I love this store! And the employees that work here are more than helpful! I called to hold 2 devices for Christmas and they said they will, I called back to make sure and they had it just Incase! The kids that run the store were unprofessional and a bit too relaxed. When we had questions it seemed as if they had to run to every worker in the store to try to find an answer for even the most simple question. The rewards program is pretty sad. It is good to be able to trade in games if you go through games pretty quickly. Some of the used game prices were higher than the regular price of the same game new elsewhere (even right across the parking lot in Target). My brother purchased a few games and we left. He had to return to the store since the helpful kid checking him out forgot to put the game disks into the boxes. read more

Walked in last night with my son into the small GameStop. there were two employees. The one male employee was helping a customer with a number of questions. The other employee, a female was just sitting behind the counter on her cell phone and disregarding the other customers in the store. My son was waiting patiently behind the customer being helped, but the woman continued texting on her cell phone and ignored him. Whoever the male employee was... he was doing an excellent job and being helpful. The woman... needs to put her cell phone away in front of customers and be retrained! read more

They sold me a game that was supposedly "New" , in an open box and the disc already have been used. Stop lying to your customers, I should of checked the disc before this idiot girl put a plastic seal around it with a supposed new disc inside. I was reading all the reviews for GAMESTOP, and a majority of people are complaining about the employees. HELLO!!! THEY WORK AT GAMESTOP, you CANT expect people who play video games for 8 hours a day to have good social skills! and OF COURSE THEY'RE AWKWARD AROUND WOMEN, the closest thing they've gotten to a vagina is the elf character they met while scavenging for berries on Warcraft.... or whatever they do. This is the only Gamestop I go to because the staff is very friendly, the store is isolated and it's always clean. If you are buying new or used games, this store has a great rewards/discount program that makes video game purchasing somewhat affordable compared to Best Buy, Target, Walmart, etc. I don't recommend selling anything back if you are looking for nearly retail price, try craiglist or ebay. read more

This store is amazing. There are games for all consoles. There are even Xbox 360 games that are there. Everything that I have bought there has been amazing. The people who work there know exactly what you want. There is also merchandise from every game genre. There is terraria action figures, Legend of Zelda hats, Minecraft plushies, pokemon cards, and some amiibos. Overall, a great store read more

I'll start by saying the workers here for the most part are genuinely nice people. I've never had a bad experience in terms of guest service here. Just recently I had went there with a friend because he wanted to do a trade in. I had noticed a Funko Pop at the back counter and wanted to see if I was able to purchase it. I proceeded to ask him if those were pre orders and if there was any extra if I can be able to buy. He nervously told me he would have to check. So after he rung up my friend as we stood next to each other he told us to have a good day meaning he was done dealing with us. I had to speak up and tell him to follow up on if I was able to purchase it or if there would be any extra. That was a bit frustrating considering the guy ahead of us took a very long time and the line grew. Also keep in mind he was the only one working as the other guy was in the back possibly on lunch. So he checked for me and I was able to buy it. One final thing that nearly pissed me off, he asked for my friends phone number for their reward program instead of me. I guess he just assumed I had no reward program with them. I had to speak up once again to tell him that I had a reward program. He then told me nicely " you should've told me"? No I don't have to tell you, you should be asking me. Well he was a genuinely nice person, but probably got overwhelmed with the line. I know what it's like. I can let things like this go. read more

Pretty oblivious employees. Just went to pre order a game & when I walked in I was the only customer in there. Waited for about ten minutes and still no help when I was standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CASHIER. two other groups of people walk in and they somehow get all the attention in the world for help & service. AND FOR SOME REASON HAVE THERE PURCHASE HANDLED BEFORE ME WHEN I HAVE BEEN STANDING THERE SINCE THE MINUTE I WALKED IN. My experience at this shopping location was pretty awkward. Me and my boyfriend went into the store to purchase a collectible item from one of the video games one of the guys working there was TOTALLY trying to impress me......NO ONE cares about his work out schedule or what he does...my boyfriend was even like WTF i'm standing right here with my girl thank you....so in conclusion although they have a pretty good selection of games and the other workers are cool to deal with I do not like this store for that one employee making it an awkward expierence. read more

I only come to this store because I have to. I love the store and selection of games but the employes need to be a little more costumer friendly. The first problem I had was when one of the employes literally stood there with his hands to his side doing nothing for about 3 min till his break was over. Went to buy two pre-owned guitar hero games today, the price was great, totally about 5 dollars, but the service attitude was absolutely horrid. I was greeted with a lazy hello, what may I get you today, and other than that, nothing else throughout the transaction. Wheres the compassion of any sort? At the end of the transaction I said, hey thank you man, take care and have a nice day and the cashier, a male, ignored my comments and said lazily again, hello welcome to gamestop to another young customer. Please, I'm not asking for a perfection in terms of customer service, but this... all I can say is sub-par... if you hate your job, please quit. We customers are ultimately psychologically influenced by the actions of the employees themselves. If they provide serive with a smile and be communicative I am more than certain the store itself will generate some extra profit... but with service like that, well you really cant expect much haha, I hope next time I visit it wont be the same cashier, and if so. Great customer service! And very patience too! So I was buying a card and gift card at this GameStop location. When I went to the cashier, Steven, was the one who helped me. For some reason my credit card kept declining so he called the customer service for the GameStop credit card about the issues I had. I had a problem at this store with one of the managers, names Michelle, because I bought some used headphones, and the quality ended up being very poor on the contrary of what was told to me at the moment of the sale. So, after two weeks I come back to the store to give them back and bring something else in the same value, but this lady gives me this VERY rude approach saying the store cannot do that, because the policy says that they only exchange things within 7 days after the sale, and she doesn't give me any solution rather than "give them to a friend of yours or something". I was upset and asked for a number or email to report the situation, and she tells me "ok, i will get back to you" and puts me waiting for another 10 minutes, and finaly comes back with a phone number that was wrong, it was the online sales department, so I went online and found the Corporate number, where they confirmed that the policy is those 7 days, but the manager of the store usually helps the costumer with some kind of exception.....witch didn't seem to be what happened in my situation. Therefore, I warn you all to STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, mostly that horrible manager of them. I did do a trade in with Steven and Alvin and those two guys are awesome great employees and have respect towards customers. I came back to return a game that I downloaded on the PS network and Steven helped me once again he also asked me if I would like to preorder DBZ Xenoverse and showed me a steel book case if I came in Tuesday early I would get it with my game. So Tuesday rolls around and I have my two out of my three boys with me the employee there was named Joshua as I was waiting in the line which consisted of three males picking up their preorders of DBZ then when it comes to my turn I show him my receipt and he puts the DBZ game on the counter then begins offering the Game Unlock with add on characters or something and suggests I buy for my spouse/boyfriend and I told him ummm No this game is for myself then I ask him don't I get a steel book with this game since I came early and the employee Joshua tells me No because I did not preorder the game months ago.. Well despite making a huge trade in transaction for PS4 at this location. Joshua offended me for being sexist by assuming that the game was for a male person in my life and explaining how I would not get a steel book. He ruined my complete excitement for the DBZ game. I am not suggesting not to go to this location because there is other awesome employees like Steven and Alvin but do mind the employee there named Joshua. (That star is for Joshua) read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about this location.The associates at this location are always friendly and approachable every time I've shopped at this location. On my most recent visit, I asked the clerk (I believe his name is Daniel according to the receipt) about his opinion on some games and he gave great advice and also offered some information about some up and coming titles that fit the genes I am into. All in all a positive shopping experience, especially given the fact that my visit was approaching closing time (I think), and usually most store clerks by this time are worn out, evasive and sometimes just plain ol' grumpy! But I received alert and friendly help. And not to mention getting a break on prices by buying pre-owned is definitely a plus. **AHEM..COUGH**COUGH**........Now to address some people's issue with the upselling of additional services (pre-orders that are available, GameStop rewards program, etc), I know it can be kind of annoying but it really only takes a few extra seconds for them to do their little schpeal, all you have to say is "no thanks" or "not interested." You don't have to get all bent outta shape about it, the poor clerk is required to say the current promotions/offers as part of the gig, he/she probably hates having to say it as much as you do having to hear it. :) Cheers!! read more

Unfortunately this is the closest location to me but I am usually disappointed if and when I go there. Customer service is slow, they never have enough people working at the check out counter and they do not keep their shelves updated. I am the type of person to buy used games so I look thoroughly through the used game shelves and I'll find a few things. Then get up to the counter after waiting at least 10mins in line to find out they don't actually have the games behind the counter. It would be nice if they would check inventory and removed the boxes for games they don't have. At least that makes the most sense to me. I guess I'll have to waste the time, energy, and deal with the hassle of going to the mall, find parking, and hopefully not run into the same problem. I would call ahead to check but it seems that stores are SO busy they barely answer the phone. I wish there was another game store to go to, but sadly they have monopolized this sales area. Frank was rude af! Usually this store is awesome but this guy who opened the store on Sunday 12/04/16 had zero sense of customer service. Pushed the door instead of holding it open and properly greeting me at the door as common courtesy. Made it nearly impossible to get a game informer magazine for my son when I've been a member for years!! Asumed that I was stealing when I was actually walking to the counter to make my purchase then when I wanted to buy he said those magazines are for members only without knowing that I've been a member probably longer than he's worked here. I've been in customer service/ sales for about 10 years now and I've never met a more careless and rude employee. I'd much rather drive to a further store for better service! read more
