It literally was the place to be back in the day. I've seen the changes throughout the years, and I think it's still a great place to hang out. They've remodeled, and there are new stores and restaurants. There aren't many malls in the area now. There were other ones to visit back then, but they're all gone now. So, it's nice to know this one is still standing strong for the community. By the way, there are two Chick-fil-A's in the Mishawaka area. We prefer to come to the one in University Park Mall because it's less busy. Both are busy places, but this one isn't as congested. I'm also glad to see Barnes and Noble in this mall. With many book stores closing, I don't get to find one too often. On the weekends, it's hard to find parking, but honestly, it has been that way since I was growing up.

I currently am still waiting on a second order I made that is at 17 days and also very late. When the first order finally came in, one of the games that I paid for to be brand new was already opened with no plastic wrap and I ordered an expensive holiday edition magic card box set as a gift and it came in crushed, already opened, ripped at the opening area and re taped shut horribly and I paid for a brand new one. The box themselves have a collectors photo also. These used and opened items aren't in my area, so for me to get new ones, I'd have to wait for another order which will take forever again (not the time advertised) and might come in damaged or wrong again. I called customer service to try and refund my money to at least the used price or at least get a new box for the magic set but they refused to help. I have photos and videos of the packages when they came in and it doesn't matter. Most places drastically reduce prices for opened boxes and used items and to advertise brand new and charge that price and then get used items is false advertising and immoral. I've been a pro member for a while now and spend a lot of money with this company and they are going to lose a member now. Save yourself the headache and order through Amazon or literally anybody else.

As most places that have comics and trading cards, the Warehouse also has quite the selection of Funko pops as well as other action figures. They have a small counter top display with dice, an area with trading card accessories (like binders, deck boxes, and playing mats), and a trading card event space. While we were there, a trading card tournament was actively being held. Employees were friendly, prices were fair and the space was well organized. Even with a good amount of people in the building, it didn't feel crowded. Even with the tournament going on, several employees were helping customers not involved with the event and keeping on top of regular business. I would recommend this spot to stop for comics or trading cards.
