I hate to leave a two star review. Gametime itself is amazing, the staff was amazing, games were great. No issues. However the restaurant was very disappointing and incredibly rude. We had 12 people in our party, we were greated with " your gonna have to wait, I've been here all day and I'm clocking out" okay.... Then someone else approached saying it would be 45 min wait, even though there was literally only one table being used and told to come back when our whole party was here. We played games and waited for our party, went back and they expected us to squeeze 12 people at an 8 top, and only gave us 10 chairs. I asked if we could pull the next table over and was told no, I've been in the restaurant environment for a long time so I was thinking like fire hazard can't block the walkway, so I asked if we could spilt and use both tables without moving and he said "unfortunately we can't we only do that for party's that call ahead, we have to save that table for someone else." As if we weren't paying costumers. So we left, as did a family of 5 behind us. read more

Decent atmosphere. good value for the unlimited play of most machines by the hour for under for about 17 bucks per person. Food at the bar is mainly sandwiches and on occasion take a longer than usual time to make. BOGO beers is nice, can drink your beverages in the game room as well. Place is somehow full of children onwards of midnight on the weekends which seem odd but it is an arcade so you cant expect them not to be there. I'd recommend going here for the game play, but advise you to eat somewhere else prior. read more

I love coming to GameTime. I brought my daughter here and she loved it! My first time experience here with the restaurant was not great at all. The food was flavorless, the pasta was bland, the steak not seasoned, and the tap beer had an aftertaste of a dirty rag. Well at least I tried it first before anything. Waste of time and $. Took my nephew there who is 14 and we were both disappointed. Some games did not work, others are over 10 years old with poor graphics and the card kept timing out. I would not waste your time or money unless you enjoy spending $30 on ticket games to win a useless prize. The arcade part is SO fun, and has some really cool games. But for the restaurant, it's pretty awful. Basically everything we ordered (chicken fingers, nachos, cheeseburgers) were disgusting. Also 2 out of 5 of our orders were wrong. There was hair cooked into the chicken fingers, which was disgusting. Plus the food wasn't good at all. There was no one at the bar, and only about 5 other tables with people, and it still took almost an hour for the food. I always go to play games but after the horrible food experience I won't be going to the restaurant again. I give the arcade 4/5 stars and the restaurant just one. read more

Prizes are cheap, games are overpriced. Between me and a friend we spent 70 dollars for something I could buy for 10 dollars. Can't wait for Dave and Busters to open. Crap! Where do I begin?! First of all, if I could give zero stars I would... As soon as we walked in we stood there for over five minutes waiting on someone to greet us. Keep in mind the place was empty. Finally someone came over to seat us, and we decided to go to the bar. The bartender didn't introduce herself or say anything to us for about 5 minutes. Came up to us with the WORST attitude and said "a drink?". First off, your name? Second, drink menu? Hi to you too! Fast forward to after she rolled her eyes and just walked away, I ordered a salad and when it was up she slid it so hard to me, I had to catch it. Her attitude was literally the worst I've ever dealt with. Manager told her he was tired of her doing this every night. She wasn't allowed to take care of guest at the bar for the night. Another couple left and the last couple was laughing. Another server said sorry to me over 10 times for her attitude. Free dinner and I will never go back. Ever. This is my first and last time ever coming to this location ever! The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because of the cleanliness and games. On the other hand the food was atrocious... we ordered pizza and a salad (pretty hard to mess up, right?). Basketball games down, NASCAR game seats all torn and seats don't adjust making it very difficult to play with the seat so far back I could barely touch the steering wheel. GameTime was fun for a family night out. There were 7 of us ranging from 5 years old to... none of your business :-)... this place is definitely reminiscent of D&B. Restaurant, bar and arcade all in one. We just went for the games so I can't speak to the food and drinks. They have 2 ways to play: either an unlimited card by the hour starting at $15 or a normal "token" or credit based card. We opted for the credit based card. The highest card is the "legend" which gives you 700 credits for $100. It was just the best value for us with so many people. The cards are reloadable and they don't charge you a fee like D&B. The downside is the credits have to go all on one card but we were able to just pass it around between us so not really a big deal. I did notice quite a few machines that were down which others have mentioned in previous reviews. They definitely need to work on that. That being said there were still all types of games to suit anyone's fancy. From normal arcade games like air hockey & pinball to ride simulators and trivia games. Most of the games give tickets directly on the card that can be redeemed for prizes but be aware that you don't get tickets with the unlimited timed card. We had a great time and I would definitely return whenever we're in the area. read more

I have been here twice and I must say, the service at the bar is great, however, I was surprised to find out that the manager Josh would not honor a misprinted price of beer. I was handed a beer list saying the drafts were $5.50 and I got a bill for $8! I asked the bartender about it and he kindly radioed the manager about the price, and would not honor the mistake! I am a bartender, and anytime that happens we ALWAYS honor OUR mistake. I'm very disappointed but I made sure to leave David our bartender a nice tip for being sympathetic and great! read more

I was actually surprised how good my food was here. I had a chicken dish and nachos as an appetizer. Our server was one of the worst I've ever seen. My date and I chose to go to Gametime last night because we both thought it would be a fun first date. We were both so glad we chose to go there, as we had a fantastic experience! First, we chose to have a bite to eat in the restaurant before heading out to play the games. Our server, Taylor, was excellent. He took the time to explain a couple things on the menu that we asked about, and his knowledge of the food was great. He informed us of the deals that were going on at the time, such as buy one get one free beer and wine as well. With it being our first time there, neither my date nor I had any idea how it worked for the gaming, so we asked Taylor. Again, he explained, without hesitation, how all the gaming works, explaining to us our various options as to the different gaming cards we could purchase. We chose to each get a $10 all you can play card from 9pm to 2am. It was a great choice, seeing how we were there until about 1:15am! (Got there at like 7:45 lol)...before deciding on that purchase, Taylor made sure that we knew that it didn't include ALL the games with that card, as we couldn't win any prizes and could only use it on certain games. Neither of us minded that, but it was definitely nice of him to tell us that prior to us purchasing them, in order to avoid any surprises. I very much appreciate a server who demonstrates full knowledge of their menu when asked questions as well as a server who is honest and informative when asked about the products they are selling. Taylor provided both knowledge and honesty when it came to both and I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything as he did. Kudos, Taylor! Took my kids and I on a weeknight when it wasn't so packed. This place is very inexpensive for all the games you can do. It was $15 for a whole hour of unlimited games. The kids had a blast and asked when we were coming back as soon as we left. However, seems like the menu is expensive and is more party-focused. Other than that, great time!! read more

We got the nachos and they had drizzled liquid smoke all over them, it was inedible! I sent my wine back, it tasted rotten. We also ordered 2 kids meals and a club sandwich. We have been several times and enjoy the games plus the good food and 2 for 1 drinks. In the past we had a male bartender who wasn't very attentive and definitely was not friendly (think name was ulies) We didn't plan to go back because of it but enjoyed the specials and fun atmosphere so we wanted to try it again. So glad we did! Our bartender Auroura was the greatest! She's super funny and very helpful. We loved her! We are gonna be back to see for sure and highly recommended that everyone else does too. I've been to this place on several casual visits. The games are great as expected. The food does take awhile to come out, however at one party I have been to, the service is impeccable - on time, delivered as promised. As to a previous review on Riseana Benn, I have not encountered this girl but to the reviewer I have this to say: This girl Riseana Benn seems a much younger person to you. So don't you think you should be setting an example??? Why not offer advice on how things should have been done. If you are not part of the solution, you are then part of the problem. You are a mother yourself and a veteran!! A heartfelt thanks for your service by the way. Think of the kind of treatment you would want meted out to your own kids (because children are not born perfect - they live and they learn so it is quite possible that they can encounter someone as awful as you are displaying yourself to be). As a veteran you should know better......unless this is behavior related to some PTSD syndrome in which case for the sake of you children and those you interact with, you should seek treatment.These awfully worded and vindictive reviews serve no purpose for the girl to improve. To date I have seen 3 similar reviews with the same name and the same incident. These serve no purpose but to make you look like a hateful person. You should focus on raising your children with love, not trying to destroy someone else's - she is somebody's child. What are you expecting from your horrible rants?? That your cyber bullying tactics work and she goes and kills herself. Maybe then you'll feel better? Please, the next time you write a review, deep breathe, think and then write rationally. Several different payment options for different levels of gaming. You can pay a bit more to qualify for tickets, or just pay less for hourly (without tickets) but, still a lot of fun. A good variety of games from classic carnival games to racing simulators, shooters, and VR. Great for the whole family- saw a couple of toddlers, which I would not recommend, but they seemed to fair well enough. 8/8. Nice date, mate. read more
