themselves have a collectors photo also. These used and opened items aren't in my area, so for me to get new ones, I'd have to wait for another order which will take forever again (not the time advertised) and might come in damaged or wrong again. I called customer service to try and refund my money to at least the used price or at least get a new box for the magic set but they refused to help. I have photos and videos of the packages when they came in and it doesn't matter. Most places drastically reduce prices for opened boxes and used items and to advertise brand new and charge that price and then get used items is false advertising and immoral. I've been a pro member for a while now and spend a lot of money with this company and they are going to lose a member now. Save yourself the headache and order through Amazon or literally anybody else. read more

When I tell you that this location here is so much BS I mean it. I been coming here the past 12 months and every time I come in the employee are rude and informational at all. When there're busy do not go in to do trade ins or use store credit they will find a way to to turn you around or get you to go to the other location i highly 100% do not recommend this location they need new staff someone who like to help others no matter how busy they get. read more

Not as fairly stocked like a lot of other places, but really still has what you need making it worth shopping at.

Friendly staff and good selection. I like that I can preorder my first person shooter games here and they usually have options for special editions. I just wish that they gave better value on trade in games. read more

Some of the employees are down right rude, and its not just this location. I appreciate that the young people that work here are generally experts in their field, but if you do not have all around people skills, retail shouldnt be your chosen profession. As a parent trying to filter and learn about what my kids are into, I dont appreciate being treated like an idiot because Im not up to speed on current information and lingo.
